I could spend all day telling you mine and my families experiences at this shop. Some would astonish you because of the high level of quality/honesty. It s difficult to find a fair and honest mechanic. My family have been going to this shop for at least 24 years as of the year 2024. Coincidentally my wife and her family had been going there for many years as well prior to me meeting them. There are times when they are weeks out. There s a good reason why they are so busy. I know in my past there have been a couple of times where I didn t want to wait so I brought my car somewhere else. Both experiences were bad. I ve decided this shop is the only shop that will work on my car because of those experiences. Now I plan ahead or I patiently wait until they can get me in.

Excellent service! I took my van here for a second opinion after a dealer tried to tell me it needed $2000 for multiple repairs.Proctor's Service Center was able to determine what actually needed repair, and gave me a great deal! We took that van 4000+ miles across the US and back after the repair without a problem. The did an excellent job fixing my car. Scott showed me all the parts they took off and explained everything in terms I could understand. He even called back to check on me and make sure there were no additional issues. Highly Recommend. I found a new mechanic!

Hi Scott..took my car in that I have had for 20 years had a radiator leak and had him look at it and it had a hole in it so I needed to replace it plus 4 other things that needed to be repaired but it was more money than the car is worth but he was so upfront and honest with me about how much is going to cost and what was wrong with it. So now it is going to the junkyard. So be looking for a new car to buy and then have Scott look at it before I buy it but he's very professional and honest and I thank you very much Scott look forward to seeing you again thank you

They always do a good job. Great work at a fair price. Its hard to find honest mechanics these days but Jerry's always makes honest recommendations. They really seem to care about there customers and I have always felt taken care of there. 10/10 would go again.

Love Scott! He's the nicest and most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with. I've referred many friends and they have said the same. Very knowledgeable and good repairs. He works on everything!

Scott and Dave at Jerry Proctors are the BEST!! They're knowledgeable and proficient as well as honest and extremely helpful. They have saved me a lot of money on repairs and upkeep compared to where I used to take my vehicle. My parents and all my sib's trust their vehicles to Jerry Proctors.

I absolutely love this mechanic. After my dad died we started coming here as I'm completely clueless. Scott is always more then happy to explain the issue in terms I can understand and doesn't take advantage of the fact i know NOTHING about cars. In fact, he's more then happy to explain and show you what's wrong and how to fix it if it's something simple you can do.

Charged me 65.00 to put my daughter's car on his computer to pull codes. Was told that he wouldn't charge when I called. He did refund it after I said something but meh. After pulled the codes he didn't fix the problem.

'' sorry I might be a little prejudiced cuz he's my brother, but he's the best mechanic you could ever find. Is honest trustworthy works his butt off to make sure that everything is done right.

My car broke down in ogden and I didn't know any auto repair places up there to fix my car I got lucky Jerry Proctors was very fair with his prices and helped me understand what had happened with my front end and why it started shaking. Thanks Scott for helping me out . Thanks Doralee P
