Make shure you get proof of payment last week i did my emission and renewal and the guy told me only emission can be paid cash the renewal has to be on a card so i use cash for the emission an paid my renewal whit my card the next day i found out they charge me both on my card and I didn t get receipt so they say i paid everything on my card and got mad because i was complaining that they never give me a receipt

Guys were awesome, called and the owner picked up. Super friendly guy said they could do the custom exhaust work i wanted. Upon arrival met again with the owner who maintained a friendly and professional attitude. Gave me a quick quote that was a good price andhad me in n out in roughly 20-30 minutes.the work they did was good and ill definitely be returning for future projects.Service: Exhaust

I ve come here with three other vehicles for exhaust work. Every time has been smooth, no issues, clear communication, and great advice. You can tell he cares about his customers more than money. He has always made every effort to ensure a clean installation. I have no idea why people give him bad reviews, like the guy who said his exhaust system was an easy bolt on. Like dude, if it s so easy then DO IT YOURSELF! And save your money, like the owner said! Just another example how he doesn t care about the money, but the people. I work hard for my money and I know that every cent is put into hard work when I invest into this company. It s a small business, no chains like Master Muffler. I m pleased to know that my money is going into sprucing the place up, paying for new equipment, safety items, parts, heating, etc. I ll always come here for my exhaust work because I know how much they care and how much they enjoy to see the smiles on our faces when we see the work they ve done. Small businesses matter!

I fought off the urge to leave this review, but the inner karen is coming out.I took my truck and brand new exhaust system here to have it installed. It is an exhaust system that is specifically fitted for my truck, easy bolt on. Instead of installing it, he sent me away with financial "advice"..... you ready for this?...."it's really easy and cheaper if you do it yourself"Thank you muffler man, but if I had the time and means to install a muffler system I would do it myself! But I don't, so I bring you money to do it for me.It may be an easy job, but it's easier for me to leave to a bad review and find someone that will take my money.

Friendly and busy.I had them replace my mufflers with a set I already had, and hang the exhaust system properly (it needed tightened up, and better hangers).A year later their hangar had broken so I went to see how much they'd charge to repair it. They fixed it for free. Great shop, I recommend.They are a first come first serve basis, so I suggest you drop your vehicle off early in the day.

I wanted to spend a week with the exhaust work I had done here before I left a review and I'm definitely giving Cocoletzi 5 Stars! I brought in my own parts and explained what I wanted done. The owner had my truck on the lift and showed me why and where some of the parts I had were not going to work and where some of them would. We went over a new plan for the exhaust system which he explained very well, and it turned out MUCH better than I expected. The welds look great and the cost was $200 LESS than what Master Muffler quoted me to do less work than Cocoletzi did! I will be a repeat customer and will recommend Cocoletzi to everyone needing work done. Thanks again for the great job, Cocoletzi!

Fantastic service. Quoted me an excellent price on a muffler repair and completed the work very fast. The owner is very nice and does a good job of answering your questions. My only complaint is that he only accepts cash but he made it easy by giving me the total price before he started working on my car.

Excellent service, first and foremost! Cocoletzi Mufflers Services is highly professional, and the manager will take thorough time to explain the different mufflers and also helps you decide on what you would like. The mufflers are very high quality and they sound great! The service time is lightning fast as well, compared to similar muffler shops.Go to Cocoletzi Mufflers Services if you want to be treated right by a honest shop, who offers highly trained and knowledge managerial staff and servicemen, along with affordable prices.Awesome!!!

Mr. Cocoletzi was very friendly, and very honest. He quoted me a reasonable price to have a muffler I bought welded on, and stuck to the price. Even though there was a car a head of me, the service was still quick. He DIDN'T try and up-sell me, or charge me for things I didn't need. It was nice to get what I needed done without being hassled.I would recommend this shop for breaks or muffler service to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you.

Went to other shops and they were giving me the run around for weeks ,last minute called this shop when it was close to closing time Lazaro got me in right away! He explained to me exactly what needed to be done and quoted me a price had it done within an hour ! I am so pleased with the service I would definitely recommend cocoletzi muffler any day and the customer service and pricing were unbeatable! Thanks again for working on my lancer !Service: Exhaust

I called because I needed some custom pipe possibly flared and fitted for a home job and the guy who answered told me I would be better off buying the $200 machine myself because he refused to do anything that wasn't on a car. He said he needed to do it that way so he could get paid despite the fact that I offered to pay him whatever he needed to flare the pipe. He then kept telling me that I should just bring it all in so he could do it despite the fact that it's not something I can bring in to do. I don't know if this was just a miscommunication or what but when someone tells me that I should go buy a several $100 piece of equipment because they don't want to use theirs or make money through their own business it leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Local shop... Honest, fast and fairly priced. Brought in a performance muffler and tip and had both welded up with some custom pipe on my truck. The owner stuck to his quote and did a great job. He even sat me down after and went over options for my wife's car. He's into making the customer happy and not trying to price gouge every one that walks in the door. For basic exhaust work, this is the place! I'll definitely go back.

My initial experience was okay and the man who see memes like the owner quoted me $180 for a straight pipe from the cat back without exhaust tips. $240 with the tips. I said okay sounds good let s do it but he was busy that day and told me to bring it back cause he would need 2-3 hours to do it. I brought it back today and he didn t remember who I was and said he never offered it for $180. Inconsistent pricing, awful customer service, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to a professional who knows what there doing.

Did amazing muffler work!! He's honest, straightforward, and wonderfully priced! He replaced my muffler within a half an hour and didn't waste any of my time or pressure me into buying anything I didn't want.

I've gone to Cocoletzi twice now and have been beyond pleased with his work and demeanor. On both occasions, my exhaust system needed more attention than I initially thought and he explained everything and answered all my questions. He is a very nice guy and does great work! He offered me a very competitive rate as well. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for maintenance or an upgrade.

Had them install a Vibrant muffler on my 2010 328i. Solid service, thorough explanation of what to expect, fair price, and was very concerned about customer satisfaction. Would recommend.

Went in looking for advice and a quote for an install. Left with no advice and a reasonable quote. He suggested straight piping the muffler instead of installing a cadillac converter. When I asked if it would pass emissions testing, he didn't give a straight answer and said I should do my own research.

Just leaving the shop with a new muffler on my truck thanks to Lorenzo of Cocoletzi muffler. My goal going into his shop was to get a muffler that was slightly louder for my truck, but I was worried that it would be too loud. Lorenzo spent a long time explaining to me all of the different options I had for my truck and what he thought I would like best. Then he held each muffler on my truck so that I could hear what each would sound like so that I could pick exactly which one I wanted. Extremely nice gentleman and very honest. I would definitely recommend this muffler shop to anyone that needs work done. Very reasonably priced as well.

I stopped by Cocoletzi Mufflers on Labor Day after reading the positive reviews. Lazaro was able to expertly and quickly relocate an O2 sensor receptacle from where the original sensor had welded itself in place. Prior to starting any work, he set the expectation by explaining the process and what it would cost. I will be going back to him in the future.

The owner is a real a-hole. Wouldn t help me jump start my truck even after over-paying him nearly $800 for exhaust work. Over priced and doesn t know how to treat customers. Would never recommend this place.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

We needed a muffler and new pipeline done immediately and he was so great and had my Explorer finished in less than two hours and it was less than an arm and a leg. Thank you for taking care of me and my SUV!

Gave me the run around, told me to purchase the mufflers I wanted, came back , said he was on lunch, so I asked him when he was leaving for the day, he said 5, I called him around 2:30 and said he was leaving at 3. He lost my business and I went to Alvarez mufflers and he hooked me up.
