I had my slide in camper on my truck when my rear end gave out. The guys at Parriott's rebuilt the rear end for me without having to remove the camper which was incredibly helpful to me. No one else in town would even accept the job but Parriot's got it done in a really reasonable time and even worked with me to leave the truck on the lot until I could fly in to pick it up.Highly recommend working with these guys. I've had some trouble with other shops in town and this was the smoothest business and quickest turnover I've had in town.

i was stuck in Moab, UT on my trip, due to a fuel problem.Parriott's Garage had me come in the next day and solved the issue within an hour. They are kind, professional and honest.

I was passing through Moab on an Anchorage to Mexico vintage car endurance rally. I took my 1970 Volvo rally car to Brenner for a mid-rally service. He and his team did a fantastic job doing the routine oil change, filer and lubrication on the car but, more than that, he gave her a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed retort on the status of all the items on the car. I highly recommend Brenner and his exceptional team! My only regret is that they are not located near me in Rhode Island.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Thanks Brenner for saving my vacation!! After suffering a rear diff issue en-route to Moab Easter Jeep Safari, Parriot's got me going again with super, quick service. Salute to all you guys!!

I needed to get my rear end worked on while I was in town. They made it a point to get me up and running as soon as possible! Very courteous and professional. I was able to get back on the trails the next day! I highly recommend Parriott's for any precision repairs

I have been going to Parriotts's Garage for services for a few years now. I thought I would take the time to leave a review letting them know how much I appreciate their business!I really appreciate them doing their best in scheduling! They always try their best in getting me an appointment in a timely manner.I feel they provide honest work at a reasonable cost.I will continue to recommend their services to others!Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

Very happy with the service I received from Parriott's! I called to see if they would be able to install a car audio system and they were quick with their response and scheduled me in fast too. Carlos was great to deal with over the phone and was very clear on the process, pricing and timeline. When I picked up my car, the staff members were friendly and took the time to go over the work they had done and how to operate the newly installed controls. Overall experience was great and I would recommend them if you need any auto work completed.

Impressed with diagnostic. It s refreshing to hear voltage readout when you bring it in for a bad switch. At least now i know it s not the wiring.

Brought my 2005 Pontiac Vibe in for brake work. I thought it needed both pads and rear shoes but he determined the shoes were almost good as new and I needed the pads and rotors. Was down in Moab from Canada and was referred here by locals. They weren t able to fit me into their schedule but the owner still took the time to talk to me about issues I was having with my truck and made multiple suggestions and provided valuable input. His diagnostic skill was amazing because he actually was correct just by asking a few questions. If I lived in the area, I would be coming here for any work needed on my truck.

Bryson took amazing care of us when our Jeep started acting up on a late Thursday afternoon. He stayed over 3 hours past closing time to try and help us get all fixed up and back on the road. I would recommend his services to anyone in the Moab area who needs an honest mechanic. Thank you Parriott s Garage!

This place helped me when I was in a bind while on a long road trip. My BMW malfunctioned when I was 7.5 hours from home and this was the only garage in the area that didn t turn their nose up at the thought of working on the brand. They made it drivable so that I could get home to where a dealership had the right parts, and they saved me from having to pay for towing it hundreds of miles. They genuinely care about their customers.

I was very impressed with the guys at Parriotts, we were out of state and just there for thr weekend. Our truck kept over heating and they got us in the same day on a Friday at that. Was able to diagnose our problem and get us in touch with someone who could fix our truck. They went above and beyond were very professional and made sure we were able to enjoy our trip and get our vehicle fixed.

My car broke down when I drove to moab. Bryson was very helpful and incredibly sincere when he offered to help fix my car. Owner respects his customers and works directly with them to make sure the job is done right and it's at the convenience of his customer. Thanks to the guys here my car will live to see another day!

