Tanner is always patient and kind when we call. I drive for work and wear through a lot of tires. They were recommended by my boss Bob and I m glad for it! They re professional and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. I ll definitely keep coming back- though I hope I don t have to for a while this time!

It was amazing experience I had today early morning, they are really great people and great professionals, it was very small defact in my Sami trailer tire and they fixed it really well n quick, THE BEST PART THEY DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THAT so I highly recommend these guys. The owner and Mike are great people.Thanks so much for your help guys, God bless you

In the past I ve had decent service at Harmon Tire. Which is why I can t justify just 1 star. However, this time around I am left pretty upset and annoyed.I dropped my van off to have the front breaks and rotors replaced. After being told they could have me in and out by the afternoon, I didn t get my vehicle till just before 5pm. It was only after multiple calls into the shop that I finally got someone named Kellen to answer. He said he forgot to call me earlier when the van was finished. I initially forgave him thinking, mistakes happen. When I showed up to get my van, I waited around ten or so minutes in the lobby waiting for someone to help me. I then opened up the shop door after making eye contact with several employees and asked for someone to come help me pay for and pick up my van. Then Kellen finally shows up at the front desk smelling like weed. I typically wouldn t have a problem with this, but when you are on the job, you should not be smoking pot. It s no wonder he forgot to call me when my van was done. Now I question the work that was done on my car, and will be taking it to another shop to get looked over to make sure it s ok to drive. I ll also be looking elsewhere for any future tire/breaks/rotor needs.(update: Tanner the owner contacted me personally to address my concerns. I have never had anyone reach out like this before after having a bad experience. He reassured me that the work done on my vehicle was completed by him. He also stated he would address the issue with his employee. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to talk with me over the phone and resolve my concerns. Not a lot of businesses would even bother to do what you did.)

So kind and caring. Waited for us after closing to fix our tire. Safety checked our vehicle and got us on the road back home to Idaho. Thank you Harmon Tire.

I felt taken advantage of. I went in to get my tires changed last year because I hit black ice and it popped a tire. When I brought it in they told me it was gonna be a few days. Which was fine my family likes to bring their cars here so I was willing to give it a shot. We ll almost everyday I got a call telling me they fixed something. I never have permission for. It really sucked because my budget was tight and at the end of it my bill was over $1000 after they told me it was gonna be around $700. So I had to barrow money to get my car back. I felt like they thought I don t know anything about cars so they could take advantage of me. They did get one of my sensors fixed that Costco couldn t do that was nice but it would have been nicer if I could have afforded it. Now I m dealing with an oddly melted tire that I noticed when I was rotating them and I ve heard nothing back on the matter yet. But it s fine I m getting new tires at Costco so I guess no worries now.

Mike and the crew at Harmon saved us and got us back on the road! New rim, tire changed, bearings repacked. Half way to AZ from Alberta with a horses and a breakdown doesn t usually leave you too happy but these guys got all the parts and had us going fast!! Thanks!!

Drove up in a rental with Flat and no spare ten minutes before close on a Friday night. The technicians were friendly and very helpful. Extremely helpful! Went above and beyond very quickly.

Harmon Tire has always been super great at providing us timely, quality, and well priced service. They have been very honest about charging only for the services they have performed and have helped us out in emergencies before like when we locked our keys in the car. I highly recommend them.

Traveling through Utah with my kids and the dog, when a loud noise was coming from my right wheel well. Harmon tire was the closest service stop driving north on the 15 but they closed at 6. I was going to arrive 15 after. My husband who was not traveling with us called told him the situation and they offered to stay late and wait for me to arrive to see if they could help me out. I pulled up, we had the problem figured out and they helped me out free of charge. They even had water for the dog in the waiting room.

Had an emergency and had to run to Nephi with my truck in 4wheel drive! They were able to throw it on the rack and take it out of 4wheel for me. They saved my butt!!Great bunch of guys.

Great family owned business. Had several projects completed by them. Dalton is an awesome guy. Invited me into his shop and show me how to press off a rotor from the wheel bearing of my 99 Dodge truck. Didn't charge me to do the one. Offered me to bring in the other or do it myself either way he would be charging me.I will recommend them to everyone

Flatted on I-15 heading home from a weekend trip and struggled to get a timely tow. Called Harmon Tire and talked with Tanner. He sent Mike to help us out. Mike was great, fun, professional and changed our tire on the roadside. Then we followed him 25 miles to the shop arriving more than an hour past closing and they were still there waiting for us. We bought a full set and even got some Christmas cookies. They were fast, did a great job and most importantly Mike and the guys totally rescued us by driving 50 miles, staying late, and providing a full-service upgrade. Much thanks!

