Lola was absolutely AMAZING! As someone who is intimidated of going to auto repair shops, she completely satisfied my needs with ease and made me feel welcome and understood in the process. I work in customer service and if everyone was like Lola, the world would be a better place. :)I hope she knows that she truly made my day & I will definitely be coming back to that location because of her kindness. Not to mention the swiftness and great work from the mechanics. All around, a wonderful experience. Thank you! :)-A more than satisfied customer

This place freaking rocks. I love Lola and Dylan, they cracked me up as I spent the rest of my hard earned money just so my car wouldn't explode on me. Just kidding, they actually took my coupon and were super great! But also, we had laughs. Best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to. :)

The employees were great to me and worked efficiently in spite of how busy they were when I pulled up. My skid plate gave the tech troubles because the bolts were wider than his hole in the floor, so they were hard to access with his tools. He kept a great attitude and got it figured out. 3 separate employees were really cool! I wasn't expecting such good treatment from an oil shop.

Customer service is always important. I live in Roy but prefer to drive out to this one to have my vehicles serviced. Every time I show up, I am always quickly greeted by someone who is happy to be there and they are happy to help! I've never had anything but the best service around.

My girlfriend and I have used this location a handful of times for our vehicles. From tire balances and tpms service to emissions and all the basics in between these guys always do a great job. I have only good things to say about the crew that runs this shop. It can be hard to trust any mechanic (as a diesel mechanic myself I see it everyday) much less a corporate chain, however these folks always treat us with respect and the manager is an incredibly sweet lady. Will continue to use this location as our go to when we need something done. Thanks guys!

I passed on a free oil change because I trust these employees! I was offered a free full synthetic oil change with my registration renewal at the new 5 minute lube shop down the street, but I passed on it. I have built trust with the crew at the 12th and Washington shop and if I don't have time to change my oil myself I don't want anyone else but them touching my vehicles. I'm big on service, and they always go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of and the job is done right.

I chose this location because it was close by my home. I also had a coupon that I used and it was time for the yearly registration. So more than anything it was the convenience that determined my visit to this location. It was quick and the mechanics were very thorough. I will probably use this location again

Lola was awesome. She is very nice and super funny. She gave me a new decal for the month my registration is due. My original decal was faded. They got me in and out in a very fast manner.

I was in and out super quick and the guys came out to help me as soon as I pulled up. Lola went through my bill with me and made sure my coupon worked. Everyone super helpful and understanding. Seemed like there was good communication and team work with how smooth things were going.

Loved this Jiffy Lube! Everyone was professional and very courteous. Lola or Lula (I m horrible with names) at the front desk was great! So was the guy who took care of my car, I think his name was Joe.

Amazing service!! They actually took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and only offered what I needed and not try to over sale me like others do to a single mom. . Joseph hass and the staff toook care of your girl. Thank you again !!

The guy who did my car I believe Joe was his name was amazing very professional, efficient, nice, and I felt he was very straight forward and honest about what I needed and or may need soon. And as a woman coming in alone I am used to being jerked around a Little bit or hear a lie or 2 come out about things I all of a sudden "need".. so to feel respected and like I was being treated fairly was so wonderful.. and I cannot remember the woman at the front desks name but she also was so great helpful and a breath of fresh air really.. thank you guys so much I will definitely be back in the future...

I got an oil change and was in and out really quick. Eric was the technician that did my oil change, he was really friendly. Normally I'd just do my own but I was in a hurry this time around and it was definitely worth letting him do it because it would have taken me 3 times a long doing it at home.I'll definitely be letting Eric do my oil changes more often.

Employee kept making weird comments about my body. Ma am, I am just here to get an emissions test, not told I need to gain weight. If I wanted to be objectified and get my car looked at, I would ve gone to my grandparents house.Otherwise, kind people. Quick service. Cat videos were playing in the lobby.

I would highly recommend this location. They are very attentive, thorough, honest, and they don t try to sale you on things you don t need. They have excellent customer service, their team is the best of the best! Thank you guys! I ll be a forever returning customer!

Zero attention to detail. I called to try and rectify the situation but no answer and no returned voicemail. Tire pressure not checked or filled, brake fluid filter cap left in engine bay. Air filter housing left open. Shop rags left in engine bay. And these are just the things I can see. Already overpriced, Jiffy Lube should provide a basic level of service. In no way is this Signature or worth the premium price. I m done with this location. Service occurred 6/29/23 around 5 pm.

Jiffy Lube here was great to and for me. Took great care of me and my truck. Riverdale Rd Jiffy Lube tightened the drain plug so tight last time these guys thought it was going to break and ensured me they would take care of it no matter what. Big props to these guys on 12th Street!

I think Dylan was the person who helped me. Fantastic customer service. They estimated like 30-40 minutes for an oil change, but I was in and out in less than 20.

Quick service for emissions test and showed me a couple things I needed fixed. No pressure to get the work done immediately and no outrageous charge for the diagnostic. The quote for the work seemed reasonable as well. Definitely going back. I didn't even realize they're a full service shop!

The jiffy lube on 12th Street in Ogden is amazing. Never had a bad experience. Super helpful and knowledgeable, never pushy. I went in today for an oil change and registration. Ended up getting wiper blades and a transmission flush too. Thankful they caught the issue before it became something major.

When I got there I was quickly greeted by Lola, she really took care of me after coming back 3 times due to them being busy. She really deserves a raise.
