They do good job by dealer service department standards. I have had a few repair/recall projects on my suburban and they seem to have done them correctly and communicated well about the issues. As much as I don t love having to get vehicle repairs and service done, I m glad they are local and do a good job being competent and friendly.

Helped out got me in pretty quickly and fixed my GMC I was stuck in 4auto and wouldn t shift out sadly didn t fix the recall on the automatic steps they said they did it worked for a day and now they won t even open.

I brought my car in for service not knowing if they would have an opening. I was able to get in with no issues. My service advisor and staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. The mechanics were top notch and finished right on time. Thank you for a job well done! The service here has been top notch from day one! I buy GM because these guys are so good, friendly, and most of all quick! They never attempt to push anything or random services that aren t needed. Very few dealerships around anymore that care like these guys do. Thank you to the entire staff!

We lost the keys to our Silverado, so I made an appointment to get new ones made. After arriving we sat in the truck inside the service bay waiting for direction.We waited & a guy finally came & got the process started. No smile, no greeting. We went inside & presented our documents. After signing paperwork I asked where we could wait. He pointed to another room & left. We waited 1 1/2 hours for keys. He came out, said the truck was done & left. We asked another guy where to go to pay & a lady motioned for us to come to her. We paid & left. This dealership is horrible. You don t feel welcome. No one asks if you have questions or gives guidance. Zero customer appreciation. No one smiles. Go elsewhere.

Bryan and his team are Awesome. I had two major services from them. I had to pickup my '03 Chevy Avalanche from SC in 2017. I had repairs done by a Florence Chevy Dealership for my wire harness, 4WD, and other issues that would put my truck at risk to me and others on the road. After spending 7K my truck had check engine service light and would move past 35 MPH. Thankfully an old fried at Firestone in Florence was able to get the truck moving like normal but told me to go to a dealership that I trust. John Watson was the dealership referenced to me back then to fix the issues. Bryan and his team did fix the issue and apologize for the poor service I received back in Florence, SC. I am in the service and had last minute notification to move from Utah to NJ. I brought my truck to Bryan to inspect for the trip to include any concerns when towing my enclosed cargo trailer. Bryan worked with me on the price and listed the priorities of each issue. I knew what was an immediate/dangerous, routine/uncomfortable if goes out (AC), and low/it can wait but would need to work on once settle. This is the only place I trust to work on my Chevy.

The service guy I spoke with explained to me why I can trust the indicators in my cars system, instead of charging me $150 for an inspection to determine whether my alternator was covered under warranty. Like another dealership did.

Have been going here for 20 years. Always friendly and helpful AND competitive pricing on repairs, every time I "shopped around" John Watson has already quoted a less expensive price for repair with factory parts not after market.

Got a parts recall notice in the mail and was able to drop my car off with no wait and they have a free shuttle service so I can wait in the comfort of my own home.

It's really decent service. They have usually been able to get me an appointment within the next couple of days. Wish their prices weren't so steep. Because of this alone, I usually take my personal car to a more affordable mechanic and deal with the extra time it takes from someone who doesn't specialize in chevrolet, whereas I take my work car here for more expediant results.
