Have taken over 6 vintage mustangs to Alf's. Currently have a 66 fastback turning into a 66 Shelby tribute. The best shop. Honest, professional terrific shop!

Pros: Honest, Knowledgeable, Dependable, Very Reasonable, Quick, Follows through on his word and recommendations, goes ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure his work is high quality.Cons: NONEIf it was possible to mark more than 5 stars, I'd slam that star immediately. Alex's YouTube channel helped my 16 and 13 year old son's through many of our "need to know how's". Then I heard him mention he is in Utah and a quick google showed me he's just down 21st street in Ogden! My boys and I were admittedly excited to just know that.Fast forward to a fuel leak on the 2bbl Autolite 2100 we rebuilt with a kit and we could not get the engine to consistently run. Beating our heads adjustment after adjustment, tear off and replace carb parts, new jets etc, and my son says "Dad, I think you need to call Alf's Mustang Garage and get an expert to help".I feared that a shop with an owner that has this much knowledge, would be a very expensive trip. We also wanted to get this running well for my boy's upcoming Homecoming Date.ALEX WAS A MIRACLE WORKER. He was honest and upfront that the fix could be a simple adjustment and what his hourly rate is or it could lead into additional issues that as we know, lead from one thing to another...A few hours later, we got a phone call and I feared the worst.He shared that he was quickly able to adjust our car and she was running 1000% better than before.Alex explained exactly what he had found, actually swapped a coil with one he had in the shop to validate it was part of the issue (not the main issue) and then explained what he would do if he were in my shoes.I said, please, do it. His honesty and willingness to help in a time of desperation will never be forgotten.You should have seen the giggles we (sons and I) when we went to pick up our car and it fired right up, idling smooth and running the way we dreamed it could.As a final note, he followed up with us that weekend to make sure after driving our Mustang for a weekend, if she was still running good. She is and was but he still wanted to make sure the cold idle adjustment was properly set. Since we only live about 3 miles from his shop, he said he'd stop by to make the adjustment while the engine is cold.A mechanic that makes a follow up housecall??!!! Unheard of. (albeit I live close)Thank you Alex, thank you for the hard work and content you share on YouTube and I'm a life long client of Alf's Mustang Garage. I will recommend him to anyone!

I went there to update my guage cluster. They devoted all their time to my vehicle and finished in a timely manner. They were very professional and the project turned out fantastic. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for my next project. My 67 Mustang never ran better.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Alex is a great automotive technician. He is fair with his prices,He does quality work by diagnosing the problem rather than guessing.Genral automotive repair is just part of what he does to keep your import or domestic vehicle on the road,He specializes in classic Ford Mustang repair and restoration I would highly recommend taking your classic mustang to him

Alex has maintained my vehicles for a number of years. I've always found his pricing to be fair, his service to be excellent, and his skills to be above par. I highly recommend this shop!

Alex and Christian are the best! They went above and beyond to get my old rv running. Very knowledgeable and stayed late to finish the work. Great guys.

The owner is very polite very cordial willing to give good advice. He's not out to make a killing and although he is very busy he will get you in as quick as he can for all of your Automotive needs
