We recently ate lunch at Ace s Place at the Monroe Inn a newly opened cafe. We were warmly greeted. Our food came out hot and delicious! The sweet potatoes fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service by Keaton was attentive and friendly. The decor was trendy and the country music made for a really fun atmosphere. We are looking forward to coming again to try the meatloaf and chicken schnitzel!

Wonderful place to stay! We stayed in the Obsidian and Sagebrush suite which was very large, with comfortable beds, a nice living room, and full kitchen. Such a cool historic building in the quiet town of Monroe. We enjoyed the free hot springs just down the street - Ali even provides extra towels for the springs. Loved the cool yard with fire pit, tables and chairs, etc. also enjoyed some fun mountain biking just down the road in Richfield. Would definitely stay here again!

Went to the Red Hill Hotsprings and stayed the night here. I cannot say enough good about the owner Ali and this little Inn. We stayed upstairs in the Window Suite and enjoyed the mini kitchenette. This place was a perfect spot to crash after the hotsprings. She even provides towels for those wanting to visit the hotsprings. The inn is on the exact road you need to be on and it s only a two minute drive to the hot springs. I highly recommend this in to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway.Nearby activities: Red Hill Hotsprings

Passing through on a road trip we found some hot springs we wanted to visit and of course the Monroe Inn came up. So pleased with our stay. We arrived and was greeted, he showed us our room and gave us directions. We ordered breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and our dog was welcomed as well. Will definitely be stopping back in on our next trip

Great place to stay, super close to the hot springs! The room was clean, comfortable and decorated very well. But the best part was the food! Breakfast was amazing and very reasonably priced. Not pictured is the hand pie and salad I had for dinner, literally so delicious and great sized portions. would definitely stay again if only just to eat the food.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the upstairs room and it was great! Small kitchen with just enough appliances to cook a good meal. Local coffee and amenities, including bath soak (for purchase). We ordered the farm to table breakfast, which was perfect! Everything was cooked wonderfully and tasted amazing. I also got the lavender honey latte . I'm picky about my coffee after being in the business for 10+ years but I'm glad to stay I was not disappointed. That latte was heaven! The beds were cozy and everything was clean. We also had access to a variety of entertainment sources (Netflix, prime, etc.) Outside the B&B they have a patio, fire pit and gazebo. It's an extremely cute place and the owners were very welcoming!

Clean, cozy and comfortable! Monroe Inn is such a gem! Great service and the owners were so quick to respond! The breakfast is SO worth it, highly recommend the Eggs Benedict and the buckwheat pancakes! We stayed in the cottage and other than a little road noise it was so quiet! We made our own dinner one night so having the full kitchen was great! Will absolutely stay here again if I'm in the area! Thank you guys!

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME - My husband and I stayed in the Window Suite with our own private entrance and staircase! The kitchen and dining area were so cozy and accommodating. The beds were nice and there was a nice TV with streaming services. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a jacuzzi tub in our suite! I love the vaulted ceilings covered in natural shiplap. It was so cute and cozy...and they even had tissues by the bed! I will definitely stay there again!

My husband and I checked into the Monroe in on April 25th about 3:30 in the afternoon. We were a little surprised when we got there that we were not staying at the actual Monroe Inn but in a house next-door. We called the owner when we arrived as the website said to do, and he gave us a key, showed us the door that we were to go to, gave a quick run down on the hot springs, told us that we should order breakfast by nine and then said to call them only if it s an emergency because they were in a zoom meeting from 6 to 9 PM. We could text them though. Our room was up the stairs and we had a small little seating area and then the bedroom! I will say it was very clean! Outside grounds did not look like the pictures on the website, owner did say they were doing some ground work. We never saw any other guest because I think we were the only ones staying at the house next door! Never saw any staff. Left with out having breakfast, we thought you got a free breakfast but when you went on the menu it listed the pricing.

This place was Amazing! The beds were so comfy, I slept great. The breakfast was delicious, (we got the wheat pancakes and eggs benedict), the food was full of flavor and served to our room hot. The owners were very informative about the surrounding areas and assisted us in finding everything we were looking for. The room was very clean and had things like local soaps and coffee available. We also loved the lawn area that had seating for guests, a fire pit, tables and chairs, it was very beautiful and relaxing. Thanks so much for the great experience, we'll be back!

