This is my go-to repair shop. Paul and Jordan (and all the techs) really take good care of my vehicle. They do not suggest unnecessary repairs, and what they do is done right and at a reasonable price!Air conditioned comfortable waiting area. The only problem with them being so good, is that they are also very busy, so plan accordingly.

They diagnosed and fixed my rig faster than any other shop I've ever been to. They also patiently answered all my questions. These dudes are solid.

I took my Volkswagen GTI here to have the timing chain and timing components replaced. BT was the lowest priced, and my mechanic Alex was professional and kept me very informed on the progress. He has kept in touch since to make sure everything is good. My car runs better now than the day I bought it, and it ran good then. I highly recommend this place.Service: Engine repair

They absolutely did nothing to fix my check engine light.Illegally passed my emissions by unplugging my battery and telling me to drive 100 miles!I knew my check engine light would come back on!Service: General repairs & maintenance

It s hard to find a mechanic that you don t know personally but can trust completely. I trust Joe and his team to the fullest and will now be bringing my vehicles and recommending friends and family to BT exclusively. They diagnosed problems others had overseen, got my car in better-than-working order but safe enough for me to drive my kids around. I cannot express my gratitude for BT Automotive.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Took my 2015 Chevy Silverado into them. The mechanic Junior, is very knowledgeable when it comes to diesel trucks. They did a bunch of work for me and when another shop told me, my truck could not be aligned. They had me bring it back right at closing and aligned my truck. Very reasonable price.

I had one of my tires pop while I was nearby, I had no spare on hand. The team behind the counter recognized my budget constraints, helped me figure out the size of the tire I needed, and when they didn't have a used one of that size in stock they helped me to source one from nearby.Up until now I'd been making the trip to visit the mechanic my parents use, some distance away. Given how well this went and the quality of their work, I don't think I will need to do that anymore.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

This place is lying too much. In January, the belt sound is so bad that it seems to be fixed. Before going, check the place where the sound is heard at home and fix it. It happened. I took the air conditioner belt off the vehicle and led the car. And about 3 months later, when I tried to turn on the air conditioner, it was confirmed that it was not working. Talked about not being able to complete the work. And I confirmed that I could pay for the parts, made a reservation the next day, and after finishing the work, I was charged a different price for the work. This place charged me for all work bills. The woman here lied to me that they hadn't missed the parts for the vehicle, and she even charged me for their work. I am uploading this article to share this result because the police told me to complain to the boss after giving all the work bills while receiving the police's request for help. I will never go here again. The service is so bad and overbearing lies. Customers charge bad quotes because they don't know well. Be very careful here.Service: A/C installation & repair

My family and I have gone here for a few years. I always appreciated the service and advice we d get, mostly from Paul. Today my stepdaughter took her car in because it occasionally has a hard time starting, followed by a rough idle. The check engine light hasn t come on, which certainly makes it more difficult to diagnose. We have a 600 mile road trip coming up so she took it in to hopefully get it fixed before then. She explained the symptoms and told them that the check engine light hasn t come on. Later she gets a call saying they haven t been able to diagnose it and therefore they d recommend a tune up (for $324), since the spark plugs look old and should be replaced every 90k miles. The spark plugs were replaced within the last 5k miles. It seems they told us that they looked old, without taking them out and looking at them. When she declined this service and went to pick up her car, the mechanic spoke to her and explained that without a check engine light, there s not much they can do. That s the only reason we took it in, which was explained on the phone and while dropping the car off. The mechanic then went on to say this may be related to the CVT transmission in the car, since those tend to have issues similar to what she s experiencing. Now if this car had a CVT transmission, that may be something to talk about but this specific car has a 6 speed automatic. They then charged her $40 for not sure what they charged her for. Yes, they spent a little time with her car (I m assuming here) but they didn t diagnose anything, threw out some random information that didn t apply to her car and then told her they can t do much without the check engine light, even though they knew that the check engine light wasn t on. Maybe they were hoping for a pending code, not sure. If you feel like wasting time, burning $40 and getting nowhere, this place is for you.She told me that Paul wasn t there, which may have led to all of this. I really enjoyed his insights and direct, no bs way of telling us what s needed or what to keep an eye on. I ve recommended this shop to several friends due to how happy I was with them but I don t see myself, or anyone in the family, returning here.

THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. I was quoted parts and labor for a water pump replacement, close to $700- but it turned out to be a thermostat + housing issue. Though this was an easier job with less labor and less expensive parts, they still charged me the original quote. Estimated overcharge: $300 to 400. Not recommended. This place is also known as Bargain Tire Express (that is what showed up on my bank statement- check their reviews) I would give them 2 stars for quick service, but after I found out how much they overcharged, they only get 1.Service: Auto water leak repair

Worst experience I ve had and I have been a long term customer for 13 years. Paul is no longer working here which was a shock, and since he is gone the business definitely shows how much they care about customers.I have been coming to this place for years me and my whole family use this repair shop because of the great service and great people. However I will not be returning because of the poor service I received. I got an oil change and tire rotation here that was way overpriced from what I use to pay, but the worst part is my interior was completely ruined with a beige paste all over my seats, floor and dash and even on the exterior of my car? Not sure what it was but had to clean this paste off of the interior best I can and get a car wash to clean it of the driver side exterior. I will not return here and neither will my family and friends that have been loyal customers for years. Good luck with your shop and hope you address these issues to make your business better, but you lost 7 long term customers.Service: Oil change

This is hands down one of the best places ive been for auto work. They are friendly , fast and cheaper then the big name auto places who dont care about you. The owner told me that he would have my tire within the day and sure enough he did. They contacted me when they did and worked with my schedule. Dont even waste your time going anywhere else when they have the bedt prices youre going to find. Thanks guys !!! - Paul

Very honest group!!! Paul was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I took my F-250 in for an alignment and come to find out I had a serious issue with the vehicle. They called and said that they didn't feel comfortable preforming the repair and doing an alignment would be a waste of money. My truck has an 8" aftermarket lift and one of the parts failed and needed to be repaired or replaced. I truly appreciate an honest company. I will be recommending BT Automotive to friends and family.

