This place is freaking great. Quick service. On time appointment. Very good service. They straightened both axles on my flat bed trailer and it toes perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

I m writing this for my cousin.He took his truck in yesterday, I don t remember what he said they fixed, I do remember him saying that Quinn was the nicest and most knowledgeable and fair as there is. I know he said they aligned the entire truck, they showed him the shims and everything they did, I think it was under 2 hours total and told him, I shouldn t see you for a few years now he told them that the dealer said they had fixed whatever problem it was just before. Quinn showed him that they didn t. What in the world happened to honest business men? We still have one in Nephi.

First time taking my personal trailer to an alignment shop. Originally brought it in for a extremely bent axle I thought was going to have to be replaced. Quinn was able to align it with the other axles and it pulled so much better afterwards. I could easily maintain the speed limit and saw a major drop in boost psi which means it has less drag now. My employer has been sending trailers down here for years and now I know why. It's hard to find good repair shops and this by far is the best I have been to. Highly recommend it. Quinn has a great business and is more then helpful.

We have a new rig that had alignments specs were within the acceptable parameters. The problem was the specs are too wide and the rigs had issues with, trucks going by, and the wind, and highway conditions... you name it, it had problems. I was white knuckle driving while everyone else was on their phones driving one handed.After stopping or calling several different shops I was recommended to try Hatch Alignment. After a short conversation with actual person who would be doing the work, I made an appointment for Monday at nine. I was there early, he told me exactly what was going on and why. I was able to fully understand why parameters are just to give you an idea, not real world expectations. One hour and four minutes later, I was out on the road, though not talking on the phone driving one handed. Day and night difference, pricing was very fair and quality workmanship.

Hatch Alignment was highly recommended to me by a business across the parking lot, PNP Tire/Service in Nephi, after I had them mount a complete new set of tires on our Motorhome after we had a blowout 10 miles south of Nephi on August 11th.While at PNP I mentioned that the coach wandered a lot and was a chore to drive and that's when they told me about Hatch Alignment. I didn't have time to take it over there at that day because we were due to meet friends in Torrey, Utah. However, I read Hatch's reviews online which as you can see are stellar, and after being frustrated talking to Alignment shops in Salt Lake, near where I live, I called Hatch Alignment and they scheduled an appointment for me the next day. I drove my MH down to Nephi the next day and it was worth every cent in fuel to go let Quinn and Jordan check it out. You will never meet more friendly, knowledgeable or ethical alignment pros anywhere.They checked the alignment and said it was all within spec, but they noticed a couple of other things while inspecting my steering and suspension components. The king pins and steering connecting rods were bone dry, so they filled with grease. They also noticed an issue I was aware of with the power steering not working well when idling or at lower RPM's They suggested I have the power steering pump and box checked out, as it was there opinion that this was the problem. While inspecting and analyzing my rig, they explained everything they were doing and finding in plain english. When finished, they refused to let me pay them because they "didn't actually do an alignment" in Jordan's words.I thanked them for everything and headed back to Salt Lake City. To my most pleasant surprise, it drove like a completely different vehicle, hardly wandering at all and with much less effort. The dry king pins were apparently a lot of the problem. Amazing! I highly recommend this business. Get in there if you have alignment or steering issues. You'll never find anyone else like Quinn and Jordan.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Excellent Service...!I ve had Quinn and Jordan Align quite a few of my Semi Trucks and Trailers..always a very Excellent job each time.. But I was passing through with my F-450 and Logan Coach Trailer and decided to just swing in.. They got me right in.. The truck was pretty good on factory alignment because it only has 1500 miles on it, but the Trailer with Torsion Axles was a little outta Wack.. What a Difference just a little out makes/made on Towing this Trailer.!!Thanks again Quinn an Jordan..!

These guys are so easy to work with! Many times in dealing with mechanic and other shops you get very unprofessional customer service. These guys are the exact opposite. I went in to have a tractor and side dump aligned about 6 months ago that was severely out of alignment they got me in and fixed me up in a orderly fashion. A few days ago i noticed my steer tires were wearing funny, so I called Quinn and he got me right in. He checked the whole truck again free of charge. Turns out it was just a bad tie rod end. He fixed it and got me in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend these guys!

Well I don't know where to start, I have never been treated like family at any business like I have at hatch alignment. The father-and-son duo was awesome. my truck drives great they fixed a lot of issues that I was having with it including tire wear and now I can enjoy driving the truck instead of hurting it down the highway. I will use them in the future for my new truck and I may even stop and visit with them. What an awesome family to work with. I want to thank them very much for making me feel at home and for doing such a good job with my equipment. I will see you soon and thank you very much. I highly recommend anyone out there that's looking for a professional and top-notch job to have these two look at your equipment and help you assess the best way to fix it. Our 2004 Pete 379 needed the front end checked. We didn t have an appointment, but they got us in and were able to fix it in 2-3 hours. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Thank you again Quinn and Jordan .

2015 Kenworth was way out of alignment. Quinn and Jordan quickly assessed the problems recommended great solutions and got me back on the road quickly for a fair price. Can t believe how much smoother the ride is!! Great honest shop.

I was getting uneven wear on my Airstream tires. Hatch took us in on our schedule,(we travel full time) and found that our axels had to be reshaped.
