I recently had my vehicle serviced at A.B. Hadley. I honestly did not know what to expect, but their reviews were good. I had a B service performed and it was better than I expected. I received the same type of report that I would from the dealer service department. A detailed report was sent to me with photos and any recommendations.They were about 25 percent less than the dealership service. A win for sure.I will be taking my European car here as long as it is in my driveway. Google found this company for me and I am grateful. Thank you Kari and A.B. Hadley!

A.B. Hadley has been taking care of my vehicles for the last couple years and they are always amazing! They are trust worthy and always to a fantastic job. I always know that when I leave my car is going to be reliable and safe. They came highly recommended to me and know I highly recommend them everytime I can. The whole team is kind and knowledgeable.

I stumbled onto AB Hadley and I'm glad I did. They've been great to deal with and got me in very quickly! I really liked having the vehicle diagnosed and all the info w/ pictures sent to me to go over. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Work was done in a timely manner with quality parts and supplies. Price is very fair and beats going to the dealership. I would definitely recommend their business to family and friends. Keep up the good work guys! Update: Have a 2016 Lexus LX570 and have read horror stories on forums, of dealerships either not able to work on or messing up the AHC (active height control) when servicing. AB Hadley assured me they had a tech who was familiar with and could work on the system. Everything was done quickly and correctly. I feel very fortunate to have an honest, family friendly Indy shop close by that is capable of working on a dressed up 200 series Land Cruiser. Thanks again Tom and team for another job well done.

Chad was awesome an super helpful. Top notch service. We just couldn't come to a agreeable price. In my personal opinion way to high of mark up on parts. 9500 just for trans work where the other shop that would rebuild my trans into a stage one rated at 550 hp was at 6600 out the door. Really wish they would of came close on that price because I wanted them to work on my truck after the level of customer service that was displayed. Not a negative experience one bit. Just could not come together on price. Thank you for the top notch customer service.

Extremely great service! They fixed the car extremely fast, and gave me a very thorough report of what should be fixed on my car. The job was worth the cost, and at no point did I feel pressured to pay for anything additional. They also have a long warranty on the work they do, which made me feel a lot more confident that my car was good to drive. The car hasn t had any problems since I picked it up!

AB Hadley is the best. I have been taking my car to them for years. They are honest, I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on services I don t need, and take great care of my car. They also called quickly for updates and gave me a realistic estimate when my car was going to be done. Quick turn around time. Completely trust them with my car!

All mechanics, cars and schedules are clearly outlined on a flat screen monitor for all to see - I was amazed. I received an exact list of problems with my car with accurate prices listed - that was a first in my 40 years of car repairs. They took care of my car like it was their own and even provided me with a loaner while the work was being done. I am from NY and will schedule maintenance on my car with AB Hadley when next in town. I want to clone them in my community! They really are that great. Actually, way beyond great. A+++

This shop is stellar. I appreciate their knowledgeable attention to detail. I'm so glad they have loaner cars available. If you need an oil change it's best not to waste their time. If you've got a known problem or even an unknown problem, they'll get it done, with a confident warranty. The mechanics in the shop are well complimented by the front desk folks and I was so grateful for their follow up.

They were extremely professional and got the job done. Chad, who I spoke with most, was kind, professional, and honest about everything my car needed. He listened to my concerns and checked everything over. Seeing my car needs and my personal concerns were fixed and working in top shape. I felt well taken care of and would recommend everyone goes here to get their car work done.

A.B. Hadley is wonderful. They were extremely honest with me and very quick with repairs. Chad was awesome to speak with. Very friendly and professional. I love having a local shop that I can trust to take good care of my vehicle and not worry about being jerked around.

I was a little upset when I came to kick up my car. We had discussed working on the front ball joints. But the mechanic changed the rear wheel bearings. Which we had also discussed. I think there was a bit of miscommunication was all. I had planned to do both at sometime. It would have been a bigger problem if I didn't have the extra money. Normally you guys are awesome. I will make sure of what we are writing up in the future.

I needed an oil pump replaced. It was a big job. Hadley s didn t hesitate to work on my truck. I was told by other shops they wouldn t work on my truck because it is lifted. Hadley s didn t hesitate at all. They are fair priced. Kept me informed with what was going on with my truck. Sent me pictures and reports. Definitely would recommend this shop. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable.

I actually had a great experience! It sounds weird to say when your car is broken, but my son s car had what seemed like a transmission problem. We took it to a different place, a transmission shop and they told us it was an electrical problem. We took it to Hadley s and they troubleshot the electrical system, got it corrected, and charged us less than they originally quoted. The process took some time, but they provided a loner car and Chad communicated frequently so I always knew the status of the work. In the end, we ended up scrapping the car because the transmission costs more than the car is worth, but Hadley s was great to work with. Their courtesy and professionalism was top notch. I plan to take all my cars there in the (hopefully distant) future.

