I received a phone call from the service manager today and really appreciated his time and simple, clear explanations regarding my last visit that was to take care of the airbag recall. I am glad that he and I were able to find a fair and decent resolution and happy to go back in to complete the services. Thank your caring for me as a customer!

Murdock made it right and then some. My wife and I found a used Porsche Cayman for sale at the dealership in Logan. We test drove it and fell in love. Dennis, the salesman, asked us what we needed to take the car home and he made our desires a reality.After driving the car off the lot and only a few miles, we noticed it leaking coolant and took it back to the dealership immediately. Murdock spent then next couple of days testing the car and making it right for us even with the guarantee that if it happens again to bring it back and they will fix it.They were incredibly to work with, friendly and trustworthy, with a determination to make us perfectly satisfied and we love our Porsche and recommend Murdock highly.

Recently purchased a new truck from Murdock. The customer service, attention to detail, price, and family friendly location is what ultimately tipped the scale for me to purchase from these guys. Every employee we dealt with was exceptional at their job. Special thanks to Cort and Dennis.We changed our mind a few times during the process but they were quick to listen and offer solutions in a timely matter. In the end, we walked out with the exact vehicle we were hoping for; for a better price than we were expecting. Thank you!

Our experience at Murdock Chevrolet was excellent. Brock Fuit was our salesman and he was one of the best that we have ever had. He made the buying experience enjoyable. He was very straightforward and honest. All of the managers and other Murdock employees had the same great character. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Murdock Chevrolet was very helpful in my search for a truck. I traveled 90 miles for the truck i was looking for. They were able to answer all my questions and made the truck buying experience easy. The personnel at the Logan Dealership are great from Chris Bough - sales person to the General Manager. They are personable and easy to talk to. I would buy a car or truck from them again.

I bought a brand new Sierra 1500 here because I was looking for a specific color and package. I tried to drive it home and it only went 300 miles before stranding me on the side of the freeway. Only shop here if you want to buy a lemon, like mine.Update Mar 2024: This dealership sold me a truck that at only 11k miles has now stranded me twice in less than a year, and been in the shop for almost a month. How I regret buying from Murdock.Update #2 Mar 2024: Truck is still in the shop, just over 3 weeks now. Murdock definitely sold me a lemon.Update #3 Mar 2024: Truck is still in the shop, over 4 weeks now. It legally meets the definition of a lemon now. Legally, and factually, Murdock Chevrolet in Logan Utah sold me a lemon.Update #4 Mar 2024: Truck is still in the shop, going on 35 days now.Update #5 April 2024: Truck is finally operational. The countdown begins to the next breakdown.Additionally, I did not consent to Murdock disclosing the location of registration of my truck. Murdock has now shared Personally Identifiable Information with the entire world without my consent. Thankfully they edited their post to be compliant with applicable data sharing laws.

I made a 6 hour drive to Logan, UT to purchase a truck from Murdock. As soon as we got there, we were greeted and shown the truck. It had a few electrical issues that needed to be addressed before the long drive home. The General Manager even came out to apologize and bought us dinner while the mechanic replaced a relay. Korbin stayed late while the entire dealership went home just to make sure we were good to go. Even though we re in another state, I d go back to Murdock in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!

Hands Down The BEST Automobile shopping/buying experience of my short 67 year life!Carol is an AMAZING Sales Rep! She knows the GMC Yukon XL Denali inside and out. Easily answers questions even detailed technical inquiries with no hesitation. Carol is a Consummate Professional! Disappointed about charging me $160 to change a fuel filter when it only takes 15 minutes. I understand about "flat rate" but they charged the same to do the transmission flush. Us the fuel filter was $101.00. Been taking my trucks to gmc dealer for 13 yrs but not any more.

After a terrible experience with Smith Chevrolet, I decided to reach out to Murdock to see if they could help me with some warranty work on my Bolt EV. I'm glad I did! Ty in the service department was seriously awesome to work with, and the technicians got my car back on the road in an amazingly short amount of time. I would happily recommend Murdock's service department for any EV needs that you might have!

