It s great if you need to get your car registration done.They usually are short staffed so if you are in a hurry, make sure to plan for it to take a bit longer. Sometimes you can be in and out quickly though.The lobby isn t super comfortable.Don t go out of your way to go there, but it s convenient if it s close to your home or work.

I tried to get an oil change here in November, but their lift broke. I just tried to go yesterday, and nobody was there 15 minutes after opening. Came back an hour later to find out their lift is still broken 4 months later. Nice work. Zero apologies were given - in fact, he was annoyed I even asked for an oil change. Now my Groupon is expiring. Thanks much.

This place is hardly ever open during their posted business hours. Also, they haven't been able to do oil changes here for the past year�. I bought Groupons for oil changes and now they're going to expire.

The gentleman there is fast, competent and inexpensive. Hold on... How strange to have all 3! People can only expect any 2 out of 3, that's the choice, but this place is awesome and a rare find!

I haven't been here in awhile. It seems they've changed their hours and have been closed when I've gone by. But these guys have always been great. Never too long a wait and prices are very fair.

Came here for an oil change because they had a Groupon for like $22 bucks, so I was excited about a good deal. Sadly no one had opened the store yet even though the hours showed they'd been open for an hour and a half, so I waited 15 minutes to see if someone would show up and I called but didn't get an answer. Looking on Google maps I found that they had another location on 9000 south about 10 minutes away, and I went there and had great service! I'm sure this location has great service as well, unfortunately didn't get to experience it cause someone slept in.

Don't waste your rime or money, I got my oil changed 2 weeks ago and my oil sensor reader thingy is reading only 60%. I paid extra to get the high milage oil so there is now reason for it to be at only 60%. I guess that is the reason there are only a couple of stores still open.. I have been going here for the last couple of years and this Is the first time I have had this problem, but it was ran by another guy b4. I guess things do change. So needless to say I won't be going there anymore.

The service itself was great!Friendly, efficient, pretty affordable and they did not make up any problems.Other things to note:They also provide water and Discovery Channel Lol. I enjoyed watching Expedition Unknown whilst waiting.I did call many times and there was no answer.Also there is no wifi or outlet so make sure your phone is fully charged if you need it.

The gentleman running the show today (Brandon?) was awesome. Very polite, professional and efficient. He got me taken care of and on my way in no time. I'll definitely recommend this place to others and will be back when needed as well.

I came over the weekend for an oil change. The man said that it would be an hour and a half wait because he was all by himself. No problem, he definitely should have had some help but whatever, totally not his fault. Now I'm here on a Monday morning at 9am, they are supposed to open at 8am but nobody is here and the door is locked. Pretty discouraging because I drove from west valley to midvale and have other things I need to do this morning. Hopefully someone shows up soon! I'll change my review after my car gets serviced.... Ended up waiting until 9:30am and just drove to the West Jordan location. Annoying.Thanks for your response. I hope you guys can hire more staff soon.

The Groupon seemed like a good deal, but then they charged a bunch of extra fees and claimed (falsely) that I had to upgrade to higher grade oil. My ~$20 oil change suddenly turned into ~$56.

I came at 8:45, not realizing the opening hours had changed to 9:00, so I patiently waited until 9:00, then 9:05, and at 9:10 no one had come to open the store yet, so I drove to the Murray location and got in right away. Seems like what I'm reading in the reviews says this is a common issue at this location. If your sign says you open at 9:00, you need to be open at 9:00, not when someone feels like showing up. They need to be fired if that's their attitude. They're giving the business a bad name and wasting people's time.

Store hours say 9am to 5pm. Was there at 850am to get in and out as quickly as possible. At 915am no employees had shown up for work. Took my business elsewhere. People s time is important.

I stopped in yesterday to see what their hours are. I was told 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. So I showed up today at 8:20 a.m. encouraged that I was 1st in line...to my surprise they WERE NOT OPEN...so I checked the hours sign again and yes they are suppose to be open at 8 a.m. I thought okay someone just slept in. I waited another 30 minutes and NO ONE showed up to open the store. So I drove over to the West Jordan facility.

Very kind and polite. Went in with expired plates and they were able to do everything I need in only 10 minutes and made sure I avoided the $6 registration extension fee I initially came in to get. Awesome service

They will charge extra if you have a groupon discount. Also my Toyota sienna takes 5 quarts which the Groupon discount covers but to gouge the customer they charged an extra 1.5 quarts of oil. Beware of this place. Everything you hear about how auto mechanics will make up charges, this place will do.

I never really take the time out of my day to write a review but this was a must. I initially went in for a test. I was greeted by Brandon. He told me there was a wait time and I noticed he was the only employee. I agreed to wait. When he was ready to run a test, I was just talking to him about how I was running late to the dealership to get an oil change. He offered to do that himself because they offer that service. I HAD NO IDEA. what a life saver. Especially because at the dealership they take forever just for an oil change. I managed to kill 2 birds with one shot thanks to this guy! Now I actually have time to write a review! :) This man deserves a raise... especially being there by himself.

Does anyone answer the phones at these shops? I called both the Midvale and West Jordan stores at about 8:10a, on Saturday. From 8-9a indicates their slowest time of the day on google, and yet nobody answers the phones at either location. Are they working and open or no? You would think the owners would plan and staff accordingly to assist all customers. I would hope if I drive to either store that someone would be there to assist me.

They do there best everytime I go in there. It's usually as fast as it can be, and they treat you good. It's a safety and emissions place so I don't have the highest expectations, but they meet mine evertime.

I arrived at 9 to get in and out quickly. It's now 9:30 and nobody is here. So I've wasted my morning here and now I have to get to an appointment. Not impressed.

Quick service, really friendly guy behind the counter (with great musical taste). Didn't feel like I was being scammed into buying anything I didn't really need. I'll be back next year without a doubt!

I was so happy I stopped at this DEKRA for my Crossfire auto emissions test - Brandon & Erik were both very professional, kind, and really hustling to get all their customers handled & kerp the waiting line moving, but without making you feel rushed. I felt welcomed, valued, & they did several extra service "little things" that set them apart from other "service" venues. I have 5 other cars all coming due for emissions & I'll be bringing them directly here, no hesitation. Thank you!

My wife and kids went here(I was at work) and they treated her with respect and kindness. Excellent, quick, thorough service. Would highly recommend them. Fair good prices as well.

They added 2 more qts of oil without asking, o'r telling me they were going to di that. Then the extra service fee they charge is a joke. I but 3 oil change group on certificates. And no one else charges that. If they do it's added in the groupon. So I ended up paying an extra $45 on top of my groupon price. The customer service was a joke a

The guy who helped me today was extraordinary and extremely helpful! He was quick and friendly and personable and I will definitely be going back and referring business there.
