Feb 18Now that's funny......got you to bark on cue, as expected. BTW, since we had to stay in Moab over the Labor Day weekend until the nearest repair center opened on Tuesday 125 miles away in Grand Junction, CO, I had a chance to inquire of so many of your townsfolk.....What is with this Tic Tac Tow dude? And as it turns out, you're just not very well liked. That junkyard dog moniker.....that was from a very nice gentleman at the Chamber of Commerce....the ahole was my addition however. And your threat that I'll never get out of town because you hold all the insurance towing contracts in town? Well, a visit to my insurance company had the issue solved in 15 minutes flat.....they placed a call to corporate and said 'We have another Tic Tac Tow incident and need to get the tow reassigned to Nation's Towing'.....and presto, we were met with Mr Congeniality of the towing industry. Thanks to all of you in Moab who got me out of this mess and restored my faith that the town is truly filled with people as beautiful as it's surroundings.......save one._______________________________________I'll gladly explain.....you're a junkyard dog ahole. And I absolutely love how when someone gives you a less than stellar rating you go off on them like the rabid dog you are. Using you was the worst decision of my life. Thank God there's a legitimate tow service at the other end of town.

I've done business with these guys several times and it's always quick and they are very helpful. They have helped me out of some really bad situations where no one else would. Highly recommend working with them.

Tic tac tow saved us! We forgot to take our locking hitch off our Jeep before coming down to Moab. They had the tool to saw off the pin so we could have the ground clearance to do the fun trials we came down here to do. Thanks Tic tac tow!!

We got locked out of our car in Arches National Park around 6:00 pm. Called them, they would not come out unless I pre paid them, however my wallet was also in the car. Once I explained that l, they would not come out, as its their policy to be paid first! Only help they gave me was the name of other Tow company in town, after I asked. They gave me Nations Towing. Now those guys are great. Came right out and took payment when done. To answer the owners reply, I talked with the Park Staff, no Rangers were working, I talked with the Moab Police, they said Rangers may not be equipped with tools for that, and none were working anyway. Either way, you want to be pre paid for after hour work fine, guess your business plan for lock outs dont include the people who have wallets locked in cars. Thats ok Nation was there.

Our truck was stranded on a very large rock in Arches National Park late at night. Our call to AAA brought TicTacTow to our rescue. They were prompt, skilled, and friendly (considering the late hour this was amazing). They picked us up from our hotel the next morning and towed us 130 miles to Grand Function, Colorado. If in a bind definitely call TivTacToe.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Conner is my new best friend, whether he likes it or not. We were connected through AAA and He was super helpful with three jumpstarts late night. He then helped me get my vehicle to safety while assisting in a plan to get me towed in the morning! Thanks Conner and tic tac tow

What a relief to get a tow from a company who clearly has this stuff down to a science. The cab of the tow truck was pleasant (roomy and cool). Just what the doctor ordered to help calm a person down.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Refused to deliver a vehicle to my shop that they were paid by triple A for. Trashy business ethics. Would avoid like the plague.

We broke down in the middle of Arches National Park and Carson from Tic Tac Tow was incredibly speedy and helpful when picking us up. After we found out our car was going to need to stay in the shop for a few days, Carson told us good places to stay and eat in town, and even gave us a ride to the train station the next day. Great people and great service. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend.Service: Car towing

Having a vehicle break down and calling a towing company is usually not an enjoyable experience. But these folks do a great job at making everything easy and convenient. Thanks for helping us out Tic Tac Tow!Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Saturday March 25th at 4:50 p.m. on interstate 70 near exit 175 Floy. One of their drivers is tailgating and literally forcing people out of the lane so he can speed down the road driving extremely unsafe would commit me to never use their services. Someone needs to tell the driver that the company is liable for anything they do on the road in The company vehicle.Interesting reply from the owner. Instead of focusing on the drivers actions, you choose to try and control how I report the issue.

