I m needing to get into a new car for the family and Miles has been super helpful! He really takes the time to listen to what you want in a vehicle and present you with options so you can make the best educated decision without the pressure. He s very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with ease. We ll for sure be buying our car through Young!

We had a horrible experience with Young Honda this week. We had them do a diagnostic check and they only addressed one of our concerns out of a list of many. They then asked if we'd like them to do the recommended repair for $1500 which I agreed to, but 20 minutes later after talking to my husband we decided we actually didn't want to do it through them. So I tried to call and cancel (take into account I hadn't signed anything agreeing to prices or the repairs yet). No one answered so I left a voicemail. An hour later I tried calling again, still no answer. So I tried calling the main store and they wouldn't answer either! An hour later I physically came into the store and tried to cancel, and they said they'd leave a note with the sales person working with me. The next morning I finally got a call back telling me it was too late to get it cancelled and so I would be required to pay a restocking fee to cancel my order for 15%. If you had answered my call it wouldn't have been too late. There were never any terms I agreed to for that. And you're honestly telling me you can't use the spark plugs and coils for ANY other car? You HAVE to ship it back?? Oh, don't forget the fact we bought our own spark plugs with the EXACT same model number for $18 a piece from a reputable seller, and they were selling them to us for $39 a piece. We tried talking to someone about this, but the manager was gone for the day and no one else could help. So we had to pay $400 for nothing. Even with that absolutely unnecessary restocking fee and all the parts we bought ourselves, we still were paying significantly less than what they wanted to charge us. So if you like your money, DON'T COME HERE EVER.

I am so impressed with Young Honda I have recently purchased 3 cars from them. I want to give a huge shout out to their finance Manager Justin Longhurst he is AMAZING! He is personable, caring and wants the best financial outcome for the customers that buy cars there. I needed to have a loan that fit my budget and he went above and beyond to help me and my family. Young Honda is lucky to have someone so knowledgeable and helpful! I will continue to buy cars and send friends and family to Honda to get great customer service from Justin.

Disappointing to see a dealership more concerned with $996.00 of a $57,320.44 sale than doing the right thing.I purchased two vehicles from Young Honda last year. Both had LoJack installed as part of the purchasing agreement. I went through the setup process on both to find out that it wasn't operating correctly on either one. I took it to Young and they said everything was correctly setup/installed and that I should call their LoJack support rep. The rep didn't find anything wrong either. I took it back to the service department and they re-checked and again nothing looked wrong. I again talked with the support rep and despite it not working, everything looked correct.At this point, I began calling the dealership seeking reimbursement of the defective part they installed. They would say no, and I would insist that something had to be done because it didn't work. The answer I got was we'll have our sales manager call you. No one called. I followed up for two weeks after this and got the same answer each time and no one ever called. I gave up.A couple months later and LoJack still wasn't working, I was speaking with their customer service rep and brought up the experience and how it left a sour taste in my mouth. They said they spoke with their sales manager and they would like to get me a refund. I came in, met with him and he informed me that this isn't something they do for LoJack, that they never give refunds for it. I explained my experience with their dealership about LoJack along with other disappointments and the sales manager became irritated at me and sarcastically said "we can do nothing too." and showed me the door.If you really want LoJack I would suggest going elsewhere, but I would advise to never purchase it with a vehicle from Young Honda.In total, I've bought three vehicles over the last 4 years from Young Honda. I guess they would rather keep $996 for defective parts they sold me than have me purchase a 4th vehicle down the road.

No one likes getting their car repaired... When it has to happen I trust Young Honda. They are thorough in their diagnostics and provide video and written findings as well as different options to solve the issues. They have a comfortable waiting area and provide shuttle service back and forth if needed (Mr. Cruz the driver is very friendly and pleasant). They will even price match. Whenever my 20 year old Honda (Blanche) needs assistance, I bring her to Young Honda and have for the last 20 years when my mom bought her new off the lot.

