Roger did an amazing job on my headlight restoration. I had my headlights restored years ago and they remained foggy afterward, so I essentially overpaid for nothing and was told that was the best they could do. Roger took the time to restore my headlights by hand and removed the fogginess. He took the time to explain the process and recommended to always ask how much experience a shop has with headlight restoration and a few other tips.

Showed up at 6:30 to get some wheels bolted on. Just wheels already have tires, mounted and balanced just raise the car swap them takes like 5 minutes. They told me they had an appointment at 6:45 for an oil change and couldn t do it even though the place was empty. Watched them lock the door behind me as I left proving they lied about their appointment. They also couldn t understand what I was asking which was annoying.You close at 7 not 6:30. Do better.

Anthony & Roger took such good care of me today with a flat tire. They are both so friendly and knowledgeable. I showed up with an unexpected flat tire. They took my car right in. Even though the tire could not be repaired they explained all of my options and even suggested that I return to where the tires were purchased for possible road damage replacement. That was above and beyond. They were completely honest which is rare these days. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Much appreciation to both Anthony and Roger!!

Went to have my headlights restored. Was skeptical at first but the results speak for themselves. I can t recommend them enough. I was helped by Chad. Thank you Chad for breathing new life into my foggy headlights!!

We purchased 2 tires online and made an appointment for installation. I showed up that day, just to find they'd canceled it, but hadn't called, only emailed that they hadn't received the tires yet. Once they did, I made a new appt and showed up. It took a great while before someone came to my car to say hello and check me in. Once I got to the waiting room and saw my car in the bay, it took nearly 90 minutes to complete the service! It shouldn't take that long. And maybe someone should come check on me to apologize for the delay? The phone would be ringing and no one to pick up. Maybe extra staff is needed?On a positive note, the two guys I spoke with were really nice. One older guy, and one very young guy. So I know they're doing their best, but taking care of the client to ensure they feel comforted through the process, I believe, is most important .

I just had the headlights restored on my 2012 SUV and they look brand new! Roger did an amazing job. He really cares about his work.The $ can t be beat.

I went in so stressed out, not knowing anything about tires or sizing!! Everyone that was working there was fantastic and very helpful. Carson B came to the rescue and was very helpful in explaining exactly what I needed in a way i was able to understand so that me and my kids will be safe. He made my experience enjoyable and not stressful. They are great at this location so if you are looking for great customer service I'd choose midvale for sure! All my worries are now gone and I feel much safer in my car now so THANK YOU CARSON B & MIDVALE FORT UNION TEAM!!!!!! So glad I found a good place to start going for services.

There s no way anyone can tell me God don t exist! Because I was having a terrible day first off everything was going wrong! Dead battery! Or Bad Alternators who knows Thankful Roger and Danny! First of Roger is GOAT.! This guy is the absolute truth. He literally should quit working at Walmart and start his own garage today! Or Walmart need to have this guy going around to every single Walmart auto center showing those guys how to give customer service but also do a great job at your work! With his attention to details and his willingness to understand your frustration shows why this guy is the best at what he do! Not only did these guys fix my battery issue. Roger also restored my headlights on my car. I mean it was phenomenal like he made my car. Look brand new! Thank you guys so much bro y all made my day a hell a lot better. Appreciate you guys. Roger did an excellent job with my vehicle. He was quick on the oil change, and he also did an amazing job cleaning the headlights. Afterwards, they looked brand new and made the car look amazing.

I didn't know they did headlight restoration but I got and holy hell, they did an AMAZING job. Before I could barely see the road at night and it's like I got new headlight. I'd definitely recommend a to go and get it done here

I went here for an oil change and when they were done with the oil change, they said I had an oil leak which I never had a problem with in the past and get my oil change on a regular. The lady was kinda shaky when I kindly responded that I never had that issue in the past. I'm working on figuring out where the oil leak is coming from to fix myself.Other than that I gave it a 3 stars because when I pulled up it was a full house and the gentlemen was honest and let me know it was going to be a 2 hour wait.

They are reasonably priced, the team is always nice, overworked and can't receive tips. Drop a pizza and run! I have never had anything go wrong after their service, buy tires there and your regular rotation is included. Again if you're going around lunch... drop a pizza and run!

I came to the Midvale, Utah Walmart Auto Center on Fort Union in today to get my battery tested. Anthony was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. It turns out that my battery tested fine and I didn't need a replacement. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need and he gave me excellent advice. I have bought several batteries from Walmart and will continue to do so. It is so great to find that there are still companies and employees whose number one concern is helping the customer rather than just selling a product. This is what will keep my loyalty for years to come!! Thank you Anthony!

I went here for changing my tires for a reasonable price since I didn t have a big budget. They changed them with Goodyear all seasons tires and it all cost $530 for everything including the labor and taxes. I m happy with the results.

I love love love this auto care center! They always get me in and out super quick for oil changes, and when I was in a total pinch needing a new battery not sure what to do and Roger helped me out. He did an amazing job, was fast and super kind! Highly recommend!

They were super helpful and got me in and out super fast for 4 tires. Very very friendly, Roger and Shapoor I belive his name was, made me feel right at home while I was there. On a Saturday morning at 7am I found myself in need of a new car battery asap. Anthony took my call, assured me he'd be able to help me right away, gave me EXCELLENT and AMAZING customer service, and had me out the door within the hour. I am very happy with the quick service i received! I got my headlights replaced and cleaned and it took less than 30 minutes!Anthony quickly got me checked in and was very helpful, and Roger did my headlights. He shined them up so good they look brand new!!Will definitely go back next time I need anything done.

