I ve bought several vehicles over the years and this was the smoothest, best experience I ve ever had! Price was amazing for both the trade in as well as the pickup we bought. He found every possible rebate to help us out and even let my kids raid his fridge for snacks and juice. Patrick was extremely kind and really went out of his way to make the experience a great one.

Best dealership I have ever bought a truck from period. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and in my experience once the sale is final the dealership is done with you that did not happen here! Patrick is one of the most stand up guys I have ever met checked up on us and how the truck was doing hours after we left. If I ever buy another vehicle it will be from Painter Motor Company!

Great experience! They had a well priced used vehicle that matched my need. I was willing to drive 1.5 hours to look at it based on Patrick s recommendation. The test drive and paperwork were quick and had a good conversation with Patrick.Listen, I hate dealing with car dealerships, this was anything but that, very small business feel and they legitimately did everything they could to make sure I had a really good experience. Not pushy, competitively priced especially in the used car market right now with the current supply and demand issue. They are a family run business and have been around I think close to 100 years. Patrick takes a lot of pride in honoring his familytradition tradition and name. When someone cares that deeply about their reputation you know you re in a good place. These guys were spot on with the value of the vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone.

What an amazing experience! We've all been to dealerships big ones, little ones and I don't know about anybody else but I prefer Small Hometown USA! After a bad experience with a bigger dealership we came across an Ad for Painter's Motor in Nephi Utah. My teenage son and I decided to go check it out. I wanted to see if it was actually available to buy and to make sure that the interior wasn't Orange like my color blind husband thought it was When we arrived I couldn't see anybody however the truck was sitting on the showroom floor and it was unlocked so my son and I started looking..... A man came in and asked if he could help us and I told him that my husband was going to buy this truck today if it's available. He told me he thinks it's available but he wasn't really sure and that I needed to wait for Patrick. He informed me that Patrick was at a funeral and that he wasn't sure that he would be in....so I wrote my name and number down and left it on his desk. My son decided that he was starving so we went to get him food. As we were headed back out of town to go home my son noticed that there was somebody in the showroom with a clipboard in hand and he told me he looked important.... decided to stop at the dealership again. When I walked in I asked the gentleman if he was Patrick and he said no but then I heard a voice say.... but I am! That's when I met Patrick. What' an amazing man man! Hes very kind. I live 20 minutes away so I ran home to pick up my husband and take him back to the dealership. By the time we got back he had everything ready to go !! 10 minutes later I was following my husband on the freeway and he was driving his new fancy truck! Thank you so much Patrick @PainterMotor

I have bought several vehicles from Painter's over the years and every time they have been excellent to work with. Today I bought a truck from them and I got a fantastic price and they were very helpful. The buying experience was very smooth. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Painter's.

Recently purchased a vehicle here and everyone at the dealership was kind, upfront, and helpful. We found a great SUV that met my needs and was in my price range. The AC worked great during the test drive but went out after I bought it. I took it back and between parts and labor (this particular vehicle isn't the most accessible for that repair under the hood), the cost to repair came out in the ballpark of $1,200. They didn't make me pay a cent and covered 100% of that cost on their end. They said they sold me a car in good faith that everything worked and would do their part to make it right. They even had a very nice loaner car waiting for me when I dropped it off for the repair. I was able to get back on the road immediately without worrying about travel or missing appointments. They fixed it, I got it back, and it's driven like a dream since. I couldn't have had a better experience with them! Definitely buy here!!! I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Patrick is so great to work with! He had awesome trucks for an awesome price. We had been looking for quite awhile for a manual dodge and he had the perfect one for us. We are loving it! Thanks so much Patrick. Would recommend painter motors in Nephi to anyone.

Took my car here to get repaired. It had a burned wire and the mechanic didn't disconnect the burned wire, just ran a new wire. Charged me over retail price. Cost $700 and issue never got fixed. I called the owner numerous times and he would never call back. I will never go back.. I won't remove the review. It is the correct location. It was a few years ago and it was my husband that brought it in.

I bought a used truck from Patrick that I drove for a couple months, the truck was having some minor issues that he was willing to fix but I just wasn't happy with the truck. He offered to put me in a different truck but my credit isn't great. Patrick fought with creditors and got me approved, he even bought me and my son lunch while we waited approval. I drove out of there in a brand new Chevy truck that I love. Patrick and his staff are 100 percent there to make life long clients and are truly amazing people. I will definitely be back for my next auto purchase.

Our experience was the absolute best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. There was no B.S it was simple and to the point. We needed to upgrade to a bigger vehicle for our family and they delivered! They were so accommodating and friendly, even giving my kids Chocolate and offering me a Pepsi.

Awesome dealership. If I could give 10 stars I would. We walked in drove two trucks, made our choice and had a deal all in about 45 minutes. No hassles no back and forth on price and 6 hours later finally leaving, exhausted. Best buying experience I have ever had!!!!

We were on vacation and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere on the highway, we waited 4 hours for assistance on the way to our car and they never came, we called a painter and in an hour the tow truck arrived and raised our car, they took us to a hotel and they took it upon themselves to fix our car so we could get home healthy.Thanks so much!!!

We have been buying cars from Painter's for many years. We always shop around, but they have consistently had the best prices and service. We didnt have to do a thing, just show up to pick up the car and sign the paper. Honest salesmen, need I say more?!!

Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a Used 2007 Silverado 1500 from this dealership 7 months ago for more than KBB value because they promised this truck was "A needle in a hay stack." They promised it was clean and had no issues with it. Well a few weeks after I bought this truck from them the issues they tried to hide from me showed up. An aggressive misfire, and a 1-2 gear shift that would literally punch you in the back. Turns out the overfilled the transmission two quarts (that is dangerously overfilled) and that caused seals to blow and transmission damage that is now irreversible. They also tried their best to hide the misfire so much so I didn't notice it on the test drive. Saddest part is this dealership is owned by a family friend and they were not willing to make things right by repairing these issues. "We didn't warranty it so it isn't our problem." If this is the type of dishonest dealership you want to visit, go ahead, I know they will never get my family's business again.
