We ve bought out last two cars at Rich s and have had a great experience both times! It doesn t feel like a high pressure sales environment and we love buying branded title cars that they can show you the repair history of and you can even get warrantied. Financing is easy and painless as well, in fact this time I was able to do the whole application at home and just come in to sign paperwork.

We recently bought a van from Rich s, and honestly I couldn t have had a better experience! Josh was very informed and answered all of our many questions. I felt like he was just open and honest about everything and didn t try to hide anything. I never felt pressure to do anything I wasn t sure about. Very welcoming and amazing customer service. Willing to make sure we felt comfortable about every detail. They went above and beyond to get us an extra key. He came in on his day off just to help us. Definitely felt like a valued customer and not just a number. Thank you for an experience I haven t had with any other company with a bigger purchase like this!! Definitely first choice when we are in search of another vehicle in the future.

We were looking everywhere in Utah for a good, honest car dealership where we could find a high quality car without having something sketchy or messy as a part of the deal. Rich's was exactly the place where we found that. Kendell was so kind, honest, and helpful, and didn't pressure us into anything we didn't want. Everyone answered our various questions about the history of the car and helped us through the whole process of trading in our old car for the new one. When the team noticed one of the decals was missing on the car we wanted, they happily offered to send us new decals without charging us (and they arrived in great condition and haven't fallen off the car). They offered to send the license plates as well, which made it much easier for us since we live in another city. It was such a wonderful, honest experience and, honestly, a relief compared to other dealerships we looked at.

I have been doing business with Rich and his team for almost 4 years! Rich and Kendell are absolutely amazing! I bought a car for myself and my daughter. Since the moment I walked in the dealership, I felt like family! They are honest and caring. I would not go anywhere else in this Valley to purchase a car. I recommend Rich's to my own friends and family!

Very pleasant and simple. We came in to look at some specific makes and models we wanted to look at. They were very open and honest about the branded titles on the lot, allowed us to look at before pictures and information. No one was pushy or tried to sell us on something we weren't interested in or was over our desired price and fees were reasonable and honest. No pressure was given about financing one way or another and was overall a quick and pleasant experience.

I just completed an out-of-state deal on a vehicle Rich's had in-stock. My salesman was Dean and Wendy in finance helped me as well. The experience was outstanding, professional and accommodating throughout the process. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet these fine folks in-person, but they sure seem to do business right here!

I ve purchased 3 cars from these guys over the years. The team at Rich s cars always go above and beyond to make the experience smooth and easy. There is never any pressure nor annoying sales tactics like most car dealerships put you through. Not only is the buying process easy, but the cars I ve had have never had any issues and have been an excellent value. Highly recommend!

We bought a 2011 jeep grand cherokee limited from Rich's and less than a year later the motor is no good. Our mechanic says that it looks like it had never been any maintenance done to it for a long time even though we were told it was good to go.

The car I thought I wanted here was a no go, but that had nothing to do with the service. Dean was not pushy and very knowledgeable, and the entire office staff was courteous and non-salesy. I'd buy from them if the right situation came up.

I bought my 2017 Honda Civic hatchback branded title, and I had trouble the minute. I drove off the lot ask them if they would take it back, and they said no. Months later, I found out the transmission was damaged in the wreck and was never repaired cost me $3500 to fix my transmission, beware of buying from this company they don t repair their vehicles properly after the wreck in my opinion

I had a great experience here. These guys are very very kind and trustworthy. It was my first time purchasing a car with a loan and they made me feel very comfortable and made sure I understood everything. After I bought the car there were some minor things that needed to be fixed on the car and they took care of it fast and at no cost. I am so grateful for all the help and communication!

