ADS mechanic, Greg and staff were great. I have a 1967 Kaiser Jeep that needed a new flywheel and clutch, pressure plate. They did a great job. Everything works super and when I ever need more work, I will take it them ADS Automotive. Thank you

Definitely not going anywhere else! First time I came in to have them look at my BMW it was quick and they said it was a specialized problem and they didn t even charge me! Then BMW quoted me 1,000 dollars and they took care of me for a lot cheaper! Same thing, quicker then they even expected! Anne at the front desk is the best! Always nice and goes above and beyond! Everyone is nice and won t take advantage of you! I won t take my cars or any of my families cars anywhere else! Love this place!Service: Auto maintenance

Poor Customer Service, which is very concerning considering the number of times I have left positive feedback based on previous visits prior to the name/ownership change. I went in and was immediately greeted by Laken who was very nice, professional and upbeat. The purpose of my visit was to schedule an engine code check since my check engine light had just come on. Laken was helping me get a simple appointment scheduled for the mid-week to check an engine code that is until ASPEN got involved. ASPEN unprofessionally inserted herself into my conversation with Laken, and wanted to indicate that they were booked two weeks out despite the appointment calander being on the desk indicating there was open availability for mid-week. ASPEN wanted to immediately tell me that this was not a free service, and that it took an hour to run a diagnostic. At this time, I informed her that I was not concerned about having to pay for the service but inquired about anytime this week for after 2:30 PM, I was told that they had a 32-hour job for a truck, and they were "booked." After waiting for nearly five minutes and expressing my frustration with Laken, I left and stopped by AutoZone who ran the code and told me what the problem was. Unfortunately, ADS Automotive because of ASPEN's unwillingness is losing out on a repair set to be around $3500.00. I will NOT be returning based on the overall experience by one employee.

The front desk lady was super nice, but the prices were outrageous, I only got a vacuum line fixed and that alone was $233, it s a tube!!!! If I did fix everything wrong with my car it would be around 2 grand and my cars value isn t that much at all so I just fixed the vacuum line. My car still smokes and everything else but whatever, looks nice but your also paying the price for that nice lobby!!

These people can fix a bumper and paint. Do not bring your vehicle here if it is more than that. I ended up paying the dealer $950 to finish the job. When the owner returned my vehicle a month late, he gave it to me with a cup holder full of screws that they didn t put back, tape on plastic parts, and parts missing.Pathetic

Fantastic Auto Body Shop! They were much more accommodating to what I needed and did a much better job than any dealership to which I took my 2022 Kia. I had a side mirror that had been broken off and side of my car was scratched in a parking lot. Was told a two hr or less to do job. And if it was over two hrs I would get a call.No call and it was double the hrs . Four hours.After some discussion it got dropped to three hrs. I paid it.But as I was walking out the door the said oh ya by the way you have a dim light on the drivers side. I said what you just charged me double to fix the lights charged me for two new bulbs, but you let a dim one in.What a very very poor job.Would not recommend this business to check air in my tiresServices: Electrical repair, Electrical

First off, I will say that Sebastian is great and the reason that this review is not one star. However, having them do some fairly minor body work turned into a massive hassle for me.After the job wasn t done right the first time and I took it back into them, they told me that they originally under quoted me and needed more money to fix it right.When I picked it up the second time the body work looked great. However, I went to put fuel in the truck I found that they had not put part of the fuel system back together, thus preventing me from putting fuel in the truck. So, a third time it went back to their shop.They did end up fixing the truck properly, but nearly stranded me in the process. Given that, and me having to bring the truck 3 times to them I thought that it was fair that they refund part of the extra money that they charged me, but were unwilling to do so.

