Our 40 Motorhome lost the bolts that hold the rear end and axle to the frame. They sent out a very knowledgeable and awesome Service Technician who worked very hard at getting the two bolts back in. As he was doing all of this laying on his back in the Motel parking lot. Freightliner is reimbursing us the cost because it was still under warranty. A great round of applause for them to get us back on the road.Thanks for the Great Work!!!

One of the best places to get repairs done. Very helpful supportive and understand. Quick in providing services and information. Kylor was the Tech who helped me out. Super great guy. Very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend this place to any truck driver needing service.

They worked on a couple trailers for me and safety inspections. Jake with the service department is awesome and went out of his way to help me get back on the road fast.

Had a transmission light come on about an hour from their shop. Pulled in and they put a mechanic on it within 30 minutes. New filter and refilled the fluid. Excellent service and thanks for taking the time to help a diesel motorhome traveling thru.

These guys have done a solid job for me on my trucks I ve taken to them. They tend to carry a large variety of parts and they re normally fairly quick to get you in for service. Jake the service Manager is awesome. I had a $7000 fix and he found out a way to Cut it down to $3000. He called me numerous times and asked me what I wanted to do instead of just fixing the part I appreciate the communication. They are fast And generally the best price in The Valley

2 hours after I called for someone to arrive on a Saturday before noon... sign states open 0800-1800... Over $100, including a call-out fee, to do an exterior wash, it ended up being a rinse off outside the shop with a fire hose... If there had been another place in the area, it would be 1 star. Will only use it again in an extreme pinch!!

Ordered a wheel polishing it from Transport Diesel last week. When it was delivered to no fault of their own the package was in rough shape. It was soaking wet and the chemicals had all leaked out. I called them up and let them know what happened, and they were VERY quick to send out a whole new kit! Very happy with the company and the customer service!

We found the staff at Transport Diesel to be extremely friendly and compassionate. Our trailer broke down in the evening and even though they were very busy, they went above and beyond to fit us in and get our repairs done by the end of day the following day. Most other shops we have dealt with in the past tell us that there is a 1-3 week wait before they will even look at our vehicles. We will definitely plan to return to Transport Diesel if we are in the area and have a planned repair.

2 leaky air bags replaced tech then found another air Leak fixed electrical wire for tail light checked brakes and suspension all done within a timely manner everyone is professional at their function and friendly a very pleasant experience thank you to all whom i encountered

Had to get my reefer washed out. They got right to it, and did a good job with a smile. I had a appointment down the road holding a door for me and these guys were great!

I stood in line for 30 minutes to ask a simple question and the service guy was a jerk. The parts guy actually stepped in because he could sense that the service guy was being lame. I thanked the parts guy and walked out. I have had stuff serviced there before, but may not go back. They are fairly priced though!

Everytime I have to cruise by this location, I'm always met with fast and reliable service. The people they have running the parts/ service department need to run that place! Very happy driver here brother!

Dispatched driver to this location after calling and confirming Service was open until midnight. Driver arrived at 7:30pm local time with a reefer unit not starting while loaded, and service tech told my driver it was too late and he would have to wait until morning and closed the shop for the night. Absolutely careless.

I had a great experience talking to Tyler (internet sales person) about some stuff I needed for my truck, he had to check and see if he had it in stock everything that I needed, and YES he called me back very quickly and took care of my needs ....WILL DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!THANKS TYLER!

Came in with a busted alternator. The shop service guy told he didnt have time and probably not till late the next day. I asked him if he could just confirm that it was my alternator that was shut. He came out checked it and told yep. I asked him if they had the part i could do it myself. They had the alternator in stock so. Bought it and changed it. Run into a little problem and i went inside to ask for advice and he came right up help me out! Was there not even an hr! Will defintly keep you guys in mind! Not many shops are open till midnight aswell! Thanks for the hand! Because of that! Ill make it home earlier and enjoy a longer weekend! Thanks!

Thy could not get my part due to it being discontinued and licensed only to Crysler.. but the Experience was nothing short of 5 stars, response from the sales team was within the hour and the issue was resolved within the week.. nothing but good things to say about this outfit

They charged me 106 bucks to spend less than 5 minutes bleeding my truck fuel line . I was fueling up next door. Very ridiculous pricing and they didn't even care. I'm never going back
