Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice people and there were also two little cats who were also very friendly, nice but, unfortunately, not helpful like the employees were because my guess is they didn't know a lot about hardware store supplies. Maybe they can try attending a trade school for cats? Doubt such a school exists and, if one does, True Value, might not foot the tuition bill. Overall experience: A+

These people are sooo nice and knowledgeable. The store was closed this week prior to grand opening. The computers were not all set up And they made every attempt to help us. We browsed the store and found what we needed. The check out was a little dicey bc not all UPC codes were in the computer. Again they went above and beyond to help us out. Good luck TrueValue

The people here are great and want to help their customers. They treat you like family. I would rather shop here than anywhere else.

Girls working here are awesome, helpful and fun. I find most everything I am looking for and anything we cant find Lisa gets ordered in a hurry.
