I was down in Nephi working on a piece of equipment that had a bad fuel pump. We use Napa a great deal in our normal operations so I called looking for my part. Not only did they have it but the pump was waiting for me in will call. NAPA's selection let me fix the machine right the first time and keep our customer happyThank you Napa!

Nice store, they had exactly what I needed. Also, a young man was so nice and courteous, he helped me locate what was needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent service.

Great experience. Stopped in for some oil, well laid out store and ample selection.Found what I needed quickly and staff was proficient and friendly throughout the process. A good auto parts store

Stuck no cash they took back a tps sensor I forgotten about got me the part for my truck and oil for transmission seal too wow thanks for your kindness.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Mike and Libbey while they was down visiting & checking out the nephi location too see if it was going too be a good fit for them as well as everyone else and im sure glad it worked out the way it did & from that moment I knew they were some all around kind hearted folks who will go above and beyond too help out their community... I know they've always went above and beyond too do so for myself and truly I don't think I can thank em enough... it speaks volumes about the type of people they are, i even got too meet their folks who are also some amazing people... Ive always been loyal too Napa even before they called it theirs and that's not about too change anytime soon... thank you Mike & Libbey Sharpe and better not forget about Curtis who's no longer with em sadly although all their employees are awesome and acknowledgeable also & i knew from that 1st couple minutes there wasnt a better person who should have ended up with it... and at that moment I knew we was going too have a lasting relationship and i was right... so if ya ever find yourselves in the area and are in need of anything don't hesitate too give these folks a call 1st... i promise you won't regret it... I called for a part and they gave great help on the phone.They were out of stock but gave me the phone of their competitor and who to speak to. The other guys had the part.It's really rare that a company will give you the other guys phone number. Shows integrity to go above and beyond to help the customer.I will use them again and again as needed.

We broke down just outside of town so we called around and NAPA had the parts we needed. They were extremely nice and had the parts pulled and waiting by the time we arrived. They even loaned us some tools to complete the repair. Thanks NAPA Nephi team you guys are the best!

They've always helped my husband get all the things he needs for our vehicles. They're willing to order things in if they don't have it in stock, and they're good to let you know when it's in.

Our Nephi location has MOVED to 793 North Main, Nephi effective March 8, 2017! Mike, Libbey and Curtis look forward to you coming in to see the new (new for us) building! We appreciate ALL of our valued customers!

Our vehicle broke down on the offramp and the guys over at NAPA came and brought us a new battery with tools to get us up and going again you can't get much better service than that. We will always be grateful for Napa auto-parts

This is a pretty small parts house. They did not have the part I was looking for, but we're able to offer an acceptable substitute.
