They have been straight forward, fair and honest in my experience with them. I have had them work on 4 different vehicles. I will continue to go back.

Absolute nightmare of a place for a Budget Truck rental. They may be good for repairs but DO NOT rent a truck from here. Placed a rental reservation only to have it be cancelled the morning of the rental. They said I could use the vehicle the next day and so I did. Picked it up and it was a junk box with 130,000 miles on it. I should ve turned it down but I needed to have my move done by the end of the weekend so that was my last chance. Not to mention there were no other trucks available in the area. Drove it 5 miles and the tire pressure symbol popped up on the dash. Turns out a valve cap was missing and it was leaking air tremendously. Filled the tire up myself and purchased a valve cap. Drove 3 more miles only for the check engine light to come on. You are required to pull over when this happens so we did and were on hold for hours waiting for someone to come and check on the truck. Sat for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS before WE had to call Budget back numerous times and tell them the situation. 4 hours for nothing because we ended up driving the truck back to D and M Automotive. The fee was supposed to be cancelled and D & M still had the audacity to charge us for that trip. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and go with UHaul for a painless move. Never using Budget truck again and I suggest you don t either. I was able to get a refund after an hour of being stuck on hold again let s see if that even goes through, but wasn t compensated for the valve cap. D and M, do better at inspecting and do not rent destroyed vehicles like this to customers.

Location called me two days ( Friday) before I was scheduled to pick up truck (Monday) to let me know that he did not have a truck and I would have to drive all the way to West Jordan to pick the truck up. Which was 50 minutes away. I asked if there was anything he could do, I had to call back to be told no. I felt that he handled the situation unprofessionally. Had I been given more notice, I would ve made different arrangements.

This place is amazing! Very fast service and very very affordable! If you need anything fixed on your car then absolutely try this place! I ll be coming back here from now on.

We returned a Budget Rental truck here after our move. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us! They went over the existing damages to the truck and made sure we hadn't damaged it as well. Everything was in order and we got our receipt. Painless process! Moving is stressful enough, don't add to it by dropping off your truck to some shady guy, drop it off with these guys!

I have used both their Budget Rental service and Automotive services. Their rental service was very affordable and they were easy to work with. Because of that we decided to use their automotive services as well. We have found their oil change services to be the most affordable in the area. It's a reasonable price and includes multiple services besides just changing the oil. I highly recommend using D&M.

After preparing for a move, my husband and I picked up a budget truck from D&M. Everything with the truck rental went well; they were prompt and helpful. When we went to leave, the car we brought wouldn t start. What a good place to have your car break down, though! I was extremely frustrated as we needed the car to move. D&M Automotive was able to help us out, get the car fixed for a fair price and within just a few days. I felt as though they were honest and quick on their feet. They texted me photos of the problems and told me the exact price of the part, service, and then total. Definitely recommend these guys!

D&M Automotive is the best place in the Ogden area for all your vehicle repairs. The family that runs this shop are first class in everything they do. They are affordable and honest. Fair prices and quick service. I've been taking my car to these guys for 10 years and have never felt they were taking advantage of me. Always willing to explain everything they worked on and why the work was needed.

I have used their side business Budget Truck Rentals twice. Both times was a great experience. The cost didn't break the bank, and when I'd call with odd questions (since I'm not use to driving Frightliners) they were happy to assist. If you're moving, I'd recommend them.

D & M is consistently the best, most efficient, and HONEST mechanic I have ever worked with. They will give you honest feedback and options. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I haven t been here for a while. But recently had a bad experience with a different shop. This shop has taken care of us several times. They have always been honest and fair. They could ve taken advantage of us a couple times when we thought we had serious issues, but then ended up being something small.My only complaint is that I don t live closer, but it s worth the trip. Thank you for being awesome.

I have used this shop for several repairs and replacement of parts. Thier work is done in a professional manner with reasonable charged for labor and parts. Above this they Excell in integrity

Best mechanics in town. Never rip me off, always honest. If I have a project I cant do myself, it goes here, and only here. Great service.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. These guys do the work that is needed and have never tried to up-sale me. They explain the problem so I can understand it and allow me to ask questions, if I don't.