I had an oil and filter change. I called before and I told them the car I had (make, model, year). They told me a price which was comparable to the sale price I last paid at the dealership. Only when I got there and I had to pay, they charged me 50% higher. It was by some margin the highest price I ever paid at the dealership! Also, about twice the price I last paid for oil change (non-dealership location).I do not recommend, because they don't keep their word and promise!

It was a Friday and I had been blown off by other auto repair places for an emergency trailer wiring harness repairing my truck. Brenner was kind and offered solutions while others didn't give me the time of day. Amazing staff, knowledgeable, and kind. Stop here if you need help.

Worst mechanic we have ever used. Charged us for a diagnostic we didn't ask for,and didn't do the work we ask them to do. They were full of excuses as to why they couldn't do the work . I would not recommend them to anyone.

If 10 stars we're an option, that is what we'd rate Parriotts. Our diesel truck broke down on our last day of our Moab trip and Bryson saved the day. Excellent customer service, trusted knowledge and priced fairly. Highly recommended!!

On a late Friday afternoon of the New Years weekend we were headed out of Moab to home in Mancos, CO when our water pump went out. Several people stopped to help and connected us with Bryce at Marriott's Garage. Bryce found the part, replaced it, charged a fair price and got us back on the road. Excellent and friendly service!

Our car broke down in the desert heat. We were on our honeymoon and didn't have much time available to drive our car the rest of the way across the country. They managed to diagnose the problem and get us the needed parts the next day, In-and-out. When we had concerns they listend to them and went the extra mile to make sure our car is safe to drive.

We were referred to them by another car shop that was booked out for a long time, so we went to check them out. They were booked out even further than the other shop, but they went above and beyond to help us out as best as they could. Bryson let us come into their air conditioned office while they charged up our battery for about an hour so we could make it down the street and they corresponded with another shop to get the part we needed ordered. They even offered to drive us to a hotel and drive our car to where it needed to go in the morning. We declined and just walked because we didn't want to be a hassle. I offered to pay them for their troubles and kindness, but Bryson wouldn't take any money because he understood the rough situation we were in. SO grateful for them! We didn't even get work done by them, but they were knowledgeable and helpful.

Bryson and his staff were EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant in dealing with my accidentally overfilling my RV with oil. And on Memorial Day no less! Plus the price couldn't have been better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

On a Saturday driving through Moab, our 21 year old 4x4 started making a scary sound. We were concerned with finding someone open and reputable. We found Patriot's! They got us in for a diagnostic right away, were efficient and a very fair price.

We broke a shock on our last day in Moab, a Saturday. It was right at 5 pm when I got to Bryson's garage. He was hosting a hot rod show then, but came back on Sunday morning, his day off, to put on new shocks.Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Bryson was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work!!!

If it were possible to give a company more than 5 stars on here, I would do it. Parriott's Garage is the only place in Moab that I will take my vehicles to be worked on - for regular maintenance AND for major repairs. Bryson is thorough, extremely efficient, absolutely honest, and has reasonable prices - particularly for the Moab area with its very inflated prices. If my car was acting strangely or making a weird noise, I went to Bryson. I wouldn't leave my car in anyone else's hands.

I developed a brake problem while traveling through Moab on vacation. This mechanic was excellent in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was competent and had a fair price. I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone.

We're coming through on a road trip. The car was making a funny noise, we were alarmed so we stopped by parriott's. The service was exceptional. Turns out the problem was probably nothing. Bryson found some rocks rattling around. We got those removed and now we're on our way. If we weren't from CO, we'd be headed to parriott's anytime the car was having trouble.

This is the only place that would take us in on a short notice. They fixed our jeep in an hour and even gave us a veteran's discount so it was cheaper than original quote. Great service! I wish they had a bigger sign from the street

Absolutely the most amazing mechanic I have ever encountered. Passing through Moab and blew a sparkplug. Had just enough gas money to get back home to Sedona, AZ. He was so honest, genuine and in integrity. Wish we had someone like him in Sedona! Moab, you're very luckily. Now maybe I can still see the arches!
