Dons did a fantastic job of fixing the front end of our car it looked brand new. But their customer service was even better. Several months after our car was fixed, we discovered some discrepancies in the amount we paid for the service and the amount our insurance paid out. We brought it to their attention, and they went above and beyond to investigate what happened and make it right with us. They are an honest company that does quality work!

My son s car broke down a couple of weeks ago and he needed it towed to a mechanic. We called Dons Towing. We worried that they wouldn t be able to tow it out- the car was completely dead, wouldn t start, and we couldn't get it in neutral. The worst part was, it was stuck in a tight apartment complex parking lot. It took a lot of skill and precision, and Jon Nash was amazing at dragging that car out flawlessly and getting it up on his truck! It really was pretty amazing to watch! Sadly, my son had to have it towed last week and again tonight, and both other times it was Jon who came to the rescue! If I could give Jon 10 stars, I would! He is kind and professional and very easy to work with. And talk about skills! You rock, Jon! We hope we won t need to call for a tow for a long time, but if we ever do, you better believe we will be calling you!!

Don's is the only place my family takes their vehicles! They are quick, easy to work with, and super friendly! They make sure to ask questions and make suggestions to enure the job is done right the first time! On top of that my car is always extra clean when I pick it up!

Had a big crack my windshield, needed a new windshield. I wanted to use my insurance. They were very helpful doing so and were able to make the process easy. They were able to give me a better deal because I was using insurance. Much better deal than using Safelite. It took the day so plan accordingly but the finished result is great.

By far the best place in town to have your vehicle repaired.I have used this place several times and always the same or better experience every time. People in the office and the shop very friendly.Highly recommend! plus supporting local businesses. Thanks Don s Auto.

Was in a car accident, Don s Auto body really made the whole process easy. They took photos of the damage to the car. Sent the photos and a quote to insurance. Made the repairs and the vehicle looks great! Very happy with our experience and would highly recommend them.

These guys have been great to work with! They are friendly and have amazing customer service skills. I went in to have my windshield replaced, unfortunately it was the wrong type of windshield. Don s didn t hesitate to order the correct one and install it for me. I m very impressed. These guys have earned my business. Highly recommend them!

I needed a new windshield in my car. In the past, I have used a big national glass company. I decided to check around for other auto glass companies. I've used Don's for body work previously, but I didn't think about Don's for a new windshield.I'm glad that I gave Don's a chance. They saved me about 20% from the other shop. They also washed and vacuumed my car as well. The entire process was very easy, and all of the people were super friendly.Don's will be my first choice for auto glass in the future.

It started from my first call .. kindness and knowledge !! I made my appointment for a full windshield replacement. I took my car in, a very nice your man drove me back home. When the car was finished they delivered it to my door letting me know I had a lifetime chip repair that came with the replacement. When it was delivered to my home I was told they had checked the calibration after the windshield install but if there were any concerns to bring it back in!!On top of this great service, the office was clean , neat and everyone was knowledgeable. No communication during the process to replace a wire harness and bumper bracket what should have taken a day took 4. They never notified me when the wrong part came in which would have allowed me to figure out how it wouldn't inconvenience me further. Never received notification when it was done.

Mike and Matt and their staff were so great to work with. They helped me navigate the insurance claim process. They were quick and efficient in the repairs. If you want an honest estimate and quality work go to Don s!! You won t regret going to Don s!

Don s has been absolutely fantastic to work with in getting my car repaired. They quickly set me up with an estimator and had the estimation done within 15 mins.He walked me through each item and why they felt it should be replaced over repaired etc.I left the meeting feeling confident that they cared about me as a consumer and that I get the best job done that I can.

I unfortunately had to replace my windshield. Not only did Dons work perfectly with my insurance but they also gave me a good deal! They offered to give me a ride and the new windshield is perfect. They even cleaned the interior up some for me! I am so pleased with them. If you re nervous about finding a good repair shop like I was. Dons TAKES CARE OF YOU!! Very professional and friendly shop. I just found them on a Google search and I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. I needed a right side mirror replaced that was damaged. When Kristen answered my initial call, she was so friendly and helpful. All I had to do was send pictures of the damage and my vin number by text and they were able to send an estimate within one hour by email. I okayed the work and they prepared the part in just a few working days. They called when it was ready and said I could drop in at my convenience and they installed the new part while I waited. It took less than an hour and I was extremely satisfied with the result. Looks like new! The waiting room was comfortable and pleasant to wait in as well. I highly recommend and will use them again if I have the need. Thanks to everyone there who made the process so easy!Service: Body & Trim

We had the best experience with replacing glass at Don's. They made making an insurance claim a breeze and even took $100 off our deductible. After a few days of my glass being replaced my windshield had a stress fracture, which is not very common anymore. They were so kind and ordered a new windshield for replacement the next day. I highly recommend Don's to anyone who needs repairs. They even vacuumed the interior of my car!Service: Auto glass repair

I have been to Don's 3 times in the last year and a half (a lot, I know but it wasn't my fault okay ) and they have always take great care of my car!! They go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of! The service was always great and my car looks great every time!!