We broke down in Moab with our travel trailer and Tic Tac Towing was the only company around town that could help. They were extremely helpful and flexible. Great company and highly recommend.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Because I left the other tow company a one star review (my first ever, since humans make mistakes and my one bad experience doesn t necessarily represent an entire business, but you don t mistakenly confirm two times you re coming within 2 hours, then leave people stranded for 5 hours without ever calling or texting), I m leaving this five star review for Tic Tac Tow. Geico set up the roadside service w/ TTT. I then called TTT to ask if they could let me know when their driver left Moab so I could time when to leave my place to go back to my car. This was Labor Day morning so they were busy, and my car was located in an area with no cell service but only about ten minutes away from my place. We really didn t want to have to go wait there for an undetermined amount of time where we also couldn t be reached. They not only said they could do this, but then actually did and called me as their driver was leaving. This was SO helpful and the fact they understood our situation and were willing to do this and especially on a busy holiday was so greatly appreciated. The technician who arrived was friendly and had the car unlocked in two minutes or less. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know who lives in and visits the Moab area! Thank you, Tic Tac Tow! Also it needs to be said, that s the best name for a towing company ever.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! This place saved my friends and I when we were stranded in Arches National Park with little cell service. Special shoutout to Carson who towed our car AND proceeded to drive us to the nearest train station to get home when we found out our radiator was shot. These guys are fantastic and have shown us so much kindness. Thank you for all your help! (Gus, the dog, included)

After we discovered our roadside service was pretty useless, we called Tic Tac Tow on our own. Our water pump had failed and left us stranded miles away from town. Joe came out promptly. He was capable and very helpful and friendly. He recommended a good mechanic to us (Moab Mobile Mechanic). He also called to make sure a rental car was available at Enterprise and dropped us off in a convenient place for the taxi to take us there. We were very pleased with Joe and this service.Service: Car towing

I am so grateful to Ray and Carina for their excellent service. My daughter s car broke down in Arches NP and she spent 6 hours in 105 degree weather. She was able to reach me via Garmin at 11:30pm. AAA and Tik Tak Tow was a lifesaver. Ray was there to help her within an hour. They contacted me via text to give me updates. They were so kind and just amazing. Service: Local hauling

My car broke down in Moab, Utah, and the mechanics there were unable to do the repairs. So it had to be towed to Grand Junction, Colorado. I requested a tow through AAA, and Joe from Tic Tac Tow was there in 10 minutes, literally. I wasn t expecting such a fast response, so we arranged for early morning the following day. We left right on time, and arrived in just under two hours. Great conversation made the trip fast and pleasant. Joe is very knowledgeable, and has lots of experience with vehicle recovery, towing and trucks.Based on how I was treated, and the promptness and professionalism of the service, I highly recommend Tic Tac Tow.Service: Car towing

Broke down on our trip across the country about 1.5hrs outside Moab near the Colorado border. Weather in the 20's, high winds with 3 kids and 2 dogs. AAA gave us so many issues told us they could not tow us until after 10pm (it was 2pm in the afternoon at this time) eventually we started calling towing services ourselves as it was getting colder. Tic tac tow helped us from start to finish even calling and dealing with AAA and were there in about 1.5hrs like they said. Wonderful people based in Moab, wonderful town. Would highly recommend if in need. They got us out of a very difficult situation, towed our truck and trailer, and took our whole family of 5 to our campsite we found 1.5hrs away. Even gave us some recommendations in the area. Felt safe the whole time. Again wonderful people could not have had a better experience in the tough situation we were in. Thank You!!!

They were sent by AAA, but I would not personally choose to use them again. My Jeep wouldn t start, I checked the batteries on my own, they were fine, I didn t need a jump start. I just needed a push or pull to pop the clutch and get home. That is what I requested. They showed up in just a regular car and a battery jump pack. I told them that I didn t need a jump just a push or pull. They said AAA said that I needed a jump. They just left. I ll give them that one AAA s fault.I called AAA back and told them what happened and that I needed a tow truck. The same driver came back this time with a wrecker. I again told him what I needed/ wanted. He refused saying that they aren t a push start service. (I don t think such a service even exists). I asked if he could just be human and help me out.He refused and threatened to just leave and refuse the call even though it would be quicker and easier for both of us just to give me a push or pull. He was rude about it too. I had no choice but to accept a tow. The driver did not speak to me the rest of the time.Tic Tack Towing could learn something about customer service (I work in customer service so I know) and about just being human and helping someone.I will never use them again.Edit: Their response to my review is all that I need to know about their professionalism (or lack there of). Their response is lacking in customer service (zero) and isn t solution minded. I specifically did not ask for a jump start, because I didn t need one, I specifically asked for a tow truck. (again that was AAA wrongly communicating to them so I ll give them that).Only one person, the driver said that he wouldn t push start it. I don t know where the responder got four people from. There is no safety issue in a push start, I have done it millions of times. It is actually safer than a tow, no potential of a cable breading and the Jeep rolling over someone. Then they conclude with name calling, calling me entitled. Very unprofessional. My motto is always people over policy they could have done the human thing and given the help that I asked for, just a push or pull with the vehicle to get it started. Easy peasy. They decided to be defensive instead and further push a customer away.Service: Car towing