I'm so fortunate to have found A.B Hadley Inc. They are knowledgeable and professional and kept me informed about my car needs. Their pricing is up-front and honest. Their shuttle to and from the shop was so helpful. I felt like part of their family. I will support them with all my automotive needs. It's rare to find a local car repair business you can trust. They are the "real deal."

A.B.Hadley did a fantastic, thorough job on fixing my vehicle. Every person I spoke with (at least 3) was very friendly & helpful. Their customer service & overall service was above & beyond what I expected. I will never go any where else again! They had great communication, were very timely, and worked with me on a ride. If I could give more than 5 stars for extra credit, I would!

I have a suspected timing chain replacement and I wanted confirmation and pricing. They were really easy to schedule with and communicated openly, clearly, and timely. They confirmed the problem and gave me a nice long list of other maintenance activities that were probably overdue. We went over the list together and identified maintenance that had already been done, stuff I can do, and stuff I'd prefer for them to do.Unfortunately my vehicle is annoying and timing chain replacements require a lot of extra labor and I couldn't afford the price they bid out for me. So I'll have to do it myself, which wasn't my first choice.They were understanding and respectful of my position. What was really nice is that they answered several questions I had regarding some of the steps in the work and what they would do. They shared their expertise anyway, even though I wasn't able to have them do the work.So, all in all, I feel they are calm and trustworthy guys that would likely have done amazing work. Shop looked clean. They didn't seem like their mechanics were being over scheduled, but are kept busy. And from an office management perspective, seemed like they have their processeses worked out, up to date, and running smooth. Look forward to having them do something else for me in the future.

I recently took my Lexus into A.B. Hadley s to have my rear brakes looked at. I talked to Jeff and told him what was wrong. They did a complete diagnostic review of my entire car and not only told me what was wrong but also showed pictures of the worn out parts that needed replacing. Jeff called to tell me that the rear compressor that controls the rear shocks was totally worn out and the cost to repair them with new parts from Lexus would be over $5,000 dollars. I was totally shocked that Lexus wanted that much for a new compressor. I told Jeff that there was no way I was going to pay that much money so he offered to try to find a used one for me. He call the next day to tell me he d found one out of state for about half the price. They ended up getting the part and putting it in and now my car drives like it s brand new again. In the end because of Jeff s hard work and dedication to helping me save money, they ended saving me around $2,000 on the job. Jeff went above and beyond his job duties by letting me know daily where they were at and what was going on. Thanks again Jeff you were Awesome and I really appreciate all you did for me. I ve only know Tom the owner for a short period of time and have heard nothing but good things about their business. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know based on their professionalism and the way they take care of their customers. Thanks again Jeff and Tom for a job well done.

I dealt with Jeff at AB Harley s, and it was the best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic shop, Jeff would ALWAYS communicate so well with me on what was going on. And their technicians were top notch and very experienced. I had an older work van they were helping get fixed and it was a complicated problem that AB Hadleys and their team took care of no problem, the technicians have a system they use to make a report for their diagnosis and recommendations and time required for the fix, super professional and I m very pleased. I will be recommending this mechanic shop to all friends and family and will be returning for future work myself.

This was the best auto service I've ever received! They did such a thorough inspection and the summary they sent with their findings was so great! They gave all the information to help us make an informed decision for what we were going to fix and how. They were timely and kept us updated on the status of the vehicle. Their customer service was fantastic and we will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs!

I had a great experience at AB Hadley Automotive Repair. The detailed inspection on my 2016 Subaru showed their commitment to thorough service. I got my hopes up at first, they seemed like a great shop. I spent over a hundred dollars on an in-depth bumper to bumper inspection. My check engine light indicated some immediate repairs and their techs found additional repairs that would be good to do. I fixed what I needed to and went on my way. Not even 2-3 days later the check engine light comes back on. I took it back to see what the issue was and it turns out there is now a new problem that was not detected in their first inspection. Now they want to charge me again for the same inspection that was supposed to spot issues like this. I stepped back in my car and found the floors covered in snow. Not happy with how my experience went.

I have been completely satisfied with working with the Service managers and staff at A.B. Hadley. I chose this business after reading reviews. I own a 2013 VW Tiguan, which is a maintenance issue in itself and has not been regularly maintained. They have been stellar about working through repairs and maintenance in a graded and gradual manner of importance that I can work with. They have gained my trust and confidence as a competent and fair auto repair business. I have appreciated their professionalism.

I brought my 2013 Mercedes to the shop. It had a major oil leak. Jeff really took care of any which way he could save me money. They worked really in detail and taken care of my car. After a long time I felt finding a year trusting car shop.

Fantastic service, prices are more than fair and the work done is high quality. Only took the weekend for my alternator, pads and rotors, and emissions. They offer towing through a third party company, my car was to the shop within an hour of my first phone call to them. Great mechanic!

Very impressed with the staff at A.B. Hadley, Inc. They took care of my car needs quickly and explained everything they had done. Chris drove me to work and back while they worked on my car, which was wonderful. They were all very friendly.