I was contacted by a lady that worked for Young Honda of Logan saying she had been looking everywhere for a car of my make and Model for a couple that got in a car wreck and they wanted the exact same make, model, and color they had before. She asked if we would be interested in getting another car that their trade in offer would be extremely aggressive and they would do it for a lower payment. I said I would be open to it if it was a good deal for us. She said she was positive she could do this for us or she would not have called us. We had just purchased this vehicle through young a year and a half prior so they knew our purchase information. I was out of town so I told her we could talk about it when we were back in town. In the mean time she asked for what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I sent her some cars they had in their website ai was interested in. She wanted to make an appointment. I told her it was mine and my husband s day off work for vacation so I did not want to waste my time so I asked for the aggressive trade in offer before the appointment. She said she could not do that without the vehicle in person and assured me again the offer would be aggressive and would not be doing it if she was not positive that she could make is happy on a deal and she did not want to waste he own time either. The day off the appointment arrived we had been assigned to a salesman. He had no idea about the deal and the other customer needing our car when we met him. I messaged the lady I had been talking to she said sorry she thought she filled him but with trying to find me a great deal she must have forgot. He came back after looking a t our car with a low ball offer that they called aggressive not anywhere near what we owed on our vehicle after only having it a year and a half. We walked out right away not happy they had been deceitful wasting our time. I am not even sure the person wanting our make and mod was a real story. They have just lost a customer that probably would have purchased with them again. I will not do do in the future. I do not support deceitful sales tactics.

WORST communication EVER! They all just sweet talk if there is a comisi�n in it for them, but when they re not making money off of you, and it comes down to regular custom service they ignore you. So just be prepared, the second you buy your car from them don t expect any kind of customer service for any needs after that.

My sister and her boyfriend went to go purchase a new car, but low and behold they tried to scam them saying they aren t able to take off accessory fees (which are warranties) and said it was company policy. The accessories fees were for wheel and paint protection and LoJack! Those are warranties! The the salesman lied and said he couldn t take them off! And won t give them more for the trade in and when my sister was going to leave they offered her more for the trade in and still wouldn t take off the accessory warranties with the vehicle! Place is a rip off

I would put zero stars if possible. I went with my sister to purchase a car and was lied to and scammed multiple times. First, they said they would take 2 grand off the purchase price, which never happened. They then went over a list of standard coverages that at the time they said were included. Obviously, by this review you know that was a lie. Little did I know it was a $10,000 lie. Then, they offered to take me on a test drive of a car while they got the keys for my sister. Looking back, I know that was a stupid move, but it sounded fun at the time. While I was gone, They brought out all the papers for my sister to sign. You know, the ones I was there to make sure she didn t get screwed with. Please have someone there to read over these papers thoroughly before signing. Utah doesn t have a 3-day return law for some reason.I learned a lot from this experience and I am pretty stupid for trusting people. By now I know. Also, if you ever come here, they will push a bunch of agreements that they want you to sign and they will refuse to show you the full cost breakdown. Don t sign anything. They refuse to be transparent making excuses about how it s too much work to run the numbers before they know you re committed. Should ve left the first time that nonsense came out of their mouths. I just hope this helps someone not get screwed like my sister did.

I've tried at least 4 times to talk to Justin, the financial manager, but he never replies, not to texts, emails, or phone calls. After you purchase a car, he won't assist you with any financial questions. Working with Justin is a truly terrible experience. Apart from that, the sales staff and other maintenance services are generally good.

These guys are a joke!! Sold my 80 year old dad a new CRV just two weeks ago. Told him it could be pulled behind his RV, guess what it can not be flat towed. Took it back the next day with 26 miles on it and they told him he would have to buy back his trade in to undo the deal. They wanted $18,000 and gave him $12,500 for it in trade. Corrupt deals at least up here in Logan spread the word!

Very prompt assistance, we've purchased 2 cars now over the past few years from them and I've had a great experience both times. Our financing and add-on options were clearly.explained, and there was no pressure. Definitely reccomend!!

Wow!! Blown away by the customer care by Kelton! He was so professional and thorough today in servicing my vehicle. It was my daughters first time ever (college freshman) getting repairs on the car. Even though I m out of state, she was treated so well and Kelton kept communication going throughout the day with her and I both separately making sure we were all on the same page. She was provided a shuttle ride back to her apartment and was offered a ride back to the dealership once repairs were complete. So thankful for the extra care my daughter was shown!

Kelten was a pleasure to work with and was fantastic at providing updates on my vehicle. Some oil pan theads has come out with the plug, and he made sure to let me know and provided the option of a larger plug that would be able to fit and last until the next oil change when I should expect to change the oil pan.
