What an amazing experience! Matt was so attentive, patient, and ready for any and all possible encounters!We had a little hiccup at the very beginning of the e-bike tour and he was more than prepared and knowledgeable on how to get thru it and got us going in no time!Definitely your place to go for any and all Utah outdoor adventures!Also he s one heck of a photographer!

Great experience. Jackson was really helpful and super polite. We rented skis and a snowboard and we were in and out in 10 minutes.

Great experience! Their staff was professional and easy to work with. We enjoyed a 4 hour razor rental and will definitely be going back to try out the e-bikes and slingshot car!

We had an absolutely HORRENDOUS experience at Adventure Haus in midway. For starters I'd like to talk about how HORRIBLE the trail instructions were. We rented a RZR for a few hours with the hopes of a fun afternoon exploring the trail. Unfortunately the EXTREMELY VAGUE paper map they gave us was absolutely USELESS once we got up there. The map only depicted one possible route to follow. However,once you actually start there are quite literally DOZENS of potential trail options & forks with very few signs offering helpful instruction. We often found ourselves taking the wrong trail which resulted in us getting completely lost in the woods for an hour and a half with zero cellphone service. They also had us download an app that was supposedly supposed to show us our location on the trail which was a very unintelligent move on their part due to the fact it's a dead zone up there when it comes to cell service. Once we got back to drop off the RZR after getting lost 3 times, Matt displayed one of the most OUTRAGEOUS examples of "customer service" I have ever seen in my life. He proceeded to immediately yell at us for being late, he stated that he was going to charge us $268 dollars as a late fee which he ended up doing. Not only is this considered bad faith conduct from a legal standpoint, it is also extremely UNREASONABLE due to the simple fact that we got lost so many times because of their horrible guidance as apposed to negligence on our part. We calmly explained to Matt the issues we had with the map, their app, and the fact that we found the charge of $268 to be very unfair. He didn't care then proceeded to yell terrible profanities/ insults at us IN FRONT OF hotel guest, staff, & any other passers by. He even continued to yell at us as we calmly began to walk away. I'm not even the type of person to leave bad reviews but I genuinely feel like Matt & Adventure Haus have gone above and beyond to earn this one. Not only was their approach & customer service absolutely terrible, they also have no problem when it comes to being in breach of THEIR OWN contract between them & their customers. We will be seeing then in court very shortly!

The guys at Adventure Haus were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They got us lined out and on our way in no time. My wife, son, and I took a 4-seat RZR out on snake creek. We timed it just right to see the Aspen trees changing. Overall a great experience that we ll come back to next time we re in town!

Absolutely awesome and amazing experience! Just went in to look around and Matt approached me with his friendly personality and said dude let s go for a bike ride . I declined at first because I m thinking whoa, I m 56, haven t been on a bike in probably over 15/20 years. We talked some more and I decided that I came to Utah for adventure, what better way than to take a personal guided mountain bike tour. So off Matt went to get the bikes. While waiting for him I was able to meet Jamie who was as friendly as family! She smiled a lot and it made me think these are my kind of people. Went outside and Toby pulled up in a Vanderhaul Roadster and said hop in, got a cool little ride that was very impressive. So I rate this a total experience! Don t think about it, do it! You will cherish the memories

Great company and customer service. We had to reschedule last minute and Matt was happy to accommodate. They mapped out a scenic trail which took us through spectacular mountainside views and crystal clear creeks. Grab your camera and get ready to enjoy Utah the way it was meant to be!

.We had an amazing experience on a great trail through the Uinta National Forest, scenery was breathtaking- Polaris ATVs were awesome to drive, best we have rented in our travels so far. Staff were beyond helpful when booking rentals and Camber kept us up to date with our ever changing weather. Would highly recommend these guys! Thanks to all who helped us.

We re definitely going with Adventure Haus again in the future! Way better than a guided UTV tour, they text you a link to a GPS-guided map that will ensure you never get lost and have a great time on a trail that takes exactly two hours to complete. They take great care of their machines. I think I ll try the roadster next :)

Great equipment, great customer service, great views and made us first timers feel at easeI brought my nieces and daughter out to this experience and I have to say Scott was knowledgeable, kind and very patient! We called him numerous times while out on the trails and he knew that place like the back of his hand!! He was honestly one of the nicest people I ve ever met!!

If you're new to or worried about renting equipment like this I would say Adventure Haus is a fantastic place to start, as well as a nice little spot for more experienced riders. There are trails all around for the beginner, intermediate, and highly experienced. Scottie, the guide who set us up and marked our map for us was absolutely WONDERFUL--super friendly, helpful, and really knew his stuff. This is well worth the price for the views and a nice little adventure for all ages and skill levels.

