Dropped her off 2 days ago. Was not sure what to expect. The interior and exterior detailing were perfect. They fixed a door ding. You can't tell it was there. Got the 5-year ceramic coating, along with the windows, the rims, the lights. She is so smooth, nothing will stick to her. We are very happy with the work and highly recommend Onsite Detail. Tell them Scott with the Camaro sent you. You will not get a discount, but I am hoping that if enough of you say it, they will give us one when we buy my wife a new car later this year. Definitely bringing it in for the same treatment.

Great experience! I knew I wanted to invest in a full ceramic coat to protect my new car. I was promptly able to get two detailed quotes from On-Site through email. I ended up doing the 5 year GT Quartz including headlights, glass, and wheels. I called to schedule 2 weeks before I was supposed to get my car, but my delivery date ended up changing. They were very accommodating with rescheduling and pickup times. They finished my car a day early, and made sure everything was perfect. I ll definitely be back for any maintenance needs.

I recently took a used car to Onsite and the previous owner was a smoker. There were layers of grime everywhere inside, the upholstery was covered in food stains and it smelled bad. Onsite did an amazing job! The upholstery looks new, the grime is gone and it smells great! I honestly can t believe it s the same car! They kept it overnight for deodorizing and Dalton kept us up to date throughout the process. Great customer service and outstanding job. I would highly recommend Onsite and will happily take cars back to them in the future!

Kendrick worked on two of our vehicles on 2/24 and did such a great job!!! We were blown away and so impressed, we feel like we have brand new vehicles! He was super friendly and helpful too. We would 100% recommend and will be requesting Kendrick again in the future.

I am a stickler when it comes to my car. My car isn't some high powered sports car but I want it look and drive good. I tried 4 or 5 detail places before I found Onsite. I have now been using them for about 4 years. I cant say enough about these guys they take their time and do a great job. Some detailers work a job, in speaking with some of their guys you can tell this is not some job it is their craft and they take pride in it. I recently had them put the 5 year ceramic coating on the wife's car. IT LOOKS AWESOME! She is getting comments on it at the grocery store on her 2016 Toyota Corolla! Cant recommend them enough!

I heard about On-site Detail from a family member who told me about her experience and how impressed she was. I can't agree more! In just a couple of hours, and a basic detail package, my car was transformed almost better than the day I rolled it off the lot as a used car! They can come to you, or you can visit one of their locations. They have cleaning packages that can be customized to your specific needs. My car got a lot of abuse after 8 years of day to day driving for both work and family use. Melted crayons in the door compartment, sticky nasty cup holders, drinks spilled over time, the occasional candy or french fry that falls in between the seats, and everything our shoes brought in. On the outside, the car isn't parked in a garage and gets plenty of love from rocks on the freeway, birds, my kids, the weather and more. I was amazed at the difference! It felt so clean and visibly seemed new! The manager (Patrick) really cares that the job gets done right. I got lucky to have his personal inspection of my vehicle and he made sure it was done to his high standards, pointing out things he wanted his team to make sure they took care of. They are vendor certified and trained on the products they use and they want you to leave happy with the work they've done. They have tons of experience and service thousands of vehicles every month! I can not say enough GOOD things about my experience with Onsite Detailing. I had my car Cermaic Coated by these guys and they did an amazing job. My car looks so good. Since that time I've had questions about how to care for my car and they have been so helpful. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy. Highly highly recommend the team at Onsite detail!

I got the Full Combo Detail and unfortunately I can only give it a 3 star for average. While the staff was friendly, scheduling was easy, and communication was great, I wasn't as impressed with the work as I'd like to have been for a detail costing $325. During my walk through I found they had not cleaned the headliner, which was included in my package. I pointed this out, they apologized they missed it and promptly corrected it. I get it, things get missed sometimes and I caught it and they fixed it, so no worries. I didn't notice anything else major while I was there and left. Once I got home and pulled up my parking brake, I noticed it was still filthy. Not that they had do a bad job on it but just completely didn't do it. As I was home I didn't want to drive back so I cleaned it myself. Since this was the second thing I found they missed I did a more thorough walk around and found more things missed or corrections I needed to make such as the inside of the back window had not been washed and some minor touchups I needed to make on the exterior they had missed. Overall I spent 30 minutes or so once I was home fixing work that was missed. My truck was definitely dirty when I brought it but disappointed these things were missed so for that I can't rate it more than average. However, I will say, the interior work that was not missed was fantastic and looks great. I got the basic exterior detail. They were very friendly and professional. As far as the work they did, my vehicle looks amazing. The basic exterior detail is a very good value, since it includes the 1 step paint correction. My vehicle had swirls in the paint from the previous owner. Probably from using Automatic car washes or incorrectly washing the car. They completely removed the swirls. The only negative I could say about them, is there was some slight streaking from the coating they do last. But not even that bad. Will be using them again. I am absolutely satisfied with what I got for what I paid.Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Car waxing, Paint repair

We love using Onsite Detail. They are easy to get ahold of and are consistently reliable. Work quality is extremely high and the fact that they come to you really helps with keeping our busy work lives on track. William, who we ve worked with since we started using Onsite Detail a couple of years ago, is phenomenal.

