I was very impressed by the entire service team here. The office staff was friendly, helpful and professional. My car repair was completed ahead of schedule even though I had thought the promised completion date was very reasonable. The repair itself was all that I hoped it would be. I'm very pleased with my car. Judging from the condition of my car at return, it seems obvious that the repair staff was top notch too.

I would never allow this shop to fix one of my vehicles or one of my families vehicles.Why when an alignment check is a free service that takes a qualified technician less than 5 minutes to hang heads and check one's alignment be gate-kept by a service advisor/estimator that doesn't even know basic Utah vehicle safety laws?Will never go to or recommend to any one ever. Hope this shop changes management and cleans up the shop interior as the did the shop exterior.

I didn t originally leave a review despite being unhappy with my service. I am leaving one now, because I tried to have repairs done, that were supposed to be done the first time around, that have caused other problems for the car. The first call, I was spoken to rudely by Joel, and never called back despite being told he was calling our insurance to re open everything and to get it back in. A few weeks later, I call and leave a message stating I am unhappy with the work, and how things are being handled to fix it. The GM, Nick calls back, says he will be going out of town, will call when he gets back, and apologizes about everything leading up to this point. That was weeks ago, and no call back. We decided to go elsewhere so that we could get the work done correctly, and in a timely manner. I do not recommend this company for repairs.

After 6 months and my persistence my truck is fixed, mostly. The wire for the backup sensor is not routed correctly thru the bumper and it does not work, which I told them is ok.When I first went to pick up the truck they did not replace the bumper, put on the 4x4 decal, or put on the new hub cap which all 3 items they billed the insurance for replacement. When I pointed it out they said "they forgot". The fender flare did not match the other flares so they replaced all the flares, which warped after 1 week in the heat. I was told "all flares will warp in the heat". They didn't have a solution and I was to find some and they would "see if it was covered by insurance". I found them and 2 months later after my numerous calls they ordered them and put them on. I am done ranting, there were a few other frustrations.They get a 2 because at first the communication was great. I did my best to not show my frustration. Joel and Nic stayed pretty calm thru the ordeal. Nice guys and my truck is done. Be very cautious and aware of the final product when you pick up your vehicle.

Someone backed into my mother's car a couple weeks ago and I dropped it off to these guys per the insurance and the car came out looking brand new. I couldn't have asked for better service.

They did a fine job. I had to return for an issue but they fixed it quickly. Whomever cleaned my car was rushed. When I got it back I could see where the vacuum spilled dirt in the back seat and the vacuum handle scratched the side panel a bit. The exterior of the car was filthy from dirty rain when I picked it up. They offered to clean it but I was on a tight schedule. My low tire pressure light was also on and had not been when I dropped the car off.

This place is horrible. I took my car to fix a mirror that had been knocked off by another driver. First of all I took it and the receptionist (savanna) came out and took pictures of my mirror and said she would pass it along to Joel to do an estimate. Well a week went by and I didn t hear anything. So I called back and she said oh I forgot you even came in. How do you even forgot I came in! Very unprofessional. Joel lacked communication. I had to contact him first to find out what was going with my car. He never sent me text updates. They told me that my account was not set up to receive texts through the process of my car being fixed. But I was able to get text messages when my car was done and ready to be picked up. I would not recommend this place for their lackOf communication with their customers.

AMAZING QUALITY OF CUSTOMER CARE AND REPAIR SHOP!!! The front desk lady was extremely personable, friendly and very knowledgeable at her job. All the employees I encountered were great experiences. They kept me completely informed of the status of my car being repaired. I was even able to communicate via text, which, they d response time was awesome! Hopefully I m never in a spot where my car needs a repair but if it did I would hope I get to take my car here. Keep it up, you re doing awesome!Service: Painting

Excellent service and they do indeed guarantee their work. I had a trunk door repair and the screws came loose after 2 years. Took it back and they fixed it.

Service King was very professional and I was very impressed by their communication. The work, itself, was mostly very good. There seems to be a small issue with some wind noise through my door, but nothing so significant that I feel the need to return to have that addressed. Both Deja and Joel were extremely helpful and made me feel at ease with my car being in their company s hands. I would absolutely return to this branch again if I need to.Service: Body & Trim

They claimed my tire was "inspected" and was okay.. The wires were showing and I'm lucky it didn't blow from the drive there all the way back to Tooele. They also denied us testing driving it. The new key fob they claimed was "top of the line" barely works. I wouldn't recommend anybody going to this company. They are deceitful and untrustworthy. I have a toddler and a newborn and they should be ashamed that they let me leave their lot with my tire looking the way it did.Service: Body & Trim