Yesterday we had a tire issue and went here to see if it could be repair. Ended up needing a new tire. We had a spare at home so we went to go get it and where just gonna go to Taylorsville with only so much time left before auto centers were due to close. Taylorsville turned us away because they where closing early because they had only 3 people working. Headed back up to Midvale after calling them and explaining the situation. Roger said that they would stay to help us out and there was only 2 of them all day. Truly amazing. We have never had any issues with the team in the auto center. They stayed late to make sure we were taken care of.

This is a great place. We stopped by and helped a little over a month ago about options for tires. The staff member was so sweet and helpful. Last week, ordered my tires online (super easy) and had them installed today. The tech who checked me in seemed to having a bad day and was a little grumpy but when I checked out, another tech was super nice! Explained to me about the free tire rotation and other helpful info. My take away - will definitely go back and will always give them a friendly smile because they probably don't get many from other customers

One of the guys who checks tires there is anti Arab and anti Islam. I went there to check my tires and he comes out, checks one tire and says it is flat and cannot be repaired so I asked him to check the rest and he said it will cost me $15 to check each. I asked how come he checked the first one and didn t ask for money and now all of a sudden he wants $15 per each? He started yelling and walked back in. From the minute he heard us speak Arabic and realized that we are not Hispanic and won t speak Spanish back to him, he turned hostile on us. I took my car to Big O tires and they checked all my tires and prepared a quote while I drank my coffee in their lounge and I was treated like a queen. I ended up buying tires through them. I am never going back to this miserable place.

It s 5:45pm, only three cars in front of me that were already being worked on before I pulled in. Says it closes at 7pm and guy turned me away. Says there are two guys. My friend (1 person) can change my oil in 30 minutes. You do the math.

Huge s/o to Roger in the auto center! Get that man a raise! After being given the wrong tires at another location he helped get me situated with the correct ones. Even though they were super busy and only had 2 guys working, he was willing to stay late well past his normal hours to make sure I was taken care because he knew it was important. I would highly recommend you see him with any of your auto needs! I m glad to see that there are still people out the who care. Thanks again Roger!Service: Tires

The auto center (Walmart Fort Union) is the location I took my Mazda XS sedan to for the past 12 yrs. Later, car sold and switched to VW Passat. For oil change, tires or car battery service, this is and still is the location I take my vehicle to. Based on my experience, the mechanics can come and go, or transfer to another Walmart location. Likewise, Walmart auto center managers may transfer to other auto center shops within Walmart organization. The same applies to other auto shops (i.e., Burt Brothers stores, Big O Tires and any auto shops of employees coming and going, staying but transfer to another locations, or depart with their employers and work for another trade of same industry).Based on the length of years on the Fort Union auto shop, the mechanics have always went out of their ways to answer questions for me or look up info when I asked them to; despite how very busy they are with vehicles lined up for various types of services. They work diligently and have a sense of "time" to search, provide helpful info when I was there in-person. At times, not often, an oil change may take a slightly longer time than usual. Sometimes, it's not the mechanics, but various parts or components inside the engine that may or may not be removed or taking off due to it's capped or installed or screwed in a dead spot. They're honest with me, let me know to take the car to a foreign auto shop to have it looked it to get a 2nd opinion so they take that extra time to diagnose what they can see that might be an issue or problem, recommend for a 2nd opinion of foreign auto repairs.The main store phone # is the issue on Fort Union as with any Walmart locations (the person(s) who is to answer the main line are not always there. You can call, can take sometime for someone to answer the main line, they transfer your call to whichever dept you requested, but the other depts often times wander thru the store, not there to answer the phone. Likewise with the Auto Center, they're busy registering customer's car for various types of services, assist with parts, search info for customers so they're not always at cash register (Auto Center counter) to answer the phone like a front desk receptionist would.I've not experience anything negative based on all my visit. I'd note it's difficult to call and reach various depts, no one answers. You can be on-hold for 10 min or longer, it just rings and continued ringing endlessly, still no one answers.The Auto Center team are straightforward, they diagnose, provide what they find out, let you know the news. One guy, Lawrence was so helpful, he was busy with 2 vehicles pulled up in line in need of service, but because I was at auto center cash register, he looked up tire info for me, wrote down the size-width-type of tires for my car, ordered online based on my request, printed a copy of the tires order for me to take with me. The tires are ordered, will take my VW Passat back to Ft Union for them to install. They went above and beyond of my visits.As for having headlight restoration serviced, Carson was excellent in puffing out cloudy-yellowish residue. The cost $25 and he did everything that should be done, result was a shiny-polished-new look on the headlights. This morning when I left the house for work 5:50am, still dark, noticed a significant difference of the brightness, helps greatly to produce an improved visual effect. Carson went above and beyond, he's cordial-professional-offered exceptional customer service.

Went here today and was helped by Chad & Roger. They were friendly, professional and FAST! I got a new tire installed and new wipers installed. They were very helpful and funny also. One light was out and the other was dim. Roger set us up with excellent lights that worked properly with out projector lenses. He suggested refurbishing the lenses. An hour later we drove away and our vision of the road has never been better. He did an excellent job on both our headlights and on our foglights. Not only do we see the road much better but the car looks awesome and years newer. Roger, thank you so much!! Excellent job!!! I highly recommend Roger for his great customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.
