I purchased Nerf Bars and a Bed Cover from Jack-It and had them installed as well. Shawn was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed for my truck. I was thinking about purchasing fender flares, but he pointed out that they would be too close to the emblem, instead of just installing them. Great experience! I would definitely use them again!

Had nothing but good experiences with Jack-it! Shawn was super informative and answered all of my questions. They have helped equip my overlanding 4Runner with lift kit, wheels, winch and other accessories. I would highly recommend them!

They lifted my 2005 4runner, estimate was correct, no issues so far, and it looks and drives great. The only reason I m doing 4 instead of 5 stars is because I called them multiple times to get the parts and appointment set up, they gave me the estimate. But then when I showed up in person to drop it off they addressed they usually need to replace lower control arms in these cars and can t align it without. If they told me on the phone I would have known ahead of time and been ready for the extra cost. I feel like they waited until I was in the shop to talk about this.Side note/feedback: I would ve loved the staff to educate me more on what they re installing and what to expect after. I m sure most customers just know what they re doing but I m new to this and wish I had more guidance when leaving after it was installed on what to expect, how to maintain the parts best and what my warranty covers.

Been using Jack-it for years! Chad Erickson has been my go to for all my personal and business uses when it comes to 4x4 lifts and accessories. Chad is always there to help from lifts, wheels, tires and all around great customer service i will always drive from Montana to use Chad at Jack-it. Highly recommend using Chad and Jack-it.

I had no idea what I really wanted, or needed until I had the pleasure of speaking with Shawn. He is the most knowledgeable and friendly guy you could ever come into contact with. He really knew what I needed and was so helpful that I have referred my family and friends to him for their truck needs as well. You can't get better service, or a more knowledgeable staff. Looove these guys!! I started some suspension work on my 4Runner and had a bolt that got stuck on the new strut that we were putting together, brought it in here and they took it apart for me free of charge with an impact gun. I ran into a problem the next day and couldn t finish installing the lift kit. I was able to have my car towed straight into their shop and they had it done the next day with the parts I brought in. Super fair pricing, super nice guys, would absolutely recommend! Thank you Ryan and Jack-It!!!

I highly recommend ordering parts with Jack-It. I placed my order online finding fair pricing on what I wanted. I had a few questions before going through it so I called the number on the website Shawn helped me determine what I needed to finally order. When my parts arrived I referred back to them when I had questions about install, and Chad explained it in perfect detail. Overall would but from them again.

They go out of there way to help you out and get you the right parts ( even when you have some one that put a 4inch lift on a 2wd truck and you need parts) Not my truck. Chad Erickson is a hell of a guy and helped me get all the necessary parts and didnt make me get anything I didn t need. Customer service was awesome and didn t take long at all to get everything in and installed. Parts are really good quality. People there are really cool and easy to deal with. I would really recommend this place for your trucks or off-road vehicles

Chad Erickson was a hell of a guy he was super helpful and he wasn t trying to get me to buy unnecessary parts he gave it to me square and told me what I needed and he really hooked me up with the whole situation he was super nice, and got everything done in an amazing amount of time and I have no complaints with the parts. Steering is as tight as it s ever been, and the ride quality is absolutely perfect it s like I m floating a Cadillac down the road. I would reccomend Erick s service and this shop in general I have no complaints at all.

Took in my 2012 JKU with noise coming from rear axle. Turns out i had a bad bearing and there was "glitter" all throught my axle. I had Jackit completely rebuild my rear axle with all new bearings. They flushed out my locker and I was able to keep it.I got my Jeep back and I imedialey noticed it as MUCH quieter. No noise from the rear axle. I took in my 2012 JKU with noise coming from the rear axle. It turns out I had a bad bearing and they found "glitter" all through my axle. I went on 3 difficult trails in Moab no issues AT ALL.Specs: JKU, Long arm lift, 39 bead lock, falcon shocks, anti-rock, factory dana 44.I am SUPER happy with the results, would recommend!

We had a new Air Lift system installed in our rig. We were on a road trip hitting various ski resorts and our Air Lift System stopped working.We contacted Jack-it INC for help with our system and they got us in ASAP , we contacted several other installers no one would accommodate us.We were super impressed with their facility!! The staff was so knowledgeable, Kyle and AJ help us. Can t say enough about our experience with them.Kyle fixed our system and educated us on how to trouble shoot issues in the future.After working with Kyle and AJ we had 100% confidence in their expertise and work.This company is LEGIT! Chad at Jack-It provided exceptional service. I came in with just a picture of what I wanted and had no idea how it all worked and what I needed to do to my jeep. He was patient and helped me understand what would be the best options for me. He didn t make me feel stupid and made me feel like he actually cared. This place has a catchy name, good deals and very cool products. At the same time they completely robbed me. They advertise fitment guaranteed. After countless attempts for a resolution I finally contacted the BBB and now they refuse to "cut me a deal" the deal is they advertise shocks to fit a 3" lift for a jeep comanche that won't fit my Comanche without lift. This is criminal. I am driving without shocks on my daily driver and out $250

Recently, I was in need of a lift kit for my new Bronco. Chad Erickson helped me narrow down my choices and got it ordered. He was even able to get me the Teraflex wheels that I wanted. I called Jack -It to get a price on interior mats for my daughter s Toyota . I was greeted on the call by Shawn Dille . He provided prompt service , good information about the mats and over all great customer service. The mats were purchased and I would use Jack- It again in the future if needed . Tyler and his team installed a Van Compass Stage 4 suspension upgrade on my Sprinter Van (2019 144 4x4 Cargo) and I had a great experience working with Jack-It.Although the appointment was booked out many weeks in advance, everything happened on the scheduled timeline which was important because I had a big road trip planned shortly after install. Tyler way very responsive to my emails leading up to the install, and they actually completed the installation faster than anticipated so I was able to pick up the van early.I put the van to the test with a long road trip both on and off road and the difference in ride quality was night and day compared to before; I am very happy with the results.I can t really find anything to complain about; even the lady at the desk was very nice when I came to pay for and pick up the van. I plan to return to Jack-It for any future suspension needs, and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to my friends/family.

If you want to lift your ride Shawn Dille at Jack-It is your guy. He consulted me through the entire process from purchase to final install. Told me the benefits and differences of multiple lift kits that they have available. We ultimately decided on a 6 BDS Suspension lift and paired it with 35x12.50 tires and 22 wheels. Shawn is very knowledgeable on their available products and told me exactly what this lift kit entails. Which parts remain factory and which parts are actually replaced with new. We selected BDS because we wanted to maintain the GMC factory ride. Thanks again to Shawn and Jack-It!

I had Jack It install a leveling kit and airbags on my 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. I worked with Shawn Dille on getting this set up and installed. Shawn was awesome to work with!!! Fast install and great workmanship.
