Precision did a great job on our jeep. Lift, tires, and alignment for a competitive price and they were able to squeeze us in same week. It was a new lift for them but they took it on and everything feels solid.

The staff at Precision automotive were amazing, extremely helpful, and always conscious of what the cost might be giving me alternatives and choices and not dropping any surprises on me. I will be going back to them with all my cars when we have a problem from now on. Oh yeah they did an amazing job on my truck fixed everything I asked them to fix and everything turned out great thanks again Precision automotive.

I am pleased with the quality of service from the shop crew. I am a return client and recommend the shop to friends. I appreciate that you never do work until you go over what s wrong and get my approvals to move forward on the repair. The price never has hidden charges. It s really nice to deal with people that hold their work to the highest and most honest standard. Thank you ! Now those warranties from Endurance is completely another story!!!l

I am quite satisfied with the service I received at Precision Automotive of Utah. My car's problem was identified, the plans to correct it concisely explained to me and a cost quote was discussed. Once the work was done, it turned out to be about $150 less than was initially quoted. You can't beat this kind of service!

Precision Automotive has excellent customer service. I never have a concern regarding costs of repairs. Percison Automotive stands behind their work. I recently called to inquire how to choose a mechanic shop in another state, Through networking Craig was able to recommend a reputable car repair service! The repair service saved my parents $2,000.00. The dealer was unable to fix the vehicle.

We had a challenging situation working with another company's previous work. Precision Auto not only did great work on the vehicle, but when a new situation occurred, outside the warranty, they fixed it for free. In addition, they worked with a company that previously worked on the vehicle and were able to get our payment refunded. Precision Auto went well beyond the call of duty and that is why the two words that come to mind are Reliable and Trustworthy.

I appreciated the complete analysis on everything wrong with the car. I also appreciated the fact that they answered all my questions and didn't try to upsell me after I decided what I wanted them to fix and to not fix. I wasn't expecting my car to be in the shop for a week, but so far I'm pleased with the service. They also took off a charge that they thought they would have to do but didn't end up doing.

Precision Automotive is always kind, upfront, and super helpful. I brought my 2000 4Runner in during the summer to have them look at a leak. They let me know what it was and gave me a quote. At the time I couldn t pay for it to be fixed so they didn t try to push me into getting it fixed right then and there. Instead they told me I could drive on it for a few months before it would cause any major damage. I ended up bringing it back in to be fixed several months later, when I could pay for it, and they fixed it in a day and now I have one less worry with my old car. I always feel good about bringing my vehicles in to Precision Automotive and highly recommend them.

TLDR: there's cheaper and faster in the area with equally good quality of work.Seemed like a nice enough place. Clean, professional, thorough, and being busy is a good sign. However I backed out pretty early on when they wanted to charge $200 just to run a diagnostic. $200 just to find out what's wrong, before anything's even been fixed seems like really steep pricing to me.If you're ok with paying a whole lot of money for good quality though, then this would be the place.

Easy online appointment process, they were ready when I brought it in and had it done when they said. I had a very tight timeline for the work and they delivered as promised. Picked up car and drove it 300 miles immediately afterwards with no issue.

The best services around, you couldn't ask for a better experience. Unfortunately I am unable to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for this shop. They keep my car on track which keeps me going. The service is absolutely amazing and you are treated like a person and not just another number. I could go on and on about the honesty they uphold and the work they do. You have to experience it yourself. I had a great interaction with Kevin and his team. Because my Jeep had some unusual problems, it took a bit long to fix. However, the guys worked diligently on it and found an outside source to get a solution. So very happy and will definitely go to your location in the future. This is one of the cleanest shops I've been to and the service was excellent. The pricing was reasonable as well. I'd highly recommend this shop for your automotive repair and maintenance needs. I docked a star because even though I had an appointment and I was the only person waiting, it took 80 minutes to do an oil change, along with state inspection/emmissions. Since I was the only one there and was on time for my appointment, I should have been in and out in less than 30 minutes. I worry if you go when there's a crowd you could be there for 3 or 4 hours for a routine service. Otherwise, I left a satisfied customer and will definitely go back.

My regular go-to place to get maintenance work done on our 2016 Passat. Friendly staff, they give us a loaner car for the day and they love seeing our doggy come in. They break down the prices and explain to me what they recommend to work on. I don t feel scam vibes from these folks at all. They have integrity & they follow through with what they re going to do. I ve came here 3x s now. Will be going back for the rest of maintenance work from here on out.

Precision Automotive has been my go-to auto repair shop for years, and they have never let me down. Their team is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. While their prices may not be the cheapest, the quality and speed of their work more than make up for it. I ve always found Precision to be easy to work with and fair. I ve used them for 20+ years. As a young driver, my car needed a really simple fix. It would have been easy to take advantage of me, but they did a quick fix (reconnected some things) and sent me on my way, no charge. That always stuck with me and earned my business for the long term.

If I could give this 10 out of 5 stars I would. The shop is excellent. They do right by their customers, are honest, diagnose issues with expertise, communicate clearly, and have a friendly staff. They are well worth the cost because I can trust my vehicle has been taken care of as if it were their own vehicle.

Precision Automotive definitely lives up to their amazing rating. They prepared a report on my car with all the maintenance that needed doing with pictures supporting, so I could clearly see what they were talking about. Their communication was impeccable and additionally everyone I encountered was super friendly and very helpful, even giving me tips on the local area. I highly recommend them to anyone for an all-round great mechanic.

These guys are so awesome!!!! Super super nice, professional, and they really know their stuffI had a swaying/jumping problem with my car while accelerating. I had taken it to MULTIPLE other auto shops, had my car gone for weeks, paid for unnecessary parts to be replaced, and still had the same problem. Everyone else said they just couldn't figure out what was causing it and that it looked fine to them.I finally took my car to Precision Automotive, and as soon as they got the car in, they quickly found the problem, ordered the right parts, and got it fixed. The car runs so smoothly now!! No more issues.Will be going there first next time, and will be recommending them to everyone!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement
