Didn't have the part for a big block Chevy a simple dowel pin... on the way into town I decided to stop by the Napa store and I got to talk to Jeff super nice guy he was able to help me find out about the dowel pin situation all of the major auto parts stores do not carry this part anymore this part is only available through aftermarket parts places like Mr Gasket, melling oil, and a few others. Looking for auto parts for older big block Chevys is getting more and more difficult still able to get a timing cover gasket had a great price from Jeff thanks

Always helpful. If they don't have the part I need, it comes fairly quickly, as they have a truck that transports parts to different stores in the valley at least once a day. I also prefer Napa parts.

I needed a switch for a 98 Chevy Lumina, they went out of their way to go to a closed store and get the part out if inventory. On a Saturday. Talk about extra ordinary service! These two ladies are very well trained and super pleasant to be around. Thank you!

I've lived in places with bad napas and OK napas. The North Logan Napa is a GREAT napa. Really good people work there that remember your name and take initiative to take care of you. Parts are great quality too.

I had purchased 6 packs of non insulated butt connectors to rework a harness for an engine swap. The North Logan Napa didn't have enough so I had purchased 2 of the packs from the south store. I ended up changing my mind and purchased txl wire and Delphi terminals instead. I went to return them when I picked up the Amsoil transmission fluid. Hunter told me I'd have to return them at store I purchased them. I was silently very frustrated about it but Caitlyn without me saying anything had overheard him and took over. She was awesome and returned them. So huge thank you Caitlyn for your excellent customer service!!

They have a great staff that works hard to meet your needs. Little less rushed than some parts stores, gives you that more one-on-one feel and a little off the beaten path. Always seem to have what I need and they're literally only three blocks away

Jeff and all the men and women that work at the Local Napa are amazing! Every business has a new guy every once in a while. Be supportive and uplifting! In doing so, you will get even better service the next time! Why do I bring this up? All it takes is, one person to have one negative experience (mostly a new employee) and everyone reads a bad review. It s the customers that usually have the bad attitude and take it out on those that are trying to help. SMH!All of the employees have a can do attitude! I love that! If one of them doesn t know something, they say I don t know sir, but I will find out! That's all we can ask!I love Napa and will send friends and family there to get help!Thank you Jeff, and all your automotive gurus!!

Great, knowledgable staff. They have almost anything youd need, and if they don't they can get most things in by the afternoon if you order it in time, or next business day. These guys have been great on my VW rebuild with hard to find parts.

Napa always has fast friendly service, great prices and good quality parts. Delivery service is fair, store location and parts inventory are excellent. I know when I go into Napa, i'm going to be treated professionally and leave happy. 5 stars!
