I met Brice buying a part for a vehicle off of FB. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He is honest in his diagnosis and pricing in what is really needed.We have brought 5 different cars to him for service, repair or inspections. Inspections of new cars before buying is a must and he goes thru the vehicle in a very thorough inspection, letting you know what to expect if you buy the vehicle. We were able to negotiate with the dealer to get all the items fixed before buying it because of his attention to detail.He doesn't up charge parts and many times has helped me without taking labor payment on small things such as installing parts (plastic barrier above wheel), and checking engine codes.He works with my crazy schedule and is able to get my vehicles in and fixed/taken care of in a few days of me contacting him.I highly recommend Brice and Twisted Wretch Auto to all my friends and family.If your want a friendly, honest mechanic who knows what he is doing, go see Brice.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Couldn't or wouldn't fix my truck and tried to charge me almost $800 with no repair work done. I tried to speak reasonably with the owner about the charges and he threatened legal action immediately, with no option for explanation or discussion. He also refused to show any documentation of the diagnostics he supposedly performed (AUTO ZONE DOES THIS FOR FREE).We had a somewhat confrontational conclusion to the discussion at which point I left the shop and got on my motorcycle. The owner then followed me to my bike yelling and threatening me.I decided to just leave since things were becoming confrontational. I started my motorcycle and began to exit the parking lot. The owner, Brice, attempted to pull me off my motorcycle while I was riding out of the parking lot. He chased me on foot into the street swearing at me. I was nearly hit by oncoming traffic attempting to flee his advance, (if twisted wrench auto has any security footage please provide as this will clearly demonstrate Brice's threats and advances.) and managed to merge into traffic unharmed somehow.He then impounded my still non functioning truck ( which he wanted nearly $800 FOR SUPPOSEDLY DIAGNOSING).Worst experience I've had with any business in Utah... PERIOD. I've never witnessed the lack of professionality I saw at Twisted Wrench Auto.Just as some other reviewers have said, don't believe the fake reviews.UPDATE: Brice is now claiming that I at some point stated I didn't want my vehicle repaired. Testament to his level of honesty. Why would I have my truck at his shop if not to be repaird? Took the truck somewhere else and the problem had nothing to do with the ecu.

I learned about Twisted Wrench Auto (Brice) through a friend after not being able to get my low sitting van into a Jiffy Lube garage without scraping the bottom. His garage had the ability to service my van with no problem. In addition, my knowledge of cars is very limited and he is able to answer my questions without making me feel silly. Brice is very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend Twisted Wrench Auto to anyone.

Bryce is an amazing mechanic. He has been able to repair anything I have thrown at him :-) He is also knowledgeable about many other things as well! His prices are more affordable. I would trust him with anything.

I was on the verge of buying a used car that had a "Rebuilt" title. I selected Bryce because he was available on my tight time line. He found problems that I had missed and took the time to show be the warning signs around the car. Very knowledgeable. Don't be fooled by fake reviews. This guy either doesn't have much knowledge or the most dishonest mechanic around. He charged me over 1200 for something he assured was the problem with my truck. Not only wasn't fixed, he told me over the phone that my truck was fixed so he can collect payment.After that I had to take my truck to Ford dealer, and spend all that money again to have the truck actually fixed.

My older bmw was having all kinds of issues and other mechanics won't touch it with a 10 ft pole - they would refer me to a bmw dealer and we know what that means - I would have to take out a second mortgage. Brice did a diagnostic, told me exactly what the issues are and how much to fix it. Now my car is purring like it use to again. You want an honest know what the heck he's doing mechanic, give Brice a shot - he fixed issues others can't. Extremely satisfied with the work. Thanks Brice!!Service: Auto engine tuning

Had a coolant hose split on me and leak. Happened to be close to the shop they were extremely kind and helpful! Did a great job and got me out quicker than I would have imagined. I took my vehicle here for a major repair, and after a debacle with them claiming that there were only used parts available and that there were no used ones available (telling me I'd have to wait weeks while they found one), I ended up calling my dealership to confirm the shortage of parts. It turns out that there was no shortage. The dealership had the part there (brand new) in 2 days. Not only that, but the cost at the dealership was half of what Twisted Wrench quoted me for a used part. So glad I ended up calling somewhere else to investigate for myself.

My van is old and Brice at Twisted Wrench has kept it going strong! 193k and counting! Great service- honest and upfront- I always go here first for everything! It might be quicker to list what he hasn t done... steering wheel alignment, rack and pinion, coolant flush, power steering, I know there s more because we ve been going to him for a while! Just drove to Ca and back felt safe and unworried because Brice had checked it out for me. Absolutely the best customer service! They have treated me like a close friend since day 1, they Absolutely take care of me every time I call. My car broke down on the highway called and they picked it up so quickly and it was fixed so fast! The only place I will take for my car repairs!

Very talented mechanic. First time I used twisted wrench I was very satisfied. The guy knows his stuff. Pricing is very reasonable. They are very honest and honorable. He under quoted me once and he stood by his word. I only give 4 stars because I've been trying to get my vehicle in to him but he won't return my calls or respond to my messages. If you can reach him, I highly recommend using twisted wrench.

I have had my car such a short time and have a few problems that have come up. Brice was amazing at getting my car repaired in a timely manner. I brought Jeep in thinking it was a wheel bearing. Turns out I was incorrect. Was a transfer case. He could have done work that wasn't needed. His pricing was extremely fair. His diagnosis honest. I would come back with future mechanical problems of my own and would recommend his shop to anyone looking for a fair, honest mechanic! Thank you, Brice

I went to get my front brakes repaired. Brice found additional issues and patiently showed me. He saved me money by repairing 2 parts instead of me buying new parts. He then noticed my rotor all grinded and replaced that also. He was affordable and I am very happy with his work. It's hard to find a good mechanic or shop that is honest and won't try to nickle and dime you for stuff that you don't need. Brice with Twisted Wrench Auto is probably the most honest and forward mechanic I've ever worked with. The work was great, and very professional. I have to say I am very impressed with the customer service and the professional work he did for me. So convenient with him coming to my home with the covid scare happening right now. My car has never ran better. He is very knowledgeable and pricing is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

We had lights coming on and on. The emissions would not pass for license plate renewal. We got one fixed and another came on. We were about to throw in the towel when we took it here.