Super bummer experience.Moisture from the detail ruined my climate control panel and it's nearly $600 to replace it. Not sure how a place that has been operating for this long and has so many great reviews managed to damage something so critical. On top of what I paid for the detail ($250) , I'm out $850 dollars + time spent waiting on my car to get fixed. I can't be the first person this has happened to.

My paint was swirled to hell but these guys got them out with a paint correction. I also got a ceramic coat and it just looks great and so easy to wash.

Kendrick and on-site did a truly EPIC job on my truck. I came in with high expectations but wow did they blow past it. I was pretty underwhelmed by the quality, I just did the express interior/exterior. After they were done there was still water spots and grime on the exterior I could remove with my finger and would not expect to still be there after a wash. The interior was just fine but still dirt and dust I would not expect after a professional cleaning. It was not terrible but I would look elsewhere for better quality detailing.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing

Very disappointed in the management, and lack of communication specifically from the owner, Chris.The full story is below, but basically, our car was damaged during our detail, we were asked to take it in for a repair estimate, Onsite went back and forth about payment, and much of the communication was passed through a secretary. We were without our car for a month, when we asked to speak to management before paying our bill, management never contacted us and our payment method was charged without authorization or being informed.On June 17th our car was damaged during the detail. We went to pick up our car and realized the driver's seat was stuck fully reclined. We were told by the secretary that management wanted us to take the car to get an estimate and let them know. I also emailed the manager, Patrick. Patrick did email back, one time, and apologized, also stating the owner wanted an estimate.We took it to Ken Garff West Valley on June 18th, with the driver's seat stuck fully reclined. I was called about 2 days later by Ken Garff saying it appeared the seat was leaned too far back breaking the frame, a $1500 repair. It was estimated to take 3-4 days to order parts and repair. It took dozens of calls from myself, my husband and Jimmy at Ken Garff to get a response regarding how to proceed from Onsite. When we called my husband and I only talked to the secretary (who was very kind and tried her best) in the office. We had messages relayed to us (they were going through insurance, they were waiting on a response, etc.) but were never called directly by managementJimmy at Ken Garff was finally able to get Chris to agree to pay via credit card for the repair. On July 17th the repair bill was paid via credit card after multiple calls from us and Ken Garff. When we picked it up it had a muddy exterior.My husband called Onsite telling them we still had the remainder of our bill to pay. He said he wanted to make sure that was taken care of, and asked if they could wash the exterior of the car since it was taken directly to the repair shop after being detailed. We were told that management wanted to charge for the exterior wash since it wasn't their fault, but the fault of Ken Garff. They sent us an invoice for the remaining balance. My husband agreed to pay, but wanted to speak to management before doing so. We were promised they would call. We were not called and Onsite billed the payment method on the account without our consent or knowledge (giftcards we bought ourselves and due to a promotion). When we found this out on our own, we again called Onsite. We again talked to the secretary, who again had to relay the messages from Chris. We were told he is in the office and will call us later today, still waiting on that call...Update 8/2022: Chris called and left a message stating he didn't really understand what the issue was. We tried calling back and were still not able to get ahold of him. They made ANOTHER UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE for $60 to the credit card we used to purchase the gift cards. We don't know what this is for or why they charged us. Chris is again not in the office and the receptionist said that needs to be l"ooked into further".9/22 ended up canceling our credit card.Service: Auto detailing

I highly recommend On Site Detail. I've used them a few times on different vehicles. The quality of the detail has been great every time. The mobile VIP package is well worth it! Ask for Silvio, he's their best tech, and will do a fantastic job for you!

I had an appointment. I called to see if it was possible to come earlier. Patrick was more than helpful. They were all very friendly. The service was outstanding. The one that did my car did a fantastic job. I felt like I was driving a brand new car, instead of a 2014 Toyota Rav4. She looked awesome. Thank you for the wonderful service. They put a ceramic coating on my car inci the paint the plastic and the glass. And they also wash it when I can't get to it. they're fast friendly and excellent, I would recommend them above anyone else.

Great service, Detailer explained the process, answered all questions and completed the work in very good time. He applied the coatings, polished and buffed our 22 foot travel trailer to a new shine and smooth finish. He then cleaned the custom wheels and applied a tire shine on the tires. The trailer looks great after a summer of coast to coast and nearly border to border!

After calling, Katie was able to get me in the next day and they scheduled me for 3:30 to 4:30 and George was great and let me know if he was able to come in earlier and arrive at 2:57. Communication was very well and he did his work really good steaming my car Seats and my dashboard to detail. I got the combo( interior and exterior )and which includes him cleaning my engine bay. I was able to pay through card or cash and it was fast work. He finished 3 hours later !(:

Silvio was incredibly efficient and did an incredible job cleaning the inside of my car. I have three kids that are 3 and younger and lucky I keep my vehicle fairly clean all this considered but a good cleaning is always needed! I had used a different company a few months back and was very disappointed but I would not hesitate to hire on-site and have Silvio come out again.
