Brian is a fantastic mechanic. He is honest and if theirs something he isn t 100% sure about with your vehicle he will refer you toanother mechanic; to make sure the issue is fixed. His rates are affordable and fair. I m so grateful we found this shop. I tell friends and family this is the best place to take your vehicle.

I just went here today and I absolutely will go back. I called first thing with a check engine light and a charging system issue. Brian got me right in, was super nice, called with an estimate, and got the work done quicker than I expected. Very impressed with this shop!

Not impressed. Took my car in for a simple front brake change months ago. Ever since that day my brakes have been squealing so loud that I m getting looks each time I drive. I have taken the car back to him 3 times now to fix the squealing and they still aren t fixed. I even took the car in for a second opinion at another shop to see if it even is the front brakes that are squealing and when they said yes and told me WHY they are squealing Brian got upset and said I would never throw another mechanic under the bus! . I feel like you wouldn t have this reaction if you wanted the best for your customer. Now i'm out $400 with no solution.

Not only were his prices cheaper than anyone else's in the area, he got me in day of and finished with my car then next day when every other mechanic told me it would be a week. Fantastic service!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I first visited Brian's Auto about 2 years ago because it happened to be close to my work and the company van needed some service. I've gone to Brian's every time since for any repair needs I have, including on my personal vehicles. Brian does good work in a timely fashion. He is polite and his prices are very fair. Highly recommended.

I came to Brian to have my car looked at after having a terrible experience with a mechanic who had just had my car for almost 8 months. I had just had to have my catalytic converter, and engine replaced. When I got my car back it was so loud and still leaking oil. I took it to him to have him look at it and see what was wrong as well as to get quote on getting my AC fixed. I dropped the car off and within two days everything was fixed. He fixed what the last mechanic left undone and made my car sound like brand new. It now blows ice cold and drives great. He was great the whole time about calling and communicating what was going on with the car and what needed to be fixed. His customer service is amazing and he is the most trustworthy mechanic in Northern Utah. He has a customer for life now with me and my family. The other day my jeep libert's check engine light came on and my jeep started to feel heavy or sluggish to drive. Brian's Auto was so amazing! Not only was he super helpful in my stressed out time, he was quick and gave me some amazingly helpful tips and recommendations.One of my oxygen sensors were faulty and not only did Brian get my jeep fixed he took care of it the day I brought it in. I was on my way to school when my car died on me. Happened to be right in front of Brian's shop. He was super friendly and helpful, called me to let me know the alternator had gone bad and from there called me each step of the way to let me know what was going on. Very transparent about pricing and it cost me almost exactly what he quoted me. Definitely will be coming back to Brian in the future.Services: Transmission, Battery

brian is a super honest trustworthy mechanic who knows what hes doing. he could've charged me 700 for a new timing belt but instead told me my timing belt still had plenty of miles on it and didn't need to be changed. anyone else wouldve taken me for a 600 ride. thanks brian.
