A solid car buying experience from Valley Motors. Mason took care of me and not once did he pressure or use pressure tactics to persuade me to purchase a vehicle. Every vehicle o have test drove and purchased have been high quality used vehicle. I d recommend Valley Motors if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

By far the cleanest and most reliable dealership in town. I commute past their lot daily and without fail, their cars are clean and shining! I test drove the white Volvo and it spoke to their quality and care. Paxton & Vicki were there to assist and make my experience a memorable one. I definitely will be visiting again soon to finance and see what i ll be driving home!!!

No pressure, up front pricing, friendly atmosphere. Good selection of vehicles at fair prices. Worth the two hour drive for us to shop for vehicles here.

Sales staff was nice. It was a low pressure experience. The place was well kept and it was easy to get a test drive.But at the end of the day they are just moving inventory. They provide a Carfax report to review vehicle history, but they don't seem to have much knowledge of car maintenance. The vehicle that we purchased from them works well, but it is behind on it's maintenance. The report showed several service records, but after calling the the location that did the most recent services, I was informed that they mainly made recommendations to the previous owners without actually doing the needed maintenance. Their document fee was higher than other places I visited (recently updated on their sign with a sharpie, very classy).When I went in to get the plates, they didn't bother to ask how the vehicle was working. I would have loved to have seen more pride in their value rather than some quick detailing and car wash to keep the inventory moving.

I had a great experience working with Paxton and Vicki on my purchase of a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Paxton answered any questions I had, he never pressured me into the sale and he was great to work with. Vicki handled the financing on my Jeep flawlessly and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend checking these guys out when searching for your next vehicle. Love the fact that Valley Motors only sell clean titled vehicles.

We just purchased a great little Jeep here. Couldn t be happier with the vehicle or the service. Paxton was easy to work with. No high pressure sales pitches. He was honest about each of the vehicles we looked at. He made making the the choice a very pleasant experience. Vickie helped us with the paperwork. She was also wonderful to have it all ready so when we were ready to sign it was and easy and quick process. I would recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a new car.

Vicki and Paxton were helpful, patient and provided all information I asked about. This is at least my 3rd or 4th car purchase from Valley Motors and their cars are always in excellent condition. They make the car buying process easy. I would highly recommended them to anyone wanting a reliable used car at a good price.

Valley motors is by far the easiest and best dealership I have worked with. Out of all the places my wife and I went to in the valley looking for cars they had great prices for the value all without the pushy salespeople that you find at the bigger chain dealerships.Paxton was an absolute pleasure to work with! He answered any questions we had and made us feel that much more confident in our choice of buying a vehicle at Valley Motors.I would highly recommend this place for buying a vehicle of value. You won t be disappointed with your experience.

Valley Motors was awesome to work with on buying a new car. We first got there and they asked what we were looking for, we told them several vehicle we were interested in. Paxton grabbed the keys to all of them and then let us look through all of them and let us do our thing and didn t hover over us. They let us put two car seats in multiple cars to make sure the car seats would fit. Overall one of the better car buying experiences we have had.

I'm so glad I went to Valley Motors. Vicky was great to work with. I would highly recommend going and seeing her if you're looking for a great car. One of the great things I liked working with Valley Motors is I didn't have to look at cars with rebuilt and reconstructed titles out there. Vicky got me into a great car in great condition and with a clean title which seemed to be hard to find now days. Do yourself a favor and go talk to Vicky at Valley motors. You'll be glad you did!

My experience with valley motors dealership has been extraordinary! I recently bought a car and soon there after experienced some problems, because I bought it as is I wasn't super hopeful that the dealership would help me. I decided to let them know about what was wrong and they suggested a mechanic and payed for the fix!! They hadn't known about the problem and were so willing to help me get my car up and running! I would definitely recommend valley motors if you are looking to buy a car!

Vicki was awesome. Felt like they bent over backwards for us. Vicki came in on her day off to finalize everything and get us into the car that we wanted, a 2009 Acura MDX. Not pushy but was informative. Everyone was very nice. Thanks again. It appears they buy a lot their cars from back east (information purposes).

