My sister purchased a car in October 2019. The service great and they were very friendly and helpful. The process was quick and painless and the car was an excellent deal. When she went to pick up the plates, they informed her that she had overpaid and gave her a check for the amount. We are extremely impressed with their honesty and integrity. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Ash was very helpful. I was able to test drive, get approved and buy a vehicle in just a couple hours. I did not feel pressured to buy like at other dealerships.Ash called me a couple of weeks later to let me know my plates and registration were ready. Ash let me know I had been over charged for registration, so he wrote me a check for $50. In my opinion they are a very honest dealership. Has the feel of a family run business. Vehicles are nice and fairly priced. Would buy here again!

Our experience with Salt Auto in Salt Lake has been Very Good! We found Nick to be very accommodating. After discovering a problem with the battery on day two after purchasing our KIA SOUL, I contacted him and he replaced the battery. There was a time factor involved for our travel commitments. He handled the problem responsibly and respectful as well as expediently. He and his mechanic immediately gave us priority in their schedule. Within minutes, we were on our way. Great customer service! It was my first time buying a car and Ash helped me out. He was very helpful and transparent while never being pushy. Ended up purchasing a 2011 forester that I love and that has been great so far. Would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Salt Auto LLC!

Initially, Nick was a great salesman who showed us what we wanted to know about the car. He "helped" out with fixes that he was unaware of following the purchase of our car. One of the "fixes" that he did was stopping a rattling sound when we drove the car. Little did we know that the "fix" was their mechanic REMOVING and replacing one of the catalytic converters and when they installed a new one they did a horrible job! We had to pay another mechanic for the fix that Salt Auto messed up on and sold to us without disclosure of this modification. Fast forward multiple months. We've had multiple issues with our car, one thing after another. Another "fix" that we paid for (alternator) had issues and when I went back to Nick asking for the store and item from where he bought the alternator from (assuming I could go back as alternators do not go bad unless faulty under a year and typically has warranty with the store purchased from), he had to history of the purchase or location! Very unprofessional and not trustworthy of any purchases. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great Experience with Salt Auto! Nick is a great owner, really easy to communicate with and happily answered all my questions. I got a great deal on a used car and we have loved it! I'd definitely use them again. They are very honest, fair, and great guys!

I worked mainly with Ash and he made my buying experience easy and alot less stressful. He was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. They provided me with the car fax and a 200 point inspection report on the car. There were a couple of minor things that were wrong with the car (radio and alignment) and when I mentioned it to them they fixed both of them no problem. They helped me get a great car for a good deal

Had a very hard time communicating with the acting mechanic. He did not speak English very well and I couldn t understand what he was saying. I have texted the owner Nick and he has given me short answers and not cared to explain anything about the vehicle that I was interested in. Doesn t seem like a very good place to buy a used car. Also inside the office smelled like they were smoking cigarettes in office and nobody was wearing a mask even though it is the regulation for Utah at the moment. I was very seriously interested in the vehicle that I went to look at but couldn t get good information about the truck due to not being able to properly communicate with the worker that was there.

I ve owned quite a few vehicles. I m leaving this review because Ash, the owner of Salt Auto, was the most honest and straightforward car dealer I ve ever worked with. Give him your business and you ll be pleasantly surprised at how easy and fair it can be to buy a car.

We saw a car that we liked, arrange an appointment and my wife really like the car once we drove it, they were not pushy or aggressive, and even showed us the carfax. Which is very important if you are going to buy a car, since it will give you its previous history.We took a day to make a decision and I'm glad we decided to go with them. It was a nice and easy transaction.

I bought a car from them. I am so happy. They help me find a reliable good price car for my job. I drive uber. Great price, they help me if I need any maintenance. They are helpful with that for me. I definitely recommend my friends and family to go to them.

Very good people. They have been kind to me and they are really easy to work with. They will get you a good deal and will present that good old-fashioned service we all look for in a business. I am very impressed! And love my new ride. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

Very shady. Bought a used vehicle that had a clean title only to find out that it has suffered major damage and needs to be repaired. Attempted to communicate with the seller about it, but kept being told that the owner did not know anything about the car and that it was his cousins car , with no information given before purchasing, yet he said that it was not in any accidents prior to purchasing. Very unprofessional and dishonest, would not recommend. Stay away.

He does not support his customers and directly supports lying about car problems as a way to do business. He has now sent the title to the bank with a bank lein even though there was never any loan on the car. The bank cannot find the title so I asked Salt Auto to file for a new title and they keep saying that they are too busy to do this. I am now filing complaint with the Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division in order to get the title for the car that was purchased in May.The transmission stopped working a couple days after he sold my friend a car. When we went back to talk to him about it he said that was part of buying a used car (from him) so he did not care. He also encouraged my friend to buy a car warranty from the warranty company the dealership uses and to lie to the warranty company about when the transmission broke so that the warranty company would fix it. This business has no integerity.

I was looking for a car and when I found what I was looking for at Salt auto I was somehow reluctant to go to a dealership since they tend to be pushy, but for my surprise Ash was easy to talk to and was straight forward with the costs, my parents went with me and he was patient to all the questions we had. Definitely recommend, I'm happy with my car.

I really like the Tucson I bought from them. They were friendly and it was a quick and easy process. Ash even helped me with the Financing process, and helped me to get a loan. I will definitely send my friends and family their way!

Had a terrible!!! Experience with salt auto. Would recommend them to nobody. They only care about the money and there mechanic is no good. Taking parts out, and putting them together wrong. The vehicle I bought wouldn't have even passed inspection. I feel COMPLETELY taken advantage of!

When I bought my Honda Crosstour it did have shake while driving but when I called back nick said he would help fix it and while I was waiting too he offered me an Uber ride home since I was waiting for so long. The dealership fees are also a really good price. I wouldn t go to another dealership because he s been a very big help!

Really great experience! The owner was very nice and willing to work with you they have great customer service skills and good cars at great prices! Very impressed, we bought a Jeep Liberty! This is the place to go!

Advice for everyone, do not deal with this owner because is cheater and liar. We bought a car from him and after a few days we discovered that the car It has a large defect and is very expensive in transmission and right axel and the tires different size with bad batteryMay God take revenge on you

I purchased a 2013 GMC Sierra from here and I absolutely love it . Works great in the snow, was pleased with nick he was really helpful . Even put license plate on truck when they arrived .

Came to look at a car that states is a clean title on their website, when i show up the greating was very disrespectful. And then it turns out that the vehicle i wanted to look at has a salvaged title, they also argued in front of me about a test drive because it is a manual transmission. VERY Unprofessional!
