I can t say enough good about these guys. I have been going to them for 25 years and they have always treated very well. Everyone I have worked with has been extremely helpful, professional, and polite. I know that they are going to be honest with me and take care of me.You guys are great people and a lot of other companies could learn from your staff when it comes to caring about your customers. Thanks for helping me keep my cars going.

The team at the North Ogden Big O is a great crew very fast and very friendly. I always take my vehicles there and will continue too and send everyone I know there. Great people to work with honest and reliable and knowledgeable.

These folks absolutely made my day! Came in, with no notice at the end of a very busy day with screw in my tire and was completely willing to wait whatever amount of time for the repair, if they could just get me in. Not only did they get my car right in, it was only about 20 minutes of waiting! I had my wallet out, ready to pay and they told me to have a Merry Christmas, the repair was on them! What?!? Wow! What a great gift and great service. I will definitely be back.

This store is our favorite Tire & Repair store. We trust them with all our car needs and the work they recommend.Staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The products they offer (tires, oil, replacement parts, etc.) are top quality.And their prices are very competitive.If you are looking for an amazing Tire and Repair Store, this is your place!

Bad quality control. I'm not sure if I caught them on a bad couple of days but, after buying new tires from them I had inconsistent and poor results from this shop.I purchased new tires from them in November and had an alignment done at the same time just to be sure I'd get the most life out to the tires (nothing particularly wrong with how the vehicle drove). They said it was a little out of alignment however, only a few miles of driving the vehicle had a substantial pull to the right and I also noticed it had a bad vibration.I took it back and had them check the alignment and they said it was worse than before (I think they forgot to tighten something personally). They did fix it this time. I had them check the tire balance during this visit and they said the balance was "way off", but it still had a vibration. I took it to another Big O and they said the balance was "way off" but, they did actually fix it.I don't think it should take two alignments and three tire balancing's to make my vehicle perform the way I know it should with brand new tires. It's frustrating to spend several hours to get these issues fixed.Unfortunately, I don't think I can trust this shop for any future work. While all the work after the initial purchase was at not cost, it does take time. So, if you have time for repeat visits this is a fine place to go.

I have visited Big O Tires located in North Ogden on several occasions over the past several years. I have always been greeted sincerely by a member of the staff. The service that I have received has been of the utmost quality. I have never been disappointed even when a mistake has been made the staff has always made the appropriate adjustments to fix the mistake. If asked I'm extremely happy with the service that I received at Big O Tires 400 East North Ogden Utah

Great location and great people. Our Jeep had a flat tire and it was repaired immediately. We even did not have to leave the car. That was amazing. Thanks a lot for this outstanding service. The repair was done for free.

I stopped by for an oil change at the 044261 store in North Ogden. Chris Wiggins helped me out and was quite patient and friendly the whole time. He was probably one of the few or the only one who could drive my car (it's a manual instead of an automatic).He helped determine if they had the type of oil needed for my vehicle before taking it in. Fortunately, they had just enough (other places have been out of stock). Near the end, he informed me that one of my tires were damaged and took me to the tire to show me what was found. With this tire being fairly new, I was able to get it replaced under warranty. I don't think I would've known about the damage to the tire if he hadn't of pointed it out. If you're looking for great customer service, this is the place to go.

Went in to have a tired repaired, they were the nearest shop but I usually avoid big chains, I was sure they were going to be expensive and try to push additional services on me. They were quick, extremely fair and very professional. I will be going back.

Val knows tires! He was super helpful in explaining differences in tire options and worked with me to get the parts I needed in order to complete the alignment. Every time I go to Big O Tires I am pleased with the service and the products they offer at great prices!

This location is great. I've been going there for 14 years. Every vehicle I get, I get my tires from these peeps. Again tears today and I asked him to check my brakes cuz I thought I was due for new ones. They looked and told me I didn't need them yet. They could have easily just just put them on there and charged me but they were straight up and that's why I keep going back there.

Yet another great visit to Big O Tires. This time Tino Chandler was very friendly handled our oil change. His customer service was outstanding and the crew change the oil quickly. Thanks Tino and thanks to Big O Tires for hiring great associates.Previous review: Jered Sewell of Big O Tires in North Ogden was extremely helpful getting our car road worthy. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and has a professional approach to customer service.

I just went in for a safety inspection test. I went in talked to the guy in the building and they started the inspection. I sitting for less then 15 minutes before I here my last name being called. I walk up and they said that they're done and that I can pay now. I pay and they hand me the safety inspection test that passed. I wasn't even on their property for no longer than 20 minutes. The people in there were also really nice and they had more employees than Jiffy Lube's, the place I went before Big O's. All the employees made it seem like I had a sense of security. Thanks Big O's, I highly recommend you guys.

