Young Toyota delivered a great customer experience along with a great vehicle! Tanner, Dan, McKay, and the rest of the Young Toyota team made the whole process super easy from deciding on a vehicle, to financing, to picking the vehicle up from the dealership. My friend and family members who were there with us were also really impressed with Young Toyota s exceptional customer service! We will definitely be working with the Young Toyota team the next time we are in the market for a vehicle!

I saw the QR code at baby animal days and said why not enter this giveaway and hope I win. I think it would be a blessing if I win. At the moment I have a 1999 Rav 4 that needs a new clutch I honestly just want a truck like a Tacoma instead of a SUV. I ve been to a YOUNG Dealership and I think they have many deals and perfect customer service if I don t win this giveaway I hope the person that win s enjoys the car

I have been getting my Tacoma serviced at Young Toyota since I bought it, the staff there is great and works efficiently. Russ Ottley is very helpful and very knowledgeable. He offers awesome customer service and is the friendliest person you ll ever meet! Amanda was the service writer and was also very helpful and nice. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable with customer service. I recommend young Toyota to all my friends and family and will continue to service my vehicles there. Definitely well deserving of a 5/5.

Truly one of the worst experiences I ll ever have with a car place. I got my car serviced there and when I pulled out onto the median my wheel flew across the highway because they didn t put it back on. It was during rush hour and it s a miracle my wheel didn t hit someone and that I got out of oncoming traffic. After I got my car back from them fixing it it was almost impossible to speak with the service manager. I found out my transmission was missing a part. And my brand new car still makes a sound when backing up, which they knew about and still gave it back to me. I met with Blaine the general manager and he was pretty demeaning and dismissive. He said it s bound to happen every once in a while and said it s happened 3 times there.

Sarah is amazing! She was super helpful when it came to understand what was wrong with my car and exactly how she was going to fix it. I was happy with the time it took to fix and the quality! Would highly recommend Sarah to anyone!

If we could give zero stars we would. They scratched my new vehicle in 2 spots and wouldn t have said anything if we didn t see it and call it out. (They did pay to have it repaired)They left my vehicle a mess. Greasy hand prints inside and out. Scuffed up the top of my back seats. What was scheduled to be a 4 hour job at $150 an hour turned into 3 days because the techs didn t know what they were doing. They didn t center the power steps they put on so the steps slam into the molding on the front door of the driver side and the molding in the back door of the passenger side. This dealership lacks integrity. They will tell you something verbally and put something different on the invoice or contract so pay close attention. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different dealership

Wow! Best experience I have had at a dealership. Complete honesty and upfront with us. Friendly and welcoming and helpful even when we were not set on buying at that minute. No pressure at all which is rare and what I dread in going to a dealership. Willing to work with me and even discuss options, personal circumstances and even compromise. Pleasantly impressed and will be back. Cambry was amazing, friendly and so helpful. Thank you.

I consider them as bad as scammers. They contacted me as they have a customer looking for a vehicle like the one I'm selling and also willing to make an aggressive offer. An hour I will never get back. They offered me the most ridiculous amount it was offensive. I felt bad for the lady that had to present the offer. Shame on Young Toyota for reaching out and trying to rip off the community that's helped them grow. They will never get a singe penny from my pocket.

I have been actively looking for a truck for a year. Once I decided on what I wanted I came to Young Toyota and started working with Alex. He was friendly and straightforward, but not pushy. I could tell he sincerely wanted me to be 100% happy with my choice. He found the PERFECT truck for me and I am so happy with it. Alex is fun to work with and made the process a great experience.

The Service Writer, Scott Jeppson is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, he kept me informed at every turn... Jon serviced my Sequoia and always does a clean, professional and thorough job.The Service Manager, Russ made a point of chatting with not only me, but other Service customers, asking about our experience and satisfaction.I will continue to recommend the Young Auto Group and their Toyota Service, in particular.

