Best service anywhere. I'm not much for a mechanic, I'm just learning and starting out, they are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, never feel put out going here. Just received a loose ball joint in the mail and after a 2 minute phone call with Matt he had a new one ordered coming to Logan at no cost to me. incredible store, employees, Free rental tools, the works. Customer for life.

I haven't been to O'Reilly for years. I stopped in to see if they would check my battery. I felt a little bad asking for their help because it was so cold outside and it was dark. One of the employees, Owen, said he would be happy to check my battery. I was impressed. I could tell he was genuinely wanting to help. We were outside for 15 minutes and at no time did Owen seem put-out by having to be out in the cold.When we went back inside, another employee, Wyatt helped me. He was looking up a bunch of parts on the computer. I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. Again, I could tell that he genuinely likes his job and wanted to help. It was refreshing to go to a place where you don't feel like your a burden to the workers if you need help. Thanks Wyatt and Owen!

Sophie was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job of assisting me with my needs and her mechanic skills truly inspired me. She put me at ease in a foreign location and assured me that we would solve the problem. She is the definition of a girl boss and I strive to be like her one day.

Matt went above and beyond this last weekend. I needed an ATV battery and Matt was willing to set it up, charge it for me, and have it to me before they closed. He text me multiple times to let me know the progress. It s not often you get customer service like that in todays world.

Employee made sure I had the right dome light before I purchased the product. The fuse worked lighting up my car interior. Well worth the stop.

Was sold a battery but was told my car was too complex for them to install, spent two hours in their parking lot trying to install it when they came out and realized they had sold me the wrong size battery. still had to install the new correct one myself

The guys that were there tonight were so helpful!! I bought a car recently that smells like cigarette smoke, and well my family had some suggestions, I needed some advice for interior shampoo. Not only did they help me find what I was looking for, but they helped me with the interior shampoo and told me the best way to use everything! Definitely feel comfortable going back:)

They were so helpful! Max took the time to look into what might be causing our car troubles and helped my husband fix it right there in the parking lot. They are fast and friendly. This place has a great team of employees and I would recommend then to everyone.

This is my go to store when I need something. Always a good interaction and outcome.This morning I was assisted by a young individual, Max, who was incredibly nervous and obviously fairly new to the job. They did good but one of the two items he suggested wasn't quite right. I over emphasized the need for heavy duty so he pulled the most expensive off the shelf. Makes sense. It turns out that the item was the most expensive because it is reusable, rather than heavy duty. I take some responsibility for this because I read the package wrong before I bought it.Still a good experience. Max will get more comfortable with the job after gaining more experience.

The employees are always so willing to assist you with anything you need in this store! They run diagnostic also to see why your check engine light is on. That is helpful so you know what to fix .Thank you O Reilly !

Have issues every time I come in. Horrible customer service. They won't take dirty oil either. Brought in used oil and they said it wasn't oil. Lol. I also always have issues with ordering and everyone in there is in a mood usually. I'd give no stars if I could.

Went in for a tail light bulb said did not have said no listing, was leaving and remember I needed a rear wiper blade so I went back to the counter and waited for someone nobody helped all but the one employee helping a customer on the counter were in the back laughing and not paying attention to the front, so I left.

If there s a better place to get parts and service I ve yet to find it. Many times a week and often daily, I m at the parts store. That said, there s only 1 I visit even within the Oreilly chain and it s on 1400 North. Outstanding employees that are eager to help and do it right. Parts to interchange info to orders, you name it and it s done, CORRECTLY. I no longer dread going to get parts only to find it s the wrong one . Pleasure to work with these guys. Never had a single issue with any aspect and sometimes I can be a challenging customer. Kudos to Wendy (she s the best!) and all the employees for running such a great store!! You KNOW I ll be in for parts soon. Thanks for everything you do. Especially for tolerating such as I.

Best O'Reilly's to by parts, management is absolutely top shelf. Wendy i believe her name is, always has answers and I've never been misled. The employees are very helpful and extremely friendly.. I highly recommend that particular store.

I was so impressed by my experience with O Reilly Auto Parts. The kindest employee checked my battery immediately, checked to make sure it wasn t something else in the car causing the problem, and changed out my battery all within 25 minutes! I didn t feel like they were trying to upsell anything. I was very pleased.

Managers are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn t find a PCV hose anywhere in the valley and no one would help me find one or a suitable replacement valve. Came here, helped me right away and I was on my way in 5 minutes. I have been here TONS of times, this is just a specific example. This store in specific is top notch and I come here for all my auto part needs.

If you are lucky enough to have this O'Reilly Auto Parts near you, you already know the exceptional service you receive each time you go. A recent late night, near closing time visit we made amazed me at the continued above and beyond service we received. Particularly, Talon and Tyler made our problem theirs, and were fair, fast and friendly! The Staff at O'Reilly make me feel like I'm more mechanically inclined than I really am. Thank you Logan O'Reilly!!

After trying to pull a fuse out of my fuse panel with newly purchased pliers, Steven came out to my car to help and got it right away! I laughed when, while checking out, they asked if I had an account with them. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!

I went in to this O'Reilly's because my check engine light had turned on. I was shocked when I found that none of the employees or customers had masks on when the city has mandated them. I decided to over look this so I could find out what was wrong with my car. When I asked one of the employees if I could get my car scanned, he handed me the scanner and told me I would have to do it myself because the employees weren't allowed to leave the store. While I was out scanning my car, I saw two employees leave the store with a man to check his engine or something under the hood. I don't think I will be going back to this location because I don't like being lied to and my health put at risk.
