I have to give a shout out to my awesome salesman s Rick Cloud and Jesus Sanchez awesome technician for helping me get the truck of my dreams! They have been so fair and honest and willing to go out there way to help me!! They are so positive and awesome I would recommend anyone go see them!! This is why I m putting 5 stars!!Now contrary if it weren t for those two amazing people! I would have put a 2 due to a certain finance manager named Trevor Bowen although he was new. I tried to let it slide but he had the worst attitude and customer service I ever experienced. He would go as far as calling me a liar or refusing to help me understand anything. He would walk out the door for no reason to text on his phone or raise his voice in a nasty matter. He would belittle me.Vance on the other hand saved the day and took us into his area and did an amazing job so if you see a financial manger I recommend to go see VANCE and not Trevor. Aside from that thank you again Rick Cloud and Jesus Sanchez for all the help!!

These guys went so far to help me out and get me into the vehicle I wanted. We had a little bit of miscommunication at first, but within 2 weeks, even after any contractual agreements, Diego and Kyle brought me back in and made sure I got what I was after. They talked with me for 2 weeks, even after the purchase, working through everything to make sure we were happy. I can honestly say, I have never been to a dealership that has put in as much time and effort to make sure the customer was 100% satisfied.I highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Diego and Kyle, and while you will have great help with anyone, I will always come back and ask to speak with those 2.Thank you guys for making this purchase the best experience I have had!

Tristan and Trevor made the sales process easy and straightforward.The truck I purchased needed a couple of things done and the Service Department was fast and friendly in completing those items. The service manager, Matt, even jumped in to help because they were short a couple of folks when I arrived for my appointment.Very satisfied with my overall experience at Murdock and special thanks to Tristan, Trevor and Matt for their efforts.

Had a scraping sound as I drove home the first day. Made an appointment for the next day. Talked to Nick F. in your service department about the sound. He found the problem in 3 minutes, a license plate screw rolling around in the very back cup holder.Explained many of the features of my new car. Very helpful, great guy.Alexa Murphy-Sweet sold me up from the Tucson to the Santa Fe, very glad she did.I think I like it much better. Very knowledgeable about Hyundai cars.

My son bought a car here. There ended up being some problems created by some mistakes the dealership made during the sale. I went in with my son to help resolve the problems, expecting a serious hassle. The manager, Kyle, simply acknowledged and owned the problems his team created and then made things right for my son. Super impressed in how they handled things!! And my son feels great about the car he got also! Mistakes happen to everyone. It's how you resolve them that is more important. And these guys went the extra mile to make things right.

Was were out looking around at the different opportunities there were in small trucks. Grant at Murdock approached us and ask what we were looking for. I told him that I was looking around for a Small Truck but rides like a car. Grant suggested a Santa Cruz. So I looked and drove one. Nice car truck. I told him I order a ford maverick 2 years ago but it never came about getting one. Now I m glad it didn t. The Santa Cruz is much nicer And yes I purchased one.

This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Although we were just looking when we pulled in, our salesman listened and addressed every issue we were looking for. Took the time to explain all options a available. Worked extra hard to finance the vehicle our way. I feel like I am being treated like we are family and they have followed through with everything we have asked for. These guys are the best.

Excellent people. I was not a big money spender, but that didn t matter. The sales man Mr Cloud, engaged me just the same and helped me to get a good price and within my budget. He was never pushy, and always helpful. Thank you from the little guy.

I had a wonderful experience at Murdock Hyundai of Logan. They really do everything in their power to set you up with a good deal and make their customers feel beyond taken care of. Tristan was the salesman who helped me and he really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

I worked with Rick and Vance and I cannot express how amazing they were to work with! Even after I bought the car if I needed anything at all they were always quick to respond and more than accommodating. If I look for another car in the future they will absolutely be my go to!