We are from Wisconsin and just in Utah for a month. We decided to head out to Moab for some trail riding. My husband flipped our UTV at the bottom of hells gate, at hells revenge trail. I had to get my husband to hospital to get his leg checked out, so was not able to stay to call to have someone get it pulled up and back to the trail head. I called Tic Tac tow from the hospital and they were able to get it pulled out same day, and was very easy to come and get it picked up next morning. They helped me get it on our trailer and were so friendly!!! I have to say the price was VERY VERY reasonable!! I expected it to cost double what it did and am very pleased. The lady and guy running this tow service have to be about the friendliest people I have met. If I could rate them higher I would!!! Honestly if there are any bad reviews on here todate it s not about this company or the people running it, probably because of other peoples selfishness!! These people are FANTASTIC and got us out of a bind and quickly so we didn t have to stay longer than we intended!!! Thanks again to you all!!! Also I have to add ALL our personals along with a lot of cash that was in the UTV was left untouched and they secured everything with in a gated area!! GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND!! Thank you!!!Service: Special vehicle towing

Car broke down on a gravel road, was first told "We don't have anyone available" which is fine so I looked elsewhere. Tried AAA and they said they found someone, turned out to be Tic Tac Tow and they told AAA they don't go on gravel roads, which is fine as a policy but I wish I was just told that to begin with when I called here the first time. We tried one more time as we were getting the car closer to the highway, and was told if we get it to the side of the road theyll be able to help. After a bit of help, we were able to get the car to the side of the highway so we decided to call Tic Tac Tow back and got no response twice. As far as I can tell from the website , it clearly says 24hr emergency towing, but I didnt find that to be the case.I'd look elsewhere for towing if possible, I can understand policies with gravel roads but at least stand by your word for emergency towing

We rented a campervan that broke down in canyonlands national park. Joe from Tic Tac Tow picked us up, called the garage to see if it would be looked at tonight or in the morning, and when we found out it wouldn't be looked at until the morning he dropped us off at a hotel so we wouldn't have to take a taxi. He also also told us about local spots to eat and told us who to contact in the morning for a ride. He was a great driver and great to talk to. He made a stressful time less stressful for sure! Highly recommend!Service: Special vehicle towing

I past one of Tic Tac Tow's drivers this morning (that was already pulled over by police) when he later caught up to me he cut me off on the road. I couldn't really believe what I was seeing. Later he was behind someone slower than me so when I caught up and was passing, he flips me off..... I have no idea what this guy's issues are but he needs to take a long look in the mirror and realize he can't just do whatever he wants with a company vehicle. I can see why he gets pulled over by police and its probably often. Hopefully his company's ownership or management sees this review and understands that they have a pretty big liability here. However looking at the responses to other people's reviews, I doubt they will have anything great to say in a response (or use spell check lol).-Cheers

By far the best experience we've ever had with a tow company. It's a husband and wife team and their quick, courteous, and fair. Ray was awesome, and although I hope to never have to be towed in Moab again, if I did I would definitely call them.

Ray with Tic Tac Tow was quick to respond, helpful and incredibly capable when our trailer broke down. He calmly and efficiently loaded a trailer with a broken axle and one wheel missing and suggested the best repair options. I highly recommend his services.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Terrible service. Wouldn t tow us if we were on a gravel road. Understandable. But once we got to the side of the road, they refused to even answer our calls. For "24/7 service" it didn t seem very 24/7. The dispatch was rude and lied to us multiple times. Stay away!
