Good place to get tractors and parts. The front crew has always been nice and willing to help/search for what I needed. Even when I wasn't using for the intended purpose.

Hands down the best customer service. We came home from town to find that our crawl space was flooded with 2+ feet of water. The guys at Valley Implement stayed after hours to wait for us to get there and get the parts we needed for a pump. I had called 4 mins. before they closed and they stayed an extra 30 mins to wait for us. I know where I will be shopping for parts now! You guys are awesome!

Very knowledgeable. It's not unusual for an employee to take the part you bring in to the back for additional testing, measuring, etc. to be sure that the part is actually defective. Or, that the new part will actually work. Never leave disappointed!