I used this shop because my battery and alternator were bad and causing a bunch of codes. I also had a coolant leak I needed repaired. They only diagnosed my battery as being bad, regardless of my request about the alternator. The next day I had autozone check the alternator and it was so dead that they couldn t even measure it s output. They also replaced my air filter without my permission or without me requesting they do so and charged me for it. I was just disappointed after the great reviews I had read about this shop and paid so much money to not have the parts replaced and others put in that I didn t want.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I have used B&R for several different auto needs and have been very satisfied each time. They go out of their way to get the best deals on parts and have fair shop costs. This place is amazing. I called after I was having car troubles in the interstate and they got me in with 5 minutes notice even though it was almost the end of the day! They were so accommodating and kind and they fixed my problem fast. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. The mechanics are great. I highly recommend this place for any car troubles and maintenance. They have fair prices too.

I was met with great service by Riley and Brent. They were very knowledgeable about everything and handled all communication very professionally. The mechanic Anthony took his time to explain in detail what was going on and made me feel reassured that the issues he was speaking about were legitimate. As well as doing a stellar job on the repair. Even went above and beyond to accommodate my detailed questions about everything. My car is an Audi A4 2014 and the fuel pump had gone out and Anthony had discovered that the timing chain needed to be replaced. Had I not replaced it I d probably be Buying a new engine in the next six months. So excellent service and excellent staff. This shop is incredible. The staff was friendlyextremely receptive to my needs. Especially Riley. They fixed my vehicle in a very timely manner, and kept an open dialogue going between the mechanic and myself so that I was involved and informed. They addressed all of my needs and met expectations I didn't even know I had!!! Hands down the best shop to take your vehicle to.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

I happened to hit a deer and messed up the front end on my ram truck. These guys are not to be confused with your average shop! Dang good communication, awesome staff, and you can tell they care about their name. My truck looks great. I will be taking more of my work to them in the future. And sebastian Is a rock star!! The brake light came on in my Mini Cooper Coupe....and I took her into another place and got an estimate on a brake job. It seemed high, but what do I know. I happened to run into the wife of the mechanic at B&R while getting my Covid shot....and she told me I should go to B&R...that the mechanic owned minis and worked on them all the time. So I gave them a call. The estimate they gave was less than "the other place"....so I made an appointment. They got me in, got the brakes done and saved me $150 from what "the other guys" quoted. I was super impressed and will definitely return when I need service for either of my two Minis! Thanks B&R!!Service: Brakes

I took my car in for front brake pads, rotors and oil light reset. They charged 550 for pads and rotors, 50 for checking a bulb wiring. Those prices are average but they charged 100 bucks to reset an oil light which is ridiculous. I was an automotive technician for 15 years and not once did I charge to reset an oil light. I don't mind paying a few bucks but 100 is insane.Update:B&R made it right and refunded the 100 dollars. Apparently there were some mis communications. So far so good. The folks at B & R seem friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Will update post upon completion of work on my car.-- Follow up: The mechanic was very knowledgeable about my foreign vehicle. The price came in a little higher than estimated but when I questioned the price they adjusted the final bill. I would probably return my foreign vehicle to this shop but will continue to have my domestic vehicles serviced elsewhere.

B&R have reasonable prices and when I ve been told I need something done to my vehicle I will always take it to Brent Beus at B&R for a second opinion. In the past I have found out that the work didn t need to be done. They are honest and will never try to sell you repairs you don t need. Pricing has always been fair. Very professional, knowledgeable, and well valued. Called for service in the morning, was in by the afternoon. Showed up 20 minutes early. They started my car, and made the repairs very quickly. These guys were great! However specific to my car they weren't able to fix it. They were quick to evaluate it and even helped me set up an appointment with a place that specialized with my make and model, and didn't charge me at all! I'll definitely go back!

I was in purchasing a car that someone had abandoned at B&R, when I noticed that my tire on the car I drove to the shop had a screw in it and was leaking. These guys were able to fit me right in for a flat repair. B&R saved me $16,000 in repairs. I experienced catastrophic engine failure in my Diesel BMW. B&R quickly & correctly identified a faulty EGR valve. The mechanic advised me to call BMW to see if the part was still coved by a recall. BMW is covering the repair which includes replacing the entire engine and some melted wire harnesses. Costs are astronomical, but covered!!Thank you B&R. Your professionalism and honest work ethic really saved me!!Service: Engine repair