This was awesome for our family of 4 (daughter 24 and son 16). Staff was extremely friendly. One of the best excursions we ve taken. I would HIGHLY recommend Adventure Haus and the UNGUIDED tour. We had never driven RZR ATV s and it was simple and easy to navigate.

Our family has rented ski s from Adventure Haus Stillwater many times this winter. Jonathan and his team provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile with our grandchildren.I especially like the option of picking up our skies the night before. Jonathan has gone out his way to not only track down ski s but to work will midnight to get them all set for us in the am. These are real life experiences that make me a loyal customer to Adventure Haus Heber City.. Mark H.

We (my 2 teenagers and Dad) very much enjoyed our 4 seat UTV two hours experience. Easy access to the trail system from the Zermatt hotel, vehicle in very good shape and ready ahead of time for our personal enjoyment.Jenny made the difference explaining the various options and caring about our needs and our party. As a matter of fact the entire team is really nice and personable.Thank you, we will book activities with you again for future visits.

The staff was friendly and prepared us well for a 2hr drive. The razor seemed to be well maintained and the ride was amazing. I would recommend Adventure Haus to anyone wanting to go on a razor ride in the Wasatch county area.

This place is the best when it comes to renting a Razor. Scottie, was awesome to work with! Very friendly guy. Our experience with him and how fun we had on the trails made us want to do this all over again! We plan on doing another 2 hour excursion!

These guys are great! Polite and knowledgeable.We came for my husband s 50th birthday looking for an adventure. We had a great adventure and got lost-my fault, we were a half hour late and they called and texted us to make sure we were ok. The equipment was clean, fueled up, in great working condition, and ready to go. Adventure Haus is fabulous and we will use them again!

So convenient. Great experience! Walked right out of the hotel and got in the ATV we rented with these guys. They have them all fueled up and cleaned out and ready to go. They provide maps and a quick tutorial.Scott is awesome and provdes top notch customer service. So friendly, happy, knowledgeable. Scott helped us on our way and also there to greet us when we got back. What a neat guy to have running the show!We will back!!

The staff was very accommodating and provided great equipment to my group. And it was easy to switch out my demo skis for a different snow conditions. I highly recommend the ski shop.

Rented a two seater from Adventure Haus for a two hour trip on August 4, 2021 and it wasn't enough. Starting with the check in every thing was smooth and easy. It began with a quick safety briefing and a discussion of the trail route. Afterwards we went out and looked over the vehicle and discussed its operation and features. Then we were on our own. The actual trail is about two miles from the shop down public roads and is a great way to ease you into driving the vehicle you choose. We were suggested the Snake Creek loop which was fairly easy to start in fact I didn't use the 4 wheel drive system for most of it. The views were spectacular and we saw plenty of wildlife. On occasion we passed another person on a 4 wheeler but for the most part felt completely alone. There are certain parts of the trail that required 4 wheel drive and was really fun to drive. The two hours seemed to fly by and before we knew it we had to head back. Upon our return the check �n was super easy and fast, we simply had to drop the vehicle off and once they did a quick walk around we were free to go. If we get a chance to do this again we will definitely go for a longer rental time and take a lunch to enjoy on the trail.

Opted to use Adventure Haus for alpine ski equipment rental while visiting Midway, UT and staying at the Zermatt Resort during early March 2022. Utilized the online rental reservation option and found it to be straightforward and a time saver, plus, equipment rental rates were most competitive compared to the other rental sources. The Adventure Haus associates were very accommodating and professional with a high degree of personal attention. The location is very attractive for those staying at the Zermatt Resort, plus, you have the convenience of optimizing your equipment to suit the various slope conditions of the Wasatch Range.

We had SUCH a fun morning with our Polaris Rzrs. Great machines, easy to use and such a blast! The team at Adventure haus was super helpful and nice and gave a great overview of the trails and where to go. Would definitely return and recommend!!!

Wee rented the off road 4 seater and had a blast!! They do such a great job getting you all lined up but they let you do it yourself too. It was our first time and they gave us great tips. Definitely use these guys

We're first-timers ever using the RZR. We rented the two-seater for four hours, which was about perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and made sure we knew where we were going and how to operate the vehicle. We did the Tibble Fork route, one way, in about 1.5 hours. The return trip was faster. The first half road was relatively smooth compared to the back half. We drove around Midway a bit to use the rest of our time. Outstanding trip!

Great day!! We had trouble with one of our machines. Called and they were out with a replacement razor no questions for us to use. Awesome service, great crew. Great trails! Highly recommend!!

Adventure Haus and specifically Matt gave our Team Building event the dusty, dirt ride, off-road adventure through water that anyone of them could have imagined. We sent 4 cars on a scavenger hunt and they all came back dusty, dirty, wet, giddy, truly happy and excited that they went on Razor Ride!!! Everyone I spoke with had the time of their life!!! We highly recommend the Razor Ride Scavenger Hunt...it's worth every penny!!!