Some things are best to outsource. Although I'm mechanically inclined, a professional mechanic has far more resources and experience. I've never trusted a mechanic enough to pay them for their work however. I'm happy I gave these guys a chance. The work I had them do was fairly extensive. They were prompt trustworthy and reasonably priced. I feel like I finally have a place I'm comfortable to take my car and to refer friends to.

Drove from NC to Utah in 2 days in a Uhaul and dropped off the uhaul here. The guy that helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful and I decided I would try out BT as my goto mechanic because of that experience. Well after a few other experiences there they have certainly won my permanent business. Friendly staff and super helpful. I don't know much about cars and told them as much, but i do research part prices and avg labor time etc to make sure everything is on the up and up and BT is always prompt and has never tried to overcharge or any of the "shady mechanic" cliches. They even knocked off 10% on an oil change because of some weird car design that's gonna cost me some money and wasn't their fault at all. Stand up guys.

I went in and told them what I needed replaced. They gave me an estimate and I gave them the go ahead to fix it for that price. I left to get a bite to eat and when I came back they were just finishing up and told me it would be $100 lower than the quoted price! I was back on the road and totally satisfied. Honest and did the job as promised for less than the estimated price. Good people.

I needed to have my truck inspected, and my engine light was on. It was determined that the knock censors were bad. After close to a thousand dollars in repairs the light would not go off. After disconnecting the battery the light went off long enough to pass. About 2 hours later it came back on. B&T figured it was the wiring harness. They wanted to charge another $700 for labor. I then took my truck elsewhere. When the new mechanic took the manifold off is when we found out why the light came back on. The area where the gaskets go to make a proper seal looked like it was NEVER cleaned. The censors were being held in by a inch other cilacone, and the wiring harness was cracked at the contact points and also had nicks in the wires themselves. Was amazed it never caught on fire die to arching.

Took our car to them. Told them we had a relative tell us it could be the spark plugs. Next thing they call us and tell us it is the alternator, charge us a couple hundred and nothing changes. Then I took it back and they looked at the spark plugs. They were going to charge $100. I bought spark plugs from Rock Auto for $20 and installed them myself. They did great for our oil and they were understanding. But I expect results and I was disappointed.

I took my car in for a check before I took it out of town. While there my ignition broke. I had had a small issue with it before but it must have finally just broke. Paul was great with helping me get this fixed by having a locksmith come in and they even ate some of the cost for me to help make sure I was satisfied.

Crooks, my Aunt had a friend refer her. They had her car for 2 weeks and only fixed half of what they charged her for. She paid 3500 and her check engine light came back on the next day. She took it back they did a supposed diagnostic and said it was her catalytic converter. So she paid another 1000 to have it fixed. After 2 more week she picked it up. The next day she went to jiffy lube and not only did they not fix the catalytic converter but they didn't replace the O2 sensor. The reason the check engine light was on. They also told her that she needed 4 tires because the ones on the car were the wrong size. So they charged her for new tires and recycling fees. But the tires they put on it were the same size. My Aunt basically spent 4500 for rotors and padsl

I'm not the kind of person to leave reviews but I don't want you to make the same mistake I did going here!!! I felt very optimistic to visit this place based on a few positive reviews. However, we took our car to get the A/C fixed and this is what happened--they did charge about what they estimated, so I was pleased. But shortly after we left we noticed the A/C dials weren't working after the repair. So we paid $80 an hour for labor. When I called to tell them that the A/C dials weren't working they said they would have to do a diagnostic to see why the controls weren't working. It was ridiculous because they remembered working on my car and the controls before they worked on it and they wouldn't admit they installed it wrong. So bottom line... They wanted more money to fix a repair they completed wrong. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I'm with Kyler on this one. I stopped by BT Automotive for a quick estimate and diagnosis on a slight noise my car was making. You'd think something that quick to look at would be free. It took them 5 minutes of their time and turns out they misdiagnosed it. They said it was the ac pulley making noise and to change it out they quoted me $1000. Ya, so with that sticker shock I said I wanted a second opinion and turns out I now owed $25 inspection fee for their 5 minutes of misdiagnosis. The AC compressor at the auto parts store is not $700 as quoted, but $400. The nasty part is the second consult I got was free and they said it was the alternator bearing. They changed it out and the whole visit to fix the problem turned out $150.Unless you've got money falling out of your pockets, steer clear of BT Automotive!

NOT GOOD!!! Cracked a head because they told me to stop bringing my car in every time I thought it might be overheating. Mechanic said, "Wait 'til it shows that it is hot on the gauge." A couple of weeks later and the first time that it showed hot on the gauge the car never ran again. I went back very angry and asked to talk to the mechanic. I was told that he was in the hospital with pancreatitis. Was it true? Who knows. Very bad to loose a car to something that could have been looked into when I expressed my concerns. I paid a lot of money for that car. BT Auto's lack of concern for the boiling noise that I described sent my car to salvage. It was a horrible experience.
