From start to finish I was extremely impressed with Fix Auto in Ogden. Every single member of their team went above and beyond to get our car in a timely manner. One part was on backorder a month out, and they called around found the part for me and got me in and out before our rental coverage expired. Dustin was so so nice, updated us the whole way and worked with our insurance. Our car looks better after Fix Auto than it did before our accident! Thank you!

At the insurance companies request, we took our 2010 Lexus to Fix Auto to repair frontend damage caused by a minor accident. Was greeted by Rebecca upon arriving at Fix Auto and she initiated the process for getting our car repaired. Absolutely loved the service we were given. They have an automated message service that gives updates on the status of your vehicle all along the way, it was accurate and nice to know where we were at. Our car was repaired exactly as it should be and looked great. A gentleman named Efrain reviewed the vehicle at the time of pickup to ensure that everything was taken care of. He even mentioned including some OEM parts because he wanted to make sure we had quality parts rather than what the insurance suggested. Completely honest hard working people. I would definitely use this shop for any future repairs if needed and would highly recommend.

The staff was amazing! They were great at communicating, were very clear about every step of the way! They did an amazing job at fixing my bumper! Super fast service. I had an incredible experience and will definitely being going back if I need any repairs done!

Kudus to the amazing staff at FIX AUTO in Ogden, UT. An impressive Auto Body Shop clean and inviting, comprised of friendly, knowledgeable and courteous agents eager to assist my auto body needs. Im completely astounded, and so grateful for the care and repair of my 2002 Jaguar XJ8. Their attention to detail, expertise and professionalism exceeded my expectations. As close to "LIKE NEW" as possible I highly recommend Fix Auto in Ogden for any of your auto bodywork needs. My Cadillac XT5 had a massive grill accident. We took it in and after a few weeks, they had it restored back to ... even the front bumper cameras are on fleek!So grateful to the awesome staff here who took care of my pretty Caddy!

The headlights on our 18 year old car where so opaque we thought we d need new ones, but Fix Auto polished them up in a couple of hours for a great price!!

Fix Auto was absolutely the best! They reached out to me to schedule repairs before I was finished talking to the insurance company. They continued with the same high level of great communication as the repairs progressed! The staff was so kind and really took care of me! The finished result is a car that looks as good as new! Really great experience using these guys for my fender bender repair. They made it super easy for me, I didn t have to deal with the insurance company and they kept me updated often while the repairs were being done. They even finished repairs sooner than expected! Definitely recommend. :)

We had a great experience with Fix Auto when they fixed the front bumper of my beautiful Lexus. They were fast and they did a great job. We did go into pick it up on a Monday and as we did the walk around they noticed a little place where it wasn t perfect. They apologized and asked if we could leave it for one more day. We did, they fixed it and they went about and beyond by touching up a couple of door dings that were not on the original bid but they cared how my car looked when I picked it up. Dustin was Ephrium(?) were super easy to communicate with and did fantastic.

The team at Fix Auto Ogden is awesome. They were always kind and helpful when I spoke to them - on the phone or in person. Car accidents are stressful situations and dealing with insurance is a joke, but the team definitely strived to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible for me.They had the parts ordered and all the work done in a little under two weeks. I am immensely satisfied and impressed with the work done on my vehicle. I am grateful for their dedication and would recommend their services to anyone!

Efrain Beto took amazing care of my car. It had its bumper replaced at another shop and they didn t paint it or realign my headlight bracket. The technicians at Epic motors were able to paint it like new and get everything realigned in just a couple days. The paint work is the most professional I have seen in my time and I work for a dealership group! If you want to feel like family and have your vehicle looking brand new, go to Epic Motors, you won t regret it! I will be sending all my recommendations to this wonderful shop. Efrain and Epic motor group are amazing! Before I met Efrain my car had some super deep scratches in the paint and several other issues. After Efrain and epic got their hands on my car it is basically impeccable! Their work is immaculate and their attention to detail is unparalleled. They go the extra mile to satisfy their customers even to the extent of working 16 hour days, driving back and forth across the state to convenience a client, and doing everything possible to uphold their customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with the service and work done by Efrain and his team. Took my car in for some TLC. Very pleased with the friendly staff in scheduling, communication, and promptness as well as very fair price for high quality work. The shop is very neat and clean which reflects the care and detail given.We had to have our truck worked on at a different business thanks to insurance after a deer decided to tangle with it. When we picked it up, the other place hadn t fixed all of the damage, had a long scrape in the new paint job they did and hadn t washed the truck, not even where the deer remains were on some of the truck parts they had to worked. Eeew.That experience makes me even more grateful for Epic Motor Group and their integrity. Going to make sure our insurance knows about Epic Motor Group for future business.Efrain and his team had my car clean and sparkling waiting for my arrival to pick it up. Efrain and his crew painted a truck shell for me. Got a very reasonable quote, dropped the shell off for prep and paint, (they even fixed a scratch on my truck while I was waiting for them to take the shell off) picked the shell up the next day. Paint job was great, customer service even better.

After we had gone to somewhere in town and had been told our car wasn t worth the time to give us a quote we reached out and someone recommended Fix Auto in Ogden. Effrain and his team did an excellent job customizing my Ford Raptor. I wanted to color match the fenders and bumpers black while also adding some bronze accents to match my Fuel wheels. Effrain matched the black and bronze perfectly and completed the job in the time frame we discussed. My truck looks new again and I couldn t be happier with the finished product!Service: Painting
