So I took my suv here after trying a few places and they couldn t figure out my issues I was having with it.. but here at JER Jose figured it out right away and gave me a honest explanation and they were very friendly about it. He fixed it the same day I took it in and gave me a good price! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and definitely recommending this place to my family and friends! Thank you JER Auto Care.

Awesome and quick service! I did not make an appointment and I was in & out there in less than 45 minutes. The staff is friendly, and the prices were good.

Trustworthy and honest . They get the job done right. Customer for 13 yrs .Knowledgeable mechanics can work on any car. Big repair or small, they get you in and out and back on the road. I personally have no complaints.

Zero integrity! Got quotes from 4 different shops including Ford dealer. Diana and Jose were middle of the quotes. Had vehicle towed to JER based on agreement and price. Suppose to "be done same day". Didn't hear from them. Went to shop next day and told new price is double original quote for same work. I told them i will have to take it to dealer or Woodruff's Auto. Came back 1 gour later and vehicle was left out front with keys in it and doors unlocked. If i coould leave a zero i would.

Great shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff! I took my car to two different shops before, neither of which even knew what was going on. Said that they replaced some parts, but my problem was not fixed both times! These guys gave me an estimate after looking at my car, fixed it and even replaced an extra part with no extra charge!They explained to me exactly what was going on, what the problem was, and what was causing it. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for excellent service!

I ve been doing business with Jose for 12 years. He is kind and has the utmost integrity. He has fixed many of my vehicles and has always been fair and reasonable. He has kept track of and honored warranties. I will always bring my vehicles to JER.

I love this place they are always reasonably priced and timely. They never try to talk you into things for your vehicle that you don't need. I always take my car to them no where else. I took my car there once thinking I needed something done after they assessed it they determined I didn't need it done most places would say you do need it and charge you anyways. They are honest and for that reason I'll be a loyal customer for life.

First time visit and had an On the Spot renewal and emissions done. I will be going there from now on. In and out in about 30 minutes but someone was ahead of me getting their emissions done.

Service is very thorough at JER Auto Care. Great prices and great turn around time on auto repairs. I will definitely be returning in the future. Had wheel bearings and brakes replaced this visit.

Honest quick service. On my first visit: my old place said I needed a new heater core. Jer Auto Care flushed the system and fixed my heater! at a fraction of the price. Second visit saved me hundreds.

Took my car there for emissions, they failed me for not having a catalytic converter . I work on the car myself and know very well that it does have one. Then they changed the story saying it was a different issue. I asked if he could put the car on the lift so I could show him that the car did in fact have a cat, and was told nope we already failed you. I then had to take the car to the Weber county emissions office, and big surprise, the car passed no problem. Scammers.

The place is pretty top-notch they work on my mom's old piece of junk car its a Grand Marquis 99 they don't complain even though most places wouldn't take that old car they also service my mom's newer 2006 Accord . It's the only place we take our vehicles nowa days

If you need any work done for your car and you live in ogden this is the place to go, very convenient and service is always done right, one time i didnt even need anything fixed i came to borrow a tool and they helped me out with no problem, love these guys

Was driving around looking for a place to renew my registration and came in unknowingly right before they closed, but they still told me to pull in and had my registration renewed in about 10 mins. super happy with the service.

Disappointed - nickel and dimed for everything! I had an emissions test and an oil change. They charged an extra $20 for tire rotation....this should be complimentary....Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