I loved all the small details like local coffee and natural homemade salves for sale. The breakfast of buckwheat pancakes, eggs, potatoes, and ham was amazing! I can t recommend this place enough! Keltin was very helpful with any info I needed

Hubby and I stayed overnight. The hostess was a complete sweetheart. Even tho we were on the main floor of the old house...we didn't hear much noise at all. Bed was big and comfortable. A French press and electric teapot was provided for coffee and/or tea.The only thing...it is not a bed and breakfast. Breakfast is extra. Some of their advertising still says they are a BnB. Also...take body wash and lotion.Enjoy your visit!

Our stay was AMAZING!!! The first room we checked in to has some issues with the A/C but we were immediately given an upgrade to a HUGE room! The breakfast was amazing! We got the Classic breakfast, one with bacon, one with Canadian bacon. Both options were awesome! We were told about some free hot springs that we checked out, Unfortunately the water source was a little cold so we went to Mystic Hot Springs down the road instead. We will stay here again for sure. We loved everything about the stay. Thanks again!!

After staying two nights, I became a big fan of this place. When I arrived here, there was no counter so I was slightly got worried. But a kind guy responded immediately and he introduced room. He was very nice. And also he recommended to visit red hill springs to us and let us know how to get there. Also, he brought some extra towels for that. His recommendation was perfect and extra towels were very helpful to enjoy hot springs.I tried all their breakfast menu while two nights, all their foods were amazing and delicious.I love this peaceful and beautiful place.

So cute!! The Inn Keepers are super super nice and responsive! They have locally made products for sale in the rooms and samples to try! The coffee in the room is spectacular, a French press with fresh ground coffee.. best part, they have the beans for sale!! It is in a great location.. my boyfriend and I only stayed for one night but we were able to do a hike, see the red hill free hot springs, and go sit in the Mystic hot springs. I recommend a stay here 10/10

We booked this room at the last minute on our way between Salt Lake City and Bryce Canyon. We were drawn in by the promise of hot springs and were not disappointed. They were very friendly! The double queen had a separate living room, full kitchen, and laundry. The beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. It is a historic house in a quiet little town with farm fresh breakfast options delivered to your room. It is not a modern place or a typical hotel but would stay here again and highly recommend it.

My review:The Monroe Inn is a real gem. The proprietor s, Keltin and Elizabeth, have put so much care and effort into creating this off the beaten path for travelers. This quaint, rustic inn was very reasonably priced, with spacious, clean rooms and farm fresh eggs from their very own chicken coop. The food was gourmet in quality and presentation and brought right to our door. The breakfasts were excellent! We had the Eggs in Purgatory, Eggs Benedict and The Classic poached eggs with lamb sausage. The night before we ordered the blissful charcuterie board that was only $25 and enough for 4 people! Their garden tomatoes were so flavorful & their cucumbers had a nice crunch along with the fresh cheeses from The Creamery and local made sausage, prosciutto, and honey, it was delectable. We ate home made pizza from down the street in the private and beautiful courtyard patio gazebo area. The rooms were clean and cozy with firm beds, 6 pillows each bed with a big TV. We had a 2 room suite with our own deck & mountain view. There was an antique desk with artist quality drawing pads and colored pencils, a wonderful book collection about Utah, a small dining table, medium size fridge, microwave, flatware, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, and coffee maker. The big bathroom had a shower with a wonderful aerator and hot tub jets in the deluxe tub basin. They even provided special towels for the free Red Hills Hot Springs down the street. The parking was shaded and secure. This place really cared about quality and were so attentive and friendly!

Monroe Inn is the sweetest bnb I've stayed at in a long time. A true charmer, the rooms are clean, and comfortable with all the amenities you might need. Plenty of in-room coffee. The bedding was perfect. Fast wifi and netflix on the television. I met one of the owners and she was so awesome and accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to eat breakfast but I did have dinner and the salad and hand pies were delicious. I felt safe as a woman solo traveler and the view of the snowy mountains from my patio was a treat. Walking distance to hot springs, the gas station, and the town grocery store. Will stay again.

We just had a very nice stay at the Monroe Inn. It is an excellent value for the price. This place is neither super fancy nor is it scruffy. The beds were very soft and next time I will request a room with harder beds. The hotsprings are very close and very nice. The food was the best part and I highly recommend paying extra for breakfast. We loved the friendly community cats outside.
