My car gave me trouble on the freeway near the Ogden, Utah Jiffy Lube and the manager and other two employees there saved my engine with their knowledge and expertise. They made me feel so confident in their work, and well taken care of, and got me back on the road fast! I continued on a long road trip with no more problems! I can t praise them enough!

I had the best customer service experience tonight at Jiffy Lube in South Ogden, Utah (near Costco). They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient with me. It was toward the end of their shift on a cold & snowy evening. Thanks so much Javis and James. You gave my husband (on the phone) and I peace of mind.

They think a heat gauge is an oil pressure gauge. Had me start my vehicle and the tech says to the tech pressure good. I told them that isn t a pressure gauge and they said to me okay and moved on. Ask them about my transmission oil and they responded it s good without checking it. Every time I go there they make concerned when one of the technician ask the other how to check things or take apart my air filter etc. I have low confidence in their knowledge about vehicles.

Called ahead to see if there was a wait for Emissions testing. Was told that the technician would be there by 11:00 am and there was no one waiting. Got there early to be first in line and there was a vehicle inside parked in the Emissions bay. The technician finally arrived around 11:15 and proceeded to meander around the shop without doing much, as I watched him arrive. Finally started to work on the vehicle inside the garage. Finally got my vehicle in around 11:40am. Not sure why I wasn't told that there was a vehicle already inside waiting to be tested that was already in line?

The employees were very friendly and helpful! The whole process of getting my emissions tested only took maybe 15 or 20 minutes and they even helped me pull my car out of the garage after they were done

Great customer service by all of the employees. We went in to get our moving truck emissions completed and it was done in a very timely matter. Javis helped us out at the end and he was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. We will be using this location again in the future.

First off, let me start off by saying the customer service was superb EXCELLENT. The staff Diego, Leo, and Franklin were beyond AMAZING. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional. The service they provide is more then what I could have asked for. A one stop shop for exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I had 45 minutes to spare so I went to see if they were busy. When I pulled in I was immediately greeted and I explained I needed an oil change but only had 45 minutes. They said they would be able to accommodate that. I went to sit down and ten minutes later they were done. I would definitely recommend!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was in for an oil change. I had a coupon so that helped the price come down. I believe the managers name is Leo. He was great. This Jiffy Lube is where you receive top service. The workers are all so kind and helpful. I highly recommend them

I've been coming to this location ( first original location) for a few years now typically to get oil changes, emissions and on spot renewals. I've had really good experiences so far, keep up the good work and I certainly will continue to be a faithful customer. Fantastic service at this location. The guys done an excellent job on serving our car. We had our Diesel VW oil changed as well as radiator flushed & coolant changed, cabin air filter, and fuel filters. Javis and Christian are excellent at their jobs and very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend this location

They were quick, efficient, and VERY kind! Getting in and out of my car they opened the door for me (2 different employees) and helped me watch my step while walking across their floor (I'm clumsy, not an old lady lol) They did let me know they would check a few things to ensure I am not low on any fluids, and they showed me how dirty my air filter was and that I was low on coolant. I usually replace my air filter myself but they gave me a good deal and in my opinion put in the extra work for me to want to support them.

Employee could not help customers problem with leaking oil after bringing their vehicle back. The customer in the waiting area when I arrived said he was there for 1 hour and he cancelled oil to just have emissions done cause it was so long. I waited 1.5 hours for 2 cars ahead for emissions testing, then 20 minutes for the customer before me to even check out! I do not ever want to come back again.

Edit: switching to 5 starsCalled in to talk to someone about the experience. Isaac answered and spoke to me about it all, asked me to come back down to get everything double checked. He and Christian (hope I m remembering both names right) made sure stuff was done to the fullest quality. I appreciate the hell out of both of them and will 100% go back as they get into the swing of things. They re clearly turning that location around.Waited for 45 mins to get in when there was only 1 car in each bay in front of me. They ripped off the bug guard on my truck and stayed it s not going back on can we just put it in the back? Until the manager and I put it back on ourselves. Didn t have the proper parts to rotate my tires, when the manager asked why they didn t have it an employee said we don t have the fancy stuff like the riverdale store does The manager, kudos to you dude and I appreciate you jumping right in to help me fix it all including doing your best to get me into the first open bay. Good luck fixing that place. To the rest of them, find new jobs because y all shouldn t be doing that.

Stopped in for a fluid levels check. Pleasant young man asked how could he help? He promptly checked the levels then let me know the coolant level was low. I appreciate very much his both his professionalism and his pleasant manner. He did mention he was a new hire, he represented Jiffy Lube very well.Good morning, Manager Jiffy Lube at 192 36th St - Please give my email address to this young man; if he agrees, I would like to know him better and would enjoy treating him to a pizza at Tony's Pizza a few blocks southeast of your location?

Super nice people working there, it is a bare bones operation in terms of customer amenities and waiting space, but they had me in and out so fast it didn t matter. Leo is a very nice person there and he definitely wasn t trying to push extra sales on me, great work.

I had my oil changed, emissions and onsite renewal of registration. When I got rung up the price kept changing and they could not give me an itemized accounting as to what each item cost. It was significantly more expensive than I was expecting. When I asked for a print out of the receipt so I could try and reconcile it the manager got all upset and insisted that they were paper free

I had my emissions done at the Jiffy Lube on 36th Street in Ogden. Very polite and accommodating. The young man walked me to my car, opened and closed my door, and even put the new sticker on my license plate AFTER removing all the old ones!

The boys in the shop were top notch grade A badasses. Sorted me out quickly and notified me of some issues I was unaware of. Pizza party's are lame, take those boys night boarding at Powder Mountain.

I went in for an emissions test and on-the-spot registration renewal. I was warmly greeted, and treated with courtesy at all times. The technician who did the test also put my sticker on my license plate for me. Top-notch service from start to finish!

This review is totally dependent on which Jiffy Lube I use. One always treats me poorly every time I go to its location, while the other treats me great every time I go there out of frustration from the first location. The location that treats me poorly is on the corner of 12th St. and Washington Boulevard in Ogden Utah. The location that always treats me great is located on the corner of 36th St. and Wall Avenue in Ogden Utah (which just happens to be Jiffy Lube s first ever location, a.k.a. store #1). Always first class service there. I highly recommend if you re in the area to go to store number one and bypass the location on 12th St.

I've taken 2 different vehicles here. Both have had catastrophic failure within a month of going.