Great staff! super friendly! I came in thinking I needed an alignment but they rotated my tires and aired them up and it fixed the problem and didn't cost anything! Will come here from now on!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the North Ogden Big O Tires. Jennie noticed her front passenger tire was low so I looked it over for any screws or nails and didn't find any. I aired it up and as I was putting on her new orange valve caps, I realized her stem was bad. We took it to Big O Tires Saturday morning to have it replaced and the tires balanced. When we came to pick it up, they told us that the tires did in fact need balancing and that we were good to go. Didn't charge us for any of it. Now this isn't the first time they've done something like this and it sure leaves a good impression. Talk about wonderful customer service and a great way to keep customers coming back. Thank you again, it means a lot.

The store staff here is simply amazing and fully professional. I had to replace a blown out tire and decided to buy a whole new set because they were so good to work with. They provided every available discount that enabled me to stay within my budget for the tires I wanted, (without having to buy down to a lower rated tire).

So I went to big O poking around for some rims and tires. I talked to Matt and needless to say he hit a home run with these rims!! Love them so much!! He was super helpful, friendly and pro active when there was a supply issue with the original rims he helped me pick. I thought I was going to have to go back thru and pick new ones....but he had found these that matched everything I wanted!!!! He called me and got my car right in and right out and even presented it to me in a grand fashion cuz he knew I was excited hahaha never going anywhere else!

Went there last night waited for an hour. Car was on lift. Was told can't finish tonight bring back 730 tomorrow morning. I was there at 730 waiting when they put someone in front of me. I went into the office and they said we don't open till 8. I was not about to waste more of my time. Very unhappy FORMER customer.

Took my car in for an alignment. They told me it was done so I payed and drove home. I realized very quickly that the car still pulled to the right a little so I drove back to the shop. They looked at it again and said it needed an adjustable tie rod and that would run just shy of 500 dollars. I decided to get a second opinion so I left the store and it actually pulled to the right even worse than the initial alignment. Not sure why.. so after taking it to a different shop I was told that the alignment Big O. did was way off. Keep in mind this car isn t a daily driver so I had maybe driven 15 miles since the first alignment. So this other shop re-aligned it and now the car drives great with no pull. If you want to pay for a bad service go to this store.

I needed new tires. The guy recommended me a set and ordered some for me the next day. They were done in under an hour even though there was a long line. Very helpful, I wish I got the employees name because he was great

BUYER BEWARE!!! This big O has always been great work work with, Braxton being one reason I've kept coming back. As you can see I rarely write a review, so when I do, hopefully you will read with that in consideration. Braxton sold me the best tires for my car as I planned to do a lot of traveling in it. After, 24,000 miles and after a balance/rotate, the car would shake going down the freeway. I brought it to the North Ogden Big O and they said that the tires were defective and that they could prorate the tires. I agreed to it, however, they wanted extra to mount and balance. How is this my responsibility when they were defective tires? Very disappointed in how Big O in North Ogden handled this. Les Schwab would have covered the cost of the labor if tires were defective. It's just part of doing business as Les Schwab would say. After this I will be sure to tell all my family and friends how this was handled. I plan to take my car to a place where they can stand behind their product. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope you find this helpful as you are shopping for a place to buy tires.

I was unexpectedly happy with the service here. I ended up buying the Big-O branded A/T tires after finding out that they are nade by Nitto Tire, which is a brand I'm familiar with. They put on 4 tires in short order, checked alignment (no charge for that service), and discussed with me the result and let me decide if I wanted to pay for the full alignment, which I did. The LT tires look great, ride better than the original P-Metric size, and so far, no abnormal road noise. I recommend this shop.

I've always had a good experience at Big-O. They are usually the cheapest option to get a set of new tires, and I love that they do allignments too.On my most recent visit, they replaced my tires and checked the alignment. I was sure the alignment would be out because I just had the shocks and struts replaced at another shop. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me the alignment was good. But when I got back to the office, there wasn't a report showing the alignment was good. I manage a fleet of vehicles, so I need to have a record of things like that so I know my investment in tires is not going to be ruined. I called up Tino back at the shop, and he had me come back over. They checked the alignment again and printed out the paperwork this time. The only complaint is that they don't have a policy to provide that paperwork every time they check an alignment. Other than that, they have great customer service and fixed my problem as soon as I brought it to their attention.

I love this Big O in N Ogden. Took my car to another drive through & they told me I needed rear brake pads @ $300. I took it to Big O & they said it is brake dust. Cost? 0$. Thank you, Big O!!
