Recently took a tire to get fixed and rim to be re laced and got lowsy service. Charged me 150 for a tube replacement and tear my rim a part. Wanted more than a new rim to re lace mine

Recently I needed to get an oil change for my Honda Talon but my local dealership was booked two weeks out at the earliest. I called Prime Honda and spoke with Pat the owner who got me scheduled for the very next day.

Best service and best place to buy a bike! Bought mine from them 4 years ago after getting fed up with all the big dealers. Best Honda dealership in the state!Thanks for the great memories you have created!

I got a couple of machines from these guys. I went with them because they gave me the out the door price over the phone the other dealerships wont tell you over the phone because the want to do there sales pitch in the showroom I guess but Im not willing to drive all around the state listening to salesman. So there honesty and transparency is why I would recommend them.

We took our 1 yr old Honda push lawn mower to be serviced and have the blade sharpened. We didn t ask how much it would be, but for what they charged, and they had the blade off to sharpen, they didn t even clean the underneath of the mower. Our bad for assuming they would clean under the deck but I have never taken something to be serviced and it doesn t come back clean. I was not expecting it to be spotless, but at least while you have the blade off you could have scraped the old grass out. Plus they had it for 2 weeks and until we called to check on it they hadn t even started working on it. Not our best experience for sure!

We had a great experience with Garrett Motor Sports. We went with Garrett Motor Sports even though we live 45 minutes north of them because of all the places we called they were the only ones that were kind over the phone. The motorcycle arrived the day before a holiday weekend (July 24th) and the OWNER stayed at the shop late putting together our bike. He met us in the morning of the holiday even though they were normally closed. The bike has been an awesome purchase over the last couple months and now we are buying another one from Garret Motor Sports!

I have taken my pioneer 1000-5 into Garrett Honda and i have decided to never go anywhere else. Jason and the guys are great. They communicate and are very honest. Happy as can be. Thanks

Atv had a hard start charged 240 dollars for nothing found out it was the battery after all! No help from them!

I bought a used Honda outboard engine from Garrett Honda a few months ago. I was worried because I was from out of state and I don't know much about engines. The customer service was amazing. Jeff explained everything to me and was so helpful. On top of it I have used the outboard motor throughout the summer, I have had no trouble with it. These guys were great!

Bought a brand new Honda from them. Was assured many times that they would register it for me and that the tags would come in the mail. Called them when they sent off road stickers instead of an on road plate. Was told they made a mistake and would fix it. Called them back 2 months later when they hadn't come in, was told they would fix it immediately. That was several months ago now and nothing... Jeff, or whatever the owners name was, talked forever about how great their customer service was there, but turns out that isn't the case.

I dropped my bike off in April of this year and they had it for upwards of 4 months and no work was getting done on it. Every time I called they would be waiting for a new part in the mail that they never ordered at the beginning of service (you would assume the gaskets would be ordered before the split the case, but what would I know?) there were times I would get no answer over the phone and would have to go into the shop to get any answers and it would be the same runaround of them waiting on parts they didn t order at the beginning of service. I kept being told it would be started and when I would call weeks later to check up on the progress, I m told they haven t even touched it. And to top it all off, I had to go through the whole machine and tighten bolts that were left loose. (Header bolts, shift lever bolts, skid plate bolts, case saver bolts, all left only hand tight. And my return spring for the brake lever never got put back on.) I would assume when my bill is almost two grand that I at least wouldn t have to tighten bolts and buy a new return spring after I get it back. I also now have family in the same situation with the same shop. Hands down will never take a machine there again.

Garrett Honda is hands down the best place! I have bought a side by side, 4 wheelers, lawn mower & a dirt bike for my little boy here. They have exceptional service and staff! I also just recently had them work on my 4 wheeler and they did an awesome job! I would highly recommend this place!

I am a former employee of Garrett Honda and I can't express enough about how much Jeff and his employees care about their customers through my time working there I've seen the whole crew sacrifice their own time before and after hours to make sure that they don't leave one stone un turned when it comes to serving their customers. You will never find another dealership like Garrett Honda they will treat you with 100% respect and integrity and will do their very best to give you the most fair and best price! I highly recommend them for all your outdoor adventure needs! As for my family and I we will be a customer of theirs for life.

These guys are awesome! I had a snapper 360 Zero turn lawn mower that would not bag correctly. After taking my mower to several snapper dealerships. I was given the information of Garrets Honda and motor sports. Beeker the service manager and Jeff the warranty manager were great to work with.They stayed late and workhard to repair my mower. It works great now and bags like it should! These guys are awesome and I would recommend them highly if you need their expert help. Thanks Guys!