Getting a new vehicle can be stressful. I went to other dealers and always felt like I was getting 1/2 the story. Working with Eric at Valley Motors was great! He was straight forward, listened and knew his stuff. He showed me lots of options for what I was after and gave his suggestions from his experience with vehicles. Never felt pressured on anything and am happy with the experience. I came with financing already arranged, but Vicki ran my numbers and came in with a lower rate. The process was super smooth. I will definitely recommend them and will use them again for future vehicle purchases.

Bought my first car with this dealer and it was simple and easy! Had Nicki help me with everything and had no problems. She made it simple for someone who s buying their first car! Would recommend if you re trying to find a good reliable car. Pretty trustworthy dealership!

Had a great experience at Valley Motors! Eric and Vicky were extremely helpful and friendly! Made buying my car extremely quick and easy. Eric was real with us and didn t have the normal car salesman vibe at all which I appreciated a ton. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and am super excited about my new wheels

We needed a new car after our son came home from his mission. The whole experience was amazing. We worked with Vicki Simmonds and everything from choosing the car to financing was practically painless. 10/10 would buy a car there again! I am recommending these guys to all my friends!

We came from a couple of hours away and it was worth the drive!! Eric was extremely accommodating and easy to work with-no pressure at all. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find the best fit for us. Vikki was fantastic and explained all of the financing so well that we left with an awesome car and no questions. Amazing customer service, pricing and overall experience.

I bought a car there two years ago. The fixes what needed to be fixed . Within one moth the car began to have problems. And it hasn t stopped since then my check engine light is on and no matter what it do it won t turn off it s been on since august of 2021, the AC broke around the same time. The first problem was when the car became laggy and would shut down for no reason. After researching this car I found it has so many expired recalls it was very discouraging. The people are very nice there. However I didn t have a good experience buying from this dealer. Because I feel I was lied to about the actual care condition of the vehicle I purchased form them. I would not advise not buying a car from this dealership. They can make a car look pretty and run well for a little while. But when it breaks it really breaks. The cars are not what you see in the pictures. Don t buy from them. I am currently trying to get rid of the car I got from them. Because despite everything I paid the thing off early. Which their finance company doesn t like. And it will drop your credit as well. So if your in the market for a low cost reliable used car. Just keep driving when you see this dealership. Believe me it s not worth it. Some may disagree. Well they got lucky.

We worked with Eric and it was an absolutely enjoyable experience. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. We had been at a different dealership earlier that day and it was a completely different feeling from Valley Motors. We felt way more comfortable here which is why we ended up paying more than double what we had told the other dealership we would spend for a vehicle. We found a perfect vehicle to fit our needs and we re willing to pay the price because of the atmosphere and experience we had with Eric.

Buying with Valley Motors is AMAZING! This process was simple and straight forward. No extra fees. Eric is so friendly and helpful! We did have a line of people waiting to look at the car we purchased(Just my Luck) . But still received ZERO pressure to make our decision. Vicki Made the paperwork easy and went the extra mile to help with financing. We will defiantly be back in the future!

We dealt with Vicky and she helped us find our perfect car! An honestly pleasant buying experience from test drive all the way to financing. Everyone was so personable and professional. Vicky even ordered the rear cargo mat and roof racks we needed and they were in the next day! We couldn t be more pleased with our beautiful Toyota Highlander, and will recommend Valley Motors, their great inventory and outstanding personnel to anyone!

Valley motors was an all around easy experience. The salesman Keith knew plenty about everything they had in stock, he was able to tell me a pretty close monthly payment, and was helpful in finding me the car I wanted.The financing is great. Vicki is who helped me with the financing and she made it super easy and told me in detail all the steps I needed to do to get financed for it, and she made it work even with my horrible credit.Very satisfied with valley motors and my vehicle purchase.

We moved into the area almost 5 years ago and bought our daughter a car from Valley Motors. We were so happy with our experience that have since purchased 4 more vehicles from them! They are sooo wonderful to work with and have more than earned our trust!!! Highly recommend!!!! No pressure sales, just good ole down home honest people!!!
