Absolutely DISGUSTING. Bathroom had urine and feces crusted on the toilets and the floors. It s obvious the place has not been cleaned in months if not years.

This is next to the Tesla Supercharger. I just walked over in 15�F weather to find it closed, but at least the restrooms don t need a key! So I shuffled over to the separate building to find this:

Wish I had read the reviews before stopping here. And too bad I can't give negative stars. It is old, you can barely read the displays on the pumps. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting. Like someone else said it should be torn down. No one has done any maintenance or cleaning on it in years. The station is surrounded by better options. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I needed to use a bathroom and came here to see a janitor going in and out of the maintenance room with trashbags. At the time, I thought "Well, good! It's nice to know that somebody actually cares about keeping the place clean." NOPE!! I went into the bathroom and, to my extreme disbelief, there were segments of toilet paper dotting the ground in both stalls, the toilet seats were covered in urine, even a Hostess Cupcake wrapper sat behind the toilet (God knows how or why it was there), and possibly worst of all; the ants. I wiped down the seat as best as I could, sat down, and did my business. The entire restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in decades. When I went to wash my hands, I didn't even want to touch the sink. And, to add insult to injury, THERE WASN'T EVEN ANY SOAP IN THE DISPENSERS! Having worked in the janitorial area before, I can safely say that it wouldn't even be that hard to clean it up in just an hour or two. God forbid the day a heath inspector comes around.

The woman working here was very kind, however, the bathroom is in horrifying condition. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, and the exterior door is missing a knob. This means that if anyone coming in closes the door completely you can't get out, you have to wait for someone else to come in to escape.

Not worth saving a few pennies per gallon. Creepy bathroom in separate building behind gas station and large unlit parking lot. Inside of bathroom barely better then a port a potty. Dirty, faucet broken, hasn't been cleaned in a least a week or two. AVOID.

Hands down the most disgusting bathrooms ever!!! Full of flies and just filthy; seriously, most outhouses are in better shape! No way would I go inside the building and spend any money here!

To everyone who complains about the bathrooms, i totally understand your concern. I used to work there and the company doesn't give workers time to clean the restrooms as often as they need.(we got an hour between 10-11 @ night).

I hate to even give this place one star. Station was dirty, but the bathrooms were beyond filthy and completely disgusting. Probably hadn t been cleaned in months. Have never, ever seen anything like this in my life! Will never go there again.

Nephi in general is a great place to stop and stretch your legs if you have been driving for a while...... but let's be honest. I've seen bathrooms at scout camp that look better and more clean than than this one at Texaco.

The mens and women's restrooms are beyond gross, disgusting, smelly!! The filth is caked on the walls, toilets, and floor. There are lots of spiderwebs filled with dead bugs on the ceiling. You need a professional cleaning crew to clean the restrooms. You do not deserve one star.

At 9 pm August 11, 2021she refused to take our cash so we could put gas in. We needed 24 gallons @ $3.85 totaling $92. She didn't want to get change out or recount till. She stated she was closing soon. The ExxonMobil was more than happy to take our cash. Other people told us she turns customers away since they started closing, they quit going to this station since she has such an attitude.

Do not stop here for gas !! We generally only stop for gas when we need to potty so we pull in and immediately I'm jumping out and heading for the rest room. Well, my husband informs me, I'm going the wrong direction and points waaaay out back . Luckily , there was a staff person I was able to ask quickly if I neede a key and thankfully, I didn't so I started the trip out back walking quickly. Once I made it in, the rest room was filthy! In dis repair . I didn't even wash my hands because I didn't want to touch anything. I made my way into the gas station where they had a sink and washed up. Ewe yuck! Never on our stop again!

Stopped at this gas station on 9/16/19 . As many others have said, the bathrooms were filthy and disgusting. The Nephi health department should take notice of this. Go across the street, much better. One star is ten too many.

Drive the extra 30 seconds to Another Station**Nasty Store, Disgusting Bathrooms, Terrible Staff.Was Refused Cigarettes because customers 10 minutes before me were refused & staff said something about 3rd party something.If the staff wouldn t of been sitting on their A** behind the desk and were actually standing up paying attention to their customers they would of seen we were the only customers in the parking lot and pulled in after whoever they refused service too had left.LAZY!LAZY!LAZY!

Terrible. Outdoor bathrooms only. Bathrooms were out of order. Had to go to Burger King to pee.The gas was fantastic though! Powers my car sufficiently!

To say the bathrooms are terrible is both accurate and an understatement. I concur with other reviewers that this is a place in need of demolishing!

Stopped here to put in gas. The restrooms are located in a separate building in the back corner of the parking lot. The mensroom was locked. Not impressed.

The Shoulder of I-15 would be a better place to go to the restroom. This place is disgusting!!! The owner clearly has no understanding of how to run a good business.

The fountain machines are VERY dirty and my coke tasted like dirt/mold. I threw it away.
