I visited the Jiffy Lube in North Salt Lake today after being turned away from the Quick Emissions just down the road & Am so happy I did. From the 1st employee who greeted me as I pulled into their lot to the last who took my payment, Every interaction was very pleasant & professional. Jessica, I believe was her name, Was incredibly helpful & Informative. She answered all of my questions, Definitely knows her stuff & Even offered me a discount on my emissions test. Such a great experience that I will no longer be taking any of my business to 'Quick Emissions' & Will be giving it now to this particular Jiffy Lube instead. Thank you Nsl Jiffy Lube for taking care of me & My vehicle today & An extra special Thank you for your Amazing customer service!

I chose this location based on the Google reviews. I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time, even when the room filled up with people. The lobby is set up in a way where you can seat a lot of people, but you don't feel crammed and self-conscious. It was clean and they had refreshments and a TV to watch. The man who helped me was a gentleman. He treated me with respect. He laid out all of his findings after initial inspection of my car and gave me suggestions. He looked at my reported service records to be sure I hadn't had differential service done recently, since I wasn't sure... but pretty sure I hadn't. He went over every charge with me before they started work. They did the work in a short amount of time, too. I'm happy! This is "my" Jiffy Lube now.

Great service! I'm never surprised by the bill as they go over an estimate beforehand. We've been coming here for years. They always get us in and out quickly. I highly recommend.

Super friendly. Came right over when I pulled up. It was close to closing and they still treated me with kindness and respect. Changed the oil and did a flush and put in new bulbs and wiper blades. Excellent management and great service from all. Will always come back to this jiffy lube from now on.

Best jiffy lube there is. These guys are honest and No scams, I had walked in another jiffy a month ago, and my car had a bunch of new problems and the estimate was insane. So I waited, and today I went to this one, I was expecting to pay a lot, but these guys were honest and I really didn't have the problems they said I had in the other jiffy lube. I recommend this place. Best service, very honest staff, and super friendly..

I had been trying to get in for 2 weeks to get emissions and tags but due to my work schedule (working at 0700 in the morning and getting off at 1730 at night), I miss the 6pm shops and haven't been able to get in at the NSL shop. Last night the shop stayed late and did my renewal and emissions and gave me a discount on top of everything. Their customer service was above and beyond and I noticed. Thank you for staying late for me.

I've always experienced great service at North Salt Lake Jiffy Lube. Some days the manager rushes around like a demon to make sure everything's getting done, yet I never feel pressure from him or his staff. Keep up the good work!

This Jiffy Lube location goes above and beyond with customer service. I don t dread having to change my oil here. Very polite, helpful staff!The waiting room chairs could use an update, as they a very uncomfortable.

I started coming to this Jiffy Lube a few years ago and it has been a great experience every time. Its nice how often they tell me the things about my car that are working well and don't need to be checked, so I trust them when they say something does need to be checked.

great service as always. I came to this location last year for my emissions and they were super kind and quick so I came back again this year. they were short staffed so it did take a little longer than usual but that's nothing I can be upset about. the man who helped me, who im guessing was the manager, was very kind and funny and made the wait worth it. I'll probably come back here again to get it done next year

Thank you to your team for helping me today. I had to reregister my car + get emissions and an oil change. The team was quick friendly and honest. They did not attempt to upsell me on anything which is always appreciated.I paid around $130 for the oil change and emission test. I purchased high-mileage oil and was told it should last 5000 miles instead of the 3000 of a typical synthetic oil. I believe it was $27 more for the high milage oil. They gave me a great discount as the price was originally $160. If you do the oil change + emissions test the emissions test was $4 with the discount.The registration for a year was $91 but that is nothing to do with Jiffy Lube - it's for the DMV.I love this location and have been here 3x now.

Today asked for an emission and oil change. After waiting for about an hour, car was pulled in and after the oil had been removed was told the oil that it needed had to be the higher priced one. After not giving in a discount was offered. The oil life was not reset. In the summer took in a different car and same situation happened. Drained the oil and said they only had synthetic and not conventional. I agreed to pay for it and was assured it would be synthetic oil out of the quart bottles but I personally saw it was out of the pump. When confronted about it I was told twice that it was not out of the pump. Gave them one more chance today but have learned my lesson not to go back. I understand that they have to upsell, but do it the right way, not lying to your customers.

Juan is the most friendly and helpful employee! I ve started going to the NSL location every time I need work on my car because of the excellent customer service. They did absolutely everything they could to accommodate me through any bumps that came up and talked to me frequently throughout the process to let me know what was going on. They use laymen s terms to explain and don t try to sell you more than you need!

I haven't received my e-receipt. The service technician while at the register, said there would be no charge for the coolant and that he was adding other discounts adding up to $35 off in addition to the 20% off an additional service (I changed out the brake fluid for $109). The total I was quoted doesn't seem like the discounts listed above happened but I don't have a receipt to check.

I hate jiffy lube! I never would have gone there if it wasn t for Groupon! Your service always sucks!You checked everything you could possibly charge me for but never filled my tires or added windshield washer fluid! That s not odd? But how convenient!

Excellent customer service here. You definitely feel like they are knowledgeable and care about your safety out on the road.Prices aren't that bad, they are a big chain and always have some coupons. Discounted price definitely didn't discount the service!

Great service!The chairs at the North Salt Lake City location will give you a back ache in a matter of minutes.I would suggest bringing your own chair.If the chairs were better I would have given 5 stars.

Super friendly and great manners!!! They did a good job on my window rock chip repairs. They got me in and out really fast. I liked their waiting room. It was big and air conditioned. They also have a cute play area for kids.

Juan and the Crew did an excellent job. I was having bad allergies and Juan suggested air filters replacement. Sure enough there was a filth & mold invasion.
