I was blown away at the customer service offered. They were able to take care of my car without my little girl and I even having to get out of the car. They even offered her a sucker while we waited. I'll definitely be returning!

These guys were so great. So professional. So courteous and engaging. Uniforms were clean (or as clean as they can be in this line of work). Zechariah specifically was outstanding at his customer engagement and respect. I asked dumb questions, and he respected and professionally answered each. Great young man. Almost offered him a job to come work for me!!! Highly recommend!!

We have always gone to the Toyota dealership for oil changes and were worried they wouldn t be as thorough, but these guys were more thorough, so helpful and kind! Dalvin had awesome customer service and got us in so fast on a busy Saturday. We will definitely be back!

I went in for an emissions test and they were so fast and kind! They also helped me renew my registration, got me a new sticker, and even had a treat for my kids! I will definitely use them again!

I came in on 1/4/2024 at 10am to service my vehicle.Every single employee on shift were freaking ROCK STARS. Fantastic service, very quick, but thorough.Pricing was fantastic and competitiveWill recommend to friends and familyWill be returning.(Logan, UT location)

You need to come here! It s like a car wash under the hood. You just pull up and stay in your car while they work on it. The whole process only takes around 15 minutes depending on how busy it is. Hands down the best oil change, customer service, and speediness. The oil change was around $50 then we added on an air filter and windshield wiper replacement for cheaper than I ve seen anywhere else. There is also a 15% discount for students, so bring your ID card! The manager and Parley were super kind and helpful!

Great place for affordable, quick oil change. I pulled up and within 15 minutes was on my way with a full check. The employees were very kind and helped me find online coupons till my invoice was affordable.

Last fall a friend recommended I try this location and I m very happy that I did. I ve taken four cars there since that time and every single time whether it be for an inspection or oil change or whatever it s been a great experience. The team there is always pleasant, and not just pretending to be. It s obvious that the vibe there is great, and that the manager makes it a good place to work for everybody. Very friendly techs, always quick and do a good, quality job. Very professional and not pushy to get additional services. Most valvolines I've been to I've had to wait a while to get in, but this location seems to be a lot quicker and less busy which is surprising for how busy Logan always is.

We LOVE coming here. Fast, amazing customer service, I can see everything they re doing to our truck and they re fast! Juan and Dalvin were exceptional. They were funny, had good service and told me everything they were doing on our car. I also love that you can just sit in your car while it s all going on. Gone are the days of sitting on gross lobby s! Definitely always coming here for the convenience it s the best!

Dalvin and Brycen did an amazing job today. They communicated effectively with each other and with me; they were both extremely professional and very personable. The service was fast, but had no appearance of compromising quality for speed and efficiency. It is obvious that this is an exceptionally well run business with fantastic employees. I was just passing through Logan today, but I m tempted to come back up here for my next oil change!

I was very impressed by the kind professionalism of the staff here. They helped explain things and answer my questions without being pushy about extra services.As far as ethical business practices, from my perspective, this location does a great job. It was clear that management cares about training new staff well and treating coworkers as equals. I heard discussions of making sure people got lunch breaks, etc. I was also happy to see a mix of genders among staff.Overall, I highly recommend this location specifically

I went for an oil change yesterday and it was under 30 minutes! They were super thorough, checking different parts of my car and explaining to me what was happening. Very transparent with prices and gave genuine advice weather I needed changes with filters, etc. I felt very comfortable and uplifted coming here, I'm grateful for their help! It was the best I found in Logan so far!

These guys are freaking amazing. Dalvin charged my battery three times because my car kept quitting. He even let me take a picture of him pointing to the charger to show my boss because I was running late for work. Walker is super helpful and a very good manager. He was very accommodating and offered to help me without an appointment if I need help with my car. Definitely 5 out of 5.Service: Oil change

AWESOME PLACE FOR AN OIL CHANGE! JUAN specifically was very welcoming and such a cool dude! He was so honest and communicative with everything with my car! He made sure I understood everything simply and did a great job going over everything! HE provided excellent service and overall satisfaction with my oil change! Dalvin was my oil change mechanic I think but he was also such a cool guy to be around and just be honest with my oil! Such a stud!! Very friendly and fast! Everyone else under my car did great and great facility! 20 min drive through oil and no leaks! Awesome place for an oil change and great people! Shoutout also to the team for helping with my online coupons as well!

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I would hire Walker and his team to do just about anything. I've trained many customer service teams around the nation and these guys run a tight ship while having fun. Everyone is themselves and I believe that most customers come into their shop and leave having a better day. Walker knows what it means to be a leader and his crew are just as incredible. 10 out of bloody 10. I can't do my own work on my car anymore and I will continue coming back to this location every time. To Walker specifically - next time you choose the music you might enjoy Electric Six, in particular the songs Danger! High Voltage and the second most popular of their songs on Spotify which shall remain unnamed.

I was looking for a place similar to Oil Can Henry s being I like I can stay in my car while the oil is getting changed. I understand all Oil Can Henry s are now Valvoline. I ve now had my oil changed here a few times and can say they are 5 star service. Walker is a fabulous manager who is efficient and has attention to details - down to if a plug sticks! The entire team is friendly and get you out fast! While you wait in your car, Google for the great Valvoline coupons which they can scan right off your smartphone! Usually I can find $25 off while waiting. This place isn t the Jiffy kind that makes you feel your car will blow up if you don t replace xyz and show you a clean air filter while saying it s really bad and should be replaced Valvoline is an Honest shop that gets you in & out at a great price!

I used to work at an oil change shop, I won't say which one, and I thought we were The Best. Wow was I wrong! The crew at Valvoline Instant Oil Change went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks guys

really nice employees but they said it would take 25 min and I was there for 2 hours they ran out of oil and had to go to auto zone to get more only offered me the most expensive synthetic oil.Update it s been a month since this review and after my two hour oil change they failed to properly secure the skid plate it started dragging and now will need to be replaced. Now instead of enjoying my vacation I am under my car trying to fix these professionals mistake. Seriously pathetic service. If you are going to take 2 hours to change my oil atleast do a good job.