Garrett Honda's service department is top notch. They've replaced tires and diagnosed clutch problems with my motorcycles. They're always professional and efficient. The sales department takes time to answer my questions, whether I'm buying oil or looking at new bikes. I drive from out-of-town to get here because they're the best Honda dealer in Utah.

Garrett Honda has been my go to ATV Dealer for over 20 years. Their friendly sales and service staff keep me running year after year. They have done such a great job, that I have a 1999 Honda Foreman that is still running great today! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Garrett Honda!

Garrett Honda has the best people. We recently had our rubicon serviced. They are always so friendly and if something is wrong, they always make it right! Garrett Honda is our go to dealer. We drive over 50 miles to get great service!

Just bought a 2016 Rubicon Deluxe from Jeff. Outstanding service. They stayed late to accommodate my schedule, went over the machine with me before i left to make sure i was comfortable with every aspect of it, not to mention they were by far the best priced Honda Powersports dealer around. I will be a return customer and highly recommend them.

I had some work done on my bike about this time last year. I then had to go work on the road for close to a year. When I got home my bike wasn't running good. I took it back in and they were really good to me about it. They took the bike back in and fixed it really quick. They were more then willing to make it right with me even though it had been about a year since I had got it back. Very friendly and easy to do business with.

Bought a side by side 4 months ago. We are still waiting for the accessories to be put on it. They have had it for almost 2 months of that time and they have had it sitting out in the rain and sun for all of that time. We have had to haul it back and forth multiple times. We bought it to enjoy and have something fun but its been nothing but a headache. Still waiting to get it back so I can go for a ride. :( All the fun was sucked out of that purchase.

So i have so far with Garret Honda purchased a motor cycle as well as some accessories to go with it. This was years ago. The servicing was great. They made everything smooth. The motor cycle that I purchased was very reasonably priced. They had the motor cycle up and ready for me. They called me when my gloves and helmet came in. Everything went smoothly.Fast forward to today. I was in the market for a new bike. Unfortunately they do not receive a lot of used vehicles at this location. This was fine. How ever as i was looking around i found a bike. It was up in the salt lake city area. It was at a dealer. Lets just say they sold me a bike that wouldn't have passed inspection but some how did.Either way the role that Garret Honda played was exceptional in buying this motor cycle was fairly decent. I was able to go in and ask advice. With the motor cycle in question that i purchased i had make, module, year in hand i went to discuss it with them. They where happy to oblige my few questions i asked as well as give me some websites that i should visit for more resources. They understood that what my needs where couldn't necessarily be met there.One thing to not though was i looked at purchasing a new motor cycle in salt lake city area. The base price for the motor cycle for purchasing a new in salt lake as compared to at garret Honda where different. Garret Honda actually was cheaper by at least 1,000$.As for their servicing of motor cycles i have taken my older motor cycle in to there shop several times. They where able to get my motor cycle up and going in no time. Pricing was also far cheaper than that in SLC. I know this because i had to drop several hundred dollars on new tires for the motor cycle i just bought. The labor rates where far different. SLC will charge you a base rate of 80$ an hour for labor where as these guys will charge 60%. The other great thing about these guys is they aren't pushy. If you bring your bike in for work they will mention if they see something that needs to be done. How ever they only say it if it really does need to be done. Not like other places that will say it only to scam you so to speak.The staff is very friendly and do there best to help you with your needs. Honestly a great honest group of guys. Will continue to go to them over the group in SLC.

My CB1100 suddenly died on the highway while on a road trip. I had to call a tow truck and they took me to the nearest Honda shop, which happened to be Garrett Honda in Nephi.Their service guys quickly diagnosed the issue as a malfunctioning kill switch. Although the shop was full of bikes waiting for service, they were cool enough to roll my bike in, disassemble and clean the switch contacts right away. I've been to numerous dealership service departments that would have told me to leave it and come back in a week. These guys helped me to get back on the road and resume my trip in less than an hour. It's great to see a shop that is willing to go the extra mile to help out a biker on the road. You guys rule!

Live all the way in North Utah Valley and I will always make the trip to have my motorcycle and other Rec vehicles worked on. They are the nicest guys to work with and they always treat you fairly. Also really fun guys to talk to.

We recently bought a Pioneer 700 from this location, needless to say, the customer service was a big sell point as well as the product!! We are absolutely thrilled to have this and couldn't have gone to a better place for purchasing.

I've bought 2 four wheelers and 2 motor cycles from Garrrett honda in Nephi and had the best experience there and I still go back there because service and experience. I highly recommend them to anyone because of there first class service.