Wow! All I can say is wow! These guys are awesome! I had a wonderful experience with all of my needs. Dalton was really helpful and understanding and overall you can tell he cares about his customers/clients. The prices were reasonable, fair and upfront. In a world were there s plenty of scum/dishonest retail lube and tire shops, these guys set a standard based on honesty and fairness and it s very refreshing to know people like this still exist. Thank you guys for giving me a piece of mind, you made my day a little easier and stress free. I definitely recommend this place if you re looking to service your vehicle

We are travelers from California, heading home from a week long vacation visiting multiple national parks, with A LOT of driving. Our check oil light came on the day before heading home to the High Desert in California, which means we'd be going thru 110* + temperatures. On the drive home, more lights to check the car came on and this Momma stresses out with lights. I called the shop, and the gentleman who answered the phone, was super friendly and said he had time to do it now. We were 6 miles out. We drove right in, and they were done in less than an hour. It was less than $80 and we were super pleased and impressed we were not taken advantage of- no upsales, no "you need this....". Thank you for taking care of our family! We really appreciate your help to keep us off the side of the road in the middle of nowhere.

3 years ago on this very evening my family and I were driving an RV to get to my Grandfather for what would be his last Christmas with us. Our tire blew out, it was late at night...we had 3 small kids and really thought we were going to have to wait until the morning for help. The local gas station referred us to call these guys and without much delay they met us at the shop...opened it up and got us new tires to continue our travel safely. They say God works through people and I truly felt the Christmas spirit in this company's selfless actions. Thank you for simply such extraordinary service. Merry Christmas and God bless you all.

Best auto shop around! The guys are honest, knowledgeable and with great service. My family and I get all our cars worked on by Harmon Tire because of their honesty. They even checked out my special needs uncle s car breaks because he was concerned, and they found some break dust and blew it all out completely free of charge. I was amazed by their generosity. These guys are definitely my go to mechanics!

We will never take our vehicles anywhere else. This place is great. They got my car in and out with new tires, then a week later we took our truck in for new tires. They had them in the next day. Turns out we also needed a few more things fixed. They were honest and up front about everything. We left the shop after 6 pm that night, when we got home we realized there was some rubbing coming from our right front tire.. we drove past and someone happened to be there and fixed the issue no questions asked. So not only did they work on our truck most of the day one of the mechanics helped us after hours! You will never find service like that anywhere else! Great place!

We were traveling from Saratoga Springs to Cedar City and got a flat tire. We stopped at Harmon s early, 7am. Dalton helped us and was so nice and fast. They replaced our tires (for a great price!!!) and got us back on the road in no time. Thanks Harmon s we will definitely be back!

My brother and I were traveling southbound early morning on a Saturday when my car blew a tire. We managed to get a ride into town and dropped off at Harmon Tire while I tried to call my insurance for roadside assistance. While doing so a gentleman, I believe his name is Tanner but I could be wrong pulled up in his truck and headed into the building. Before he went inside I stopped him to ask when they would be opening. He informed me that they do not normally do business on Saturdays but proceeded to ask me what we needed help with. I explained our situation and what we needed and not only did he give us a ride back to the car with his tools in tow he he did all the labor from taking the tire off to going back to the shop and finding me another tire to put back on my car so that we could safely get back on the road. He also made sure to let me keep the special lug nut key that I needed to take off the lug nuts to change my tire so that I could keep it in my car at all times. It's not every day you meet nice people like that who are willing to take their own time on their day off to help somebody in need. So if you're ever in the Nephi area and are in need of some tires used or new head on over to Harmon Tire. Thank you thank you so much for your help and your kindness it was so greatly appreciated!!

We were on a road trip and ran over a deer. We were concerned about any damage it may have caused and asked around town where we could go to get the underneath of our car checked out. Even though this store wasn t technically open yet, a guy came out and checked out our car and gave us reassurance everything looked fine, and that we d be safe to carry on. We were so grateful he would check it out even before they were technically open so we could get back on the road. Highly, highly recommended!

Fantastic service. Tanner and Dalton know their stuff and are willing to help anyway they can. I have purchased many tires from them and will continue to do so for years to come. I have looked around and cannot beat their prices.

These guys are great! They take care if their customers! I recently ran over a screw. They replaced my tire quickly and cheaply. They are always willing to do whatever it takes to provide good service and make their customers happy. I highly recommend them.

My wife was on her way thru town and one of the employees (Dalton I think) offered to stay past closing just to make sure her car was running okay due to loud noises under the hood. They were able to fix the problem thankfully so they could continue their trip. Thank you so much very nice and appreciated!!
