I was totally blown away by the customer service here at Utah Auto Recycled Parts. I called on a Friday expecting they would tell me to come in and look around and see for myself if they had a part for my vehicle. Instead, they located the part and sent me a picture to make sure it would work. Then they met me at the shop on a Saturday (when they are supposed to be closed), installed the part and could not have been nicer. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I won't look anywhere else for car parts after this experience.

This place deserves ALL the accolades ever given ! they're kind, understanding of your needs...they LISTEN to you and mostly they GET THE JOB DONE ! Best place to get used parts in the valley! They can even order in new aftermarket oem replacements. They have saved me on multiple occasions when in a pinch. Ask for Art!

Sales reps are super friendly and go above and beyond. Didn't have the part my daughter needed so they did some searching and had it shipped in and it was the cheapest i had seen the part for! Both the guys at the counter were awesome to deal with! Definitely recommend.

We came to Utah Auto Recycling expecting to walk around a salvage yard to possibly find a fuel door that we needed, but Art has done an amazing job at organizing his inventory making the process easy and painless. We told him what we needed, he went behind the desk, and returned in about 1 minute. We were in and out with the perfect fuel door and AMAZING service. Thanks for an awesome experience. We will definitely be back.

They want "near to new" prices for "very used" parts. I called them over an hour before I got there. They pull the parts for you. They said they would pull the parts (2 seat belts) and have them ready for me. I drove over an hour to get there. They didn't START pulling them until 20 AFTER I arrived and then it took ANOTHER hour to get them to me.

This was my second interaction with UARP. I drove about an hour to get to the yard and it turned out they didn't have the part I was after. Arturo was really cool about the whole thing and even helped me to get the part from another yard, delivered to me, at the original quoted price. Arturo and Christian are both awesome to work with.

Best place in town to get used car parts!The staff will help you get the part you need if they don t have it. Easy to deal with and they give good prices.

Got the part I needed for cheaper then paying online and shipping. They knew exactly what they had in inventory and I was in and out in less the 10 min. Great experience.
