So far I am not a happy camper. This is my first time buying a car from a lot and I have had issues ever since I bought it. Small things such as the radio randomly turning itself off and having to replace the gas cap and the car needing an oil change right away are annoying but I can deal with that. But my obd sensor picked up on a problem within days of buying the car, check engine light came on and supposedly it is an evap leak issue that is not going to be cheap to fix. I also noticed pretty quickly that the air conditioning doesnt blow cold air. My car wouldnt start within the first 2 weeks of buying it and I realized that it needed a new battery more money into a "new" car. Also the car has an electrical issue which causes issues with the radio and tvs but also makes the automatic doors spaz out and open and close by themselves. The driver window also gets stuck and wont roll up sometimes. Alot of these things are issues I had with my last vehicle so I am pretty furious at the moment.

This location is conveniently located near cottonwood heights, Midvale, and Sandy. Because they are located on such a small location they run everything very tightly. The service was very good, and I would have given five stars if the price for the service was more competitive with what the dealership would have charged.

Eric is what makes this service center tick. He is knowledgeable, detailed oriented and fair. He knows his BMW's and Mini's exceptionally well, so he is highly recommended with those brands. He also stands by his work; he fully warrantied a leaky water pump 1 year after install. Eric and his team have been phenomenal to work with. They really care about their customers and want you to walk away happy with the service they provide. Eric has gone above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were satisfied with the service. He checks in constantly to update us on what s taking place and what we can expect in terms of a time line for maintenance to be finished. Eric has saved my butt twice now, both within about a two month time span. He was incredibly helpful in giving me all the information needed, and more, and was able to fit me in and do my repairs within a few days. Fast repairs, excellent customer service, and a truly unbeatable price point. I will never go anywhere else for car maintenance/repairs for as long as I live!!

Don't waste your time dealing with dishonest and lazy mechanics. Eric and his team are real pros who care about their customers. They don't look for how much they COULD charge a customer for multiple hours and then charge them the same even if it took much less time. Eric has years of experience (and he is a BMW certified mechanic). He knows what's going on and will make sure you are fully satisfied. I really appreciated this shop treating me beyond fair!

I wanted to write a quick review to show my appreciation for Fuiza and specifically Eric. I bought an Altima from Fiuza a few weeks ago. This is the second car I've purchased from them due to having such a good experience with the first one. The car was running great when I bought it. After I had it for a couple of weeks, I took it to Las Vegas for a meeting I had. Just before I got to St George, something happened and it wouldn't down shift. I had to pull over. I called Fiuza and they lined me up with Eric.If I had been in town, it would have been an easy fix. But I wasn't, and I had to be to Las Vegas within the next few hours for an important meeting. I explained this to Eric and he apologized for the situation and got to work.He had me bring the Altima to the Nissan dealership in St George. He knew I was short on time and wanted to make sure I got to my meeting. I ended up leaving my car there and got a rental. I took the rental to Las Vegas and had it from Thursday-Sunday. Eric called me on Saturday and let me know that he had been working with the Nissan dealership and that Fuiza had not only paid for the repair to get the car drivable, but they paid the entire cost of the rental car as well! I was so grateful!When I got back to Salt Lake, I brought the car to their service center and Eric either replaced the valve body and oil cooler for the transmission. I also told Eric the brakes were squeaking a little and he fixed those too.This is the second time I have had an incredibly positive experience with Fiuza. They truly do care about the customer experience. I will be a customer for life.Thank you Eric, Renato, and Fiuza!

I was visiting friends in the SLC valley when my car started overheating. I had to be somewhere else in less then 48 hours. Fiuza Motors Service began working on my car s issues the next day, figured out the problem and I was able to pick it up before 24 hours had passed. I made it to my niece s wedding and back home, with temps as high as 106, with confidence. I couldn t be more grateful. They are very honest and thoughtful and the parts prices are great, and they are also very fast. Eric and Marcus helped me a lot with my car problem. For sure when I have any problems I will come back here Thank you guys.