I had a few issues with my vehicle repair, communication, and treatment of it.The service manager (Nick) reached out to me about this issue.Was very nice and professional and is handling the situation with the employees and was very assuring that this wouldn't happen under his watch again and couldn't believe it happened in the first place.I believe he is sincere and they did do good work on my car, so I'm going to trust them with another vehicle repair.Service: Body & Trim

I had a fantastic experience at this fabulous repair shop! The personnel were knowledgeable and professional. My parts were ordered immediately so I didn t have any delays on my repairs. Apparently they close at 4:30 because when I called a "Jenny" places me on hold and just leaves me there while they close up shop.When I finally get someone to listen to me - it will be the 3rd time I have had to take my vehicle back for being fixed. They apparently don't bother to test the things they fix and it becomes increasingly necessary to keep bringing your vehicle back.I will never use this company again - I don't care what name changes they want to make to their name they are absolutely inept at getting your vehicle fixed the first time.Services: Transmission, Tires, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

The work was done ahead of time and I received texts updates regularly. Completely professionally done and politely treated. Much better experience than expected. Unexpected but pleasant surprise was how well they cleaned the car for me. I am very pleased. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt valued.

I had the misfortune of needing an auto body repair shop. However, Joel and Deja made the situation so much better through their exceptional customer service and care. They were always kind and courteous, willing to help, and professional. Fingers crossed that I don t need their help again, but if I do, this is where I will go.*Edit to include Nick, the Manager, who personally helped with my claim situation and really solidified the whole 5/5 experience.

Service King was professional and did an awesome job fixing my car after hitting a deer in the road. Car looks brand new and works great. I can't say enough about these people they are professional, their punctual, they will text you to let you know the status of everything. They are on top of everything. no worries. If you get ever in the car accident they're gonna take care of you and make your vehicle better than New..

very helpful and quick. they also worked on my girlfriends Hyundai Elantra. they worked very quick and did a great job. my mustang took a little bit longer than expected to fix the bumper but that was not on them. parts took a minute to get in. customer service is good. when you talk with them on the phone they don't seem annoyed to talk to you. they don't hesitate to update you on your vehicle process. great customer service from Brady.

TLDR; We took our car to service king, they dramatically failed the repair ( after 3 attempts ) the first time they didn t even put the door on correctly. The entire process took about 3 months.It is difficult to explain the true cost of going to Service King for our auto body repair. I wish we never did this, I wish we could rate them negative stars.We took our Toyota Highlander in for repair after we were hit. Upon picking it up I noticed the door alignment was off by half an inch, it was a visible defect in their repair that the mechanics denied. It was clear then that quality was not their mission. They said it would be ready in a few days: I came back again and picked up the car, it looked fine but then I drove away and I could hear the road quite loudly through the closed window.So I took it back and told them that I don t think the door was sealed correctly. They said alright and attempted to fix the car again. I picked the car up again, they didn t give me a sheet of repairs this time and said they fixed the issue completely. I called the manager on the way home telling him that nothing changed, I could still hear the wind through the window. The manager then said that they fixed it and they couldn t hear anything.We took the car to the Toyota dealership and they told us that Service King assembled the door incorrectly causing several weeks in additional work.Moral of the story: Avoid this repair shop altogether. They are not hiring the best talent. If you care about your vehicle, do not go here.

They redirected me to another service which suited the situation. Nick Boyer came out with staff to look at my vehicle. They were helpful and courteous. Definitely take your vehicle to them if your having issues.

During the freak ice storm in February 2021, my Nissan Armada slid into a parked Honda Odyssey, damaging my front bumper, sensors, and tow hook along with the Honda's back bumper. We were able to schedule repairs quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Both vehicles were finished on time. A great extraordinary touch was they cleaned and detailed the interior of both vehicles. We have had no issue with any item replaced. Will refer people and return if the need arises.

I took my new car in after someone hit it & ran, which left me a bit distraught. Not only did they provide fabulous customer service; but, provided comfort in knowing it would be as good as new, and in a timely manner. They were done even faster than expected. All you could ask for from a repair shop. Easy estimate process even without an appointment, kept me up to date on the car, and a quality repair.To add on top, Brady in the office was super personable and transparent when writing up the estimate. He let me know what may or may not need to be repaired and asked if I wanted those additional pieces put into the estimate. I highly recommend working with Brady.

The office staff is good to work with. The manager of this place has the absolute WORST customer service abilities I've come across. Say they have a lifetime guarantee, went back with an issue and he told me to get my car off his lot as he doesn't do anything until he gets paid. Weird statement as the work was already paid for. Great warranty. This may not be the situation with all Service King's but I'd highly recommend using anyone else over this location.

5+ Stars. I have had my car at this location twice over the last 4 years. They impressed me yet again. I highly recommend Service King. Brady, Devon & the shop guys did a great job. Great job and done on time. I am so pleased - Thank you!