I bought a car from rich's back in april and it still doesn't work properly. The day i bought it they noticed the ac wasn't blowing cold so they told me to bring it back that week and they would put more freon in it. I live an hour away but did it regardless because I didn't want to pay to get it somewhere else. Since then my ac has stopped working 5+ times. They kept fixing one part and then it would stop and they'd have to fix another. They weren't accommodating about taking it somewhere closer to my location until I had someone else call and discuss it with them. The guy we took it to was horrible to work with. Never once responded to a message of mine asking about when to bring the car or when to pick up. If we called his number he would get pissed and yell for no reason. Only people at rich's could get in contact with them so we would call and ask them to but they would never get back to us. We would constantly have to follow up with them instead of them ever reaching out to us. My ac just went out for genuinely probably the 7th time since I bought the car in april. if your thinking of buying a car from this place I would HIGHLY recommend against it.

Loved the service here, everyone was super welcoming and friendly I worked with Josh, great guy! He was able to help me despite not having credit and found a really good deal for me, he was not pushy or overwhelming which helped me feel at ease. Wendy was super helpful as well, she helped get my financed at a very good rate and was great at answering all my questions carefully. Would most definitely recommend going with them, they re awesome!!

We came to get a car they knew which one that we were interested in and so we wanted to look into buying it, and so they pulled my credit to check and then sent us to America first to get our loan and they said that it was a branded title.So then America first had to pull my credit and so that was twice in one day. America first said that they never ever should have pulled my credit knowing that it was on a branded title car because they know that they can t finance it and had to send us to America first anyway.America first denied giving us alone, saying that the value of the car was a $1400 difference and so it couldn t find out the car worth what they were selling it. So I reached out to the salesman Dean and told him what the bank told us because they were holding the car for us and all he said was that is completely wrong. America first is wrong. He continue to say that America first doesn t know what they re talking about and then he called America first and then he called me back and said America first doesn t know what they re talking about. Let s go through another bank is that ok?I said absolutely not, and I can t believe he even asked us to try and go through another bank when he knew that the car was not worth what they are selling it. And they had no right to pull my credit on a branded title car.I feel like this place is pretty dishonest to even ask us to try and go through another bank and knowing they shouldn t have pulled my credit, knowing the type of car it was, and so my credit got dinged from them for no reason and I just don t trust them at all.I would not recommend using them

Dean was great to work with. Found this truck from all the way down in st George. It had to be a Tacoma and it had to be blue. The team did a great job on the restoration and the cleaning detail was as if it were new. Great job gang!

Had to add to all the positive reviews because I have so many great things to say about this dealership! They truly live up to their slogan of good guys you can trust .This was our first time purchasing a vehicle and from start to finish the entire team was fantastic to work with. They gave us asking price for our trade in without trying to go back and forth. The truck we bought was in nicer condition with a better price than anywhere else we looked. Even post purchase we ve needed to contact them with questions and responses have been quick and positive. Would highly recommend going with Rich s for your next car purchase!

Wow! Dean and Kendall were incredible to work with. They were professional and kind, no pressure to buy or steer you to buy a certain car. This is how car buying should be. My daughter bought a car from this dealership a few months ago. The car has so many problems. They sent us to their so called shop in SLC that does the work on their cars and it s not a shop. It s one guy who barely speaks English and is very rude. Not to mention he can t fix a car. Car still doesn t work.

Listen, take any used car to a reputable mechanic. Have them look it over, this will save you thousands. Car companies that sell branded titles just can't be fully trusted. 2019 subaru crosstrek with 42,000 miles sold from Rich's. IT DID HAVE FRAME DAMAGE. It was also on it's second engine at the time of purchase, now it's on the third engine. A reputable mechanic put in the third engine. Would have better off checking with this mechanic before buying this car. So do yourself a favor, have a mechanic look over your used car first. Avoid these mistakes. This goes for any used dealership. Also understand that subaru desisigned the crosstrek motor to break away when in an accident. Probably don't buy a branded one.....

This dealership is amazing. I recently bought a 2018 crosstrek and absolutely loved the ease of purchasing the vehicle. The staff is extremely easy to work with. Josh was a very friendly and helpful guy to talk to about the vehicle and questions i had. Josh definitely made it easy to buy and responded well to everything. They aren t pushy about making any deals and are priced very well. Simple and easy is whats best for me and these guys do good at making it that way. Shout out josh!