Murdock Hyundai of Logan gave me a pleasant car buying experience. I was interested in a used car and Grant was extremely helpful. He took additional pictures for me and answered every question I had despite it not being a vehicle in their normal lineup. The process was easy and I felt I was given a good deal. I would go back again. It s nice to see that the process at all Murdock dealers I have dealt with have been reliable and consistent.

really an enjoyable experience. I was looking for a good hybrid SUV and checked throughout Logan, and in SLC, and Murdock Hyundai personnel were extremely helpful and accommodating. Ended up purchasing a new vehicle there, and the whole process has been great, and I am very happy with the vehicle I bought. I will certainly go there for service.

I enjoyed working w/ Seth. He was helpful in finding a vehicle that would fulfill most of what I was looking for even though I couldn't get a manual transmission. My overall experience was positive. When I need my next vehicle I'll definitely start here.

I purchased my car from out of state and was a little hesitant. In a world of cyber crime and catfishing you never really know what to expect. Many scenarios flickered in my brain. Is Alex really a Nigerian prince trying to steal my money? Is the car in the photo real or is it just identifying as a nice new car when it s really just a rusty junker? To my surprise and happiness the car was not having an identity crisis and my money was not being spent to pay off corrupt guards and free a Nigerian prince. Overall this experience was as hassle free as it could have been and my car is even better in real life. 10/10 stars

We bought our car from Diego, couldn t have asked for a smoother experience. He helped us find the perfect car with zero pressure. The service department was incredible to work with too (we worked with Kelly). It s hard to not have a sense of distrust with mechanics but we were blown away by how transparent and helpful they were. I seriously don t want to work with anyone else other than these guys. Top notch all around.

We just had the best experience ever with Rick. We had been let down by a couple of the other dealerships in the valley and considered going further South to explore other options before we stopped in and test drive our new vehicle. We are so happy with the vehicle we chose and even more happy with the service we received. No hidden costs or trying to upsell us. Honest and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.Highly recommend and will be back for our next vehicle purchase.

We went to Murdock with a specific vehicle in mind. They had what we wanted, they answered all our questions and were ready when we needed to close. They had the car detailed, financing in place and explained thoroughly the extended warranty programs. We would recommend that our friends and family go to Murdock for any new car purchase. We recently bought a 2024 Palisade from Murdock Hyundai of Logan.When we began looking for a new vehicle we had a list of things we wanted in a mid-sized SUV but didn't know which brand would best fit our needs. We went to every dealership in the valley to see what was available. At Hyundai of Logan, Brady helped us and introduced us to the Palisade. He was patient with us as we came back several times with more questions(and to see how our kids fit inside). After a few weeks of looking, we finally settled on the Palisade and Brady was very helpful as we moved forward to purchase one. There was no 2024 Palisade with 8 seats in Cache Valley when we went to purchase, so Brady got one transfered for us (in our preffered color) from a Salt Lake Valley Dealership. The other dealership had conflicting information about the details of the vehicle but Brady was kind enough to send us pictures when they gained possession of the vehicle to show us that it indeed had the 8 seats which we needed. When we picked up our vehicle Brady sat with us and showed us how to setup the electronic features. We also had the dealership install a tow hitch for us and they did that very quickly! We are very satisfied with our experience at Murdock Hyundai of Logan!

We were very happy with the process to buy our recent car. We have had instances when you go to pay and the dealer hits you with surprise charges. The cost was exactly what Alex said it would be, no surprises.Thank you! I love my new car!!!

Could not be more satisfied with the service we have experienced. Tristan Rogers is the salesman that we have worked with and he us the best!! He is knowledgeable and very personable. He had answered every question and kept us in the loop on every step. He is always thinking ahead and getting things done.Great fun person to work with.

Nothing but good things to say about our experience with Murdock Hyundai of Logan. Every department we dealt with was extremely helpful. We need to give a special shout out to Alex Murphy-Sweet in sales. She was amazing to work with and so helpful, without being pushy at all. Look her up when you go there. You won't be disappointed.