I had the best car buying experience at Young Toyota a few weeks ago! Everyone is so helpful and friendly...from sales to finance to service! They collected most of my information over the phone and had everything ready for me to sign when I arrived at the dealership. It was such a quick and easy experience there. I will only buy my future cars at Young Toyota!

Wanted to share my experience with Young Toyota last Saturday 2/17/24, have been going back and forth on whether or not to write the review however feel it s best to help others as they are car searching. To try and be professional as I can I will not call out the salesman by name nor provide which manager I spoke to, at least not publicly.We live an hour away from Logan however saw a Sienna we liked and priced well so we head up there and take it for a test drive as well as another sienna with less miles however a little over our budget. Initially we decided on the one in our budget until learning from the salesman it was silver certified meaning it had reduced warranty timeframes. After talking with a family member about the difference in warranties we decided to put more thought into the more expensive Sienna and test drove it a second time. We really wanted it however it came out to be more than we wanted to spend per month. I will admit it was a big stretch to get to where we needed so I don t fault the dealer for not accommodating it fully. We did ask to remove the Tire/Wheel Protection and LoJack fees and were polite in asking and we were told they can t remove as it impacts the Toyota certification. A family member who later came to the dealership to help me out did press the salesman into why we needed those protections as it was gold Toyota Certified and we again got the same response. We ended up walking away from the sale despite having our credit pulled, I felt we were getting close to moving forward with a purchase. After putting more thought into it the next day I would have even reconsidered spending a little more than we asked for had the ensuing conversations not occurred the way they did. The salesman reached out to me on Monday saying they still wanted to help me but my family member was hostile in negotiations. I personally dont feel trying to ascertain why the protections could not be removed was necessarily hostile however apologies to Young if they felt that way. Again was told the removal of the protections impact certification which I challenged as Toyota corporate customer care told me they have no bearing on if a car is Toyota certified. I then asked to speak to a manager who later called me back. When he called me, he initially said the family member that came with me was shouting and he could hear him the night we were there, yet I saw everyone in an enclosed room when we walked out, so if he did hear he must have have walked out at some point which is definitely possible. The manager then told me he due to my family member being a jerk (as phrased by the manager) he told the salesman not to sell me the car as a result, yet the salesman contacted me 2 days later to try and continue the sale so that is a little contradictory of what the manager supposedly told the salesman. The manager then told me didn t have more time to discuss this and hung up on me, despite me being calm on the phone. Simply wanted to provide details on the experience I had. I did call him back and to his credit I feel we had a good follow up conversation however still was hopeful in more of an effort to still earn our business. I ended up putting a refundable deposit down on a Sienna at a different dealer with less fees but the real issue is what I felt was lack of transparency as well as dishonesty regarding the protections being required to make the car certified (not the first Google review for our salesman regarding the request on removing the unnecessary protection and refusal to do so). I do hope this review helps others in their future car search and would just encourage everyone to do their research.

I did have some difficulty at your service center I d like to bring to your attention. When I left my car, I also left a policy number for the company I have a warranty with. Someone, I believe it was Stephanie, said she d check on coverage. The next day I was told my car was ready and that she had not heard from the warranty company, so I would need to pay for my car and she would follow up within the day, promising a refund of the warranty company paid for the service.She did not follow up that day. I called several times the next morning and was told she had stepped away for a minute and to call back. Finally, sometime after noon someoneadmitted she had come in for a few minutes and then gone home sick. How disappointing that no one had passed along this information earlier. I would not have continued to take time out of my work day to reach her.Later, I received an email from my warranty company letting me know that they had tried every way they could to reach someone at Young Auto as well, so they could settle the claim. They wanted to let me know that the difficulty in the policy being paid was Young Auto and not on their end. I can forward the email if you would like.I believe them. I experienced the same thing. I never did receive any of the promised call backs or communication of any kind from your service department and still feel I am due a refund or at very least an apology and explanation.I would greatly appreciate your company making an attempt at making this right. You really dropped the ball on my repair.