First time having a bad experience with Murdock Auto Team. Don't work with Daria her communication skills are lacking. The car was taken in due to a broken belt , while waiting for the service it was hit by their snowplow and I didn't hear about it until I called 5 times to see when I could expect my car back. Ty on the other hand was friendly, helpful and understanding. UPDATE: After talking with the service manager my concerns were resolved and unlike what I had heard initially I am being provided a loaner when they repair the damage done to the car. (If the experience was only with Ty and the Service Manager the review would be 5 stars.

Kinda shameful that the EV chargers are broken. I would have happily paid good money to use them. I was considering buying a car from you guys but now I'm not so sure. There aren't many working public fast chargers in Logan. If you can't keep your chargers working, what does that say about your cars?

I traveled 2 hours just to deal with Murdock.Most places want to stiff you with extra charges or sell you things you don t want.Not here, even driving during a snow storm did it deter me. From day one they were professional and never had any issues. Helping me at every turn.I will definitely do it all over again.They are the best.

My husband and I absolutely loved our experience with Murdock Chevrolet GMC! Our sales rep Carol was phenomenal! So friendly, knowledgeable and sweet. We didn t feel pushed into making a fast decision. She made sure we knew all of our options, and helped us choose the one that worked best for us. We couldn t recommend them or her more! Thank you!!

Bought a used car, the service package, and thankfully the extended warranty. I took my car in for an oil change before taking a road trip. 50 miles into the trip, the engine seized and blew. Checked the oil, and nothing in it. Had the car towed to the dealership and they said the oil level was fine and would not admit that they could have caused the problem. Thankfully I had purchased the extended warranty, so I got a new engine covered. However, the car has had new noises and problems since they replaced the engine. I took it back in and was quoted over $780 to get new belts and a new battery; was told the dealership would not cover this even though the car was purchased less than 2 months prior and they just replaced the engine. So, I took the battery to be tested at the auto parts store and was told it's fine. I found that the belts they said needed replaced were actually replaced when they put the engine in (they are brand new with the lettering still printed on them). Then, after the following oil change, I was told that I needed new brake pads and rotors - quoted nearly $600, and then they tried to charge for the oil change even though they were told I had the service package. Took a look at the pads and rotors, and actually rotors still have lots of life, and it only needed $35 brake pads.I would recommend stearing clear of this service department. They will screw your car up, not stand behind the work done, and try selling services that are not needed. Very disappointed!

The service manager Tyler is simply AMAZING! He is very responsive, friendly and will keep you updated. My truck has been in the service department for some warranty work and Tyler has been super helpful throughout the process!

Awesome experience with the Murdock dealership here in Logan, Utah. Zach Meadows was such a great help and made me feel welcome & accommodated, as I was purchasing my first vehicle. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! They even gave me snacks & beverages and also gave me a free service with the vehicle and filled up the tank. Very professional/ honest folks over there!

I can't say I was the easiest "sell" but I wanted to give a big shout out to Corey Moser and Tanner Short for helping me get into the perfect truck. They really did everything possible for me to feel confident in the purchase and made my wife and I feel like we were family. Best guys and the best service I have ever had at a dealership.

My wife and I were just looking to see what was available. We looked at almost every vehicle on the lot at Murdock's in Logan without being accosted by a single salesman. We went inside to see how much a couple of vehicles were. Zach met us near the door and answered all of our questions without trying to pressure us in any way. I interviewed a service writer while Zach got answers and we decided that Murdock's in Logan was who we wanted to do business with. Our interactions with Zach and others there have confirmed that we made the right decision.

Amazing experience with Dennis and all staff that assisted us in getting our new car! We had a brief conversation over the phone the night before we went in explaining our budget and what we were looking for. We came in the next morning and they had the exact car we needed pulled up and ready to test drive and had all paperwork finished within the hour, every question we had was answered and everything went as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Couldn t have had more outstanding service from this dealership and it s very experienced staff will absolutely be going here for future car purchases and recommend to anyone and everyone who s looking for an easy and helpful car shopping experience with staff that are experts at their job.

Been trying to use my portfolio extended warranty since October of 2023 to get some repairs done to my truck that I bought from murdock gm. After some initial confusion brought on by previous employees and a few conversations I will admit I am happy with how the situation was resolved. Tyler the newly hired service manager was practically handed a mop bucket of issues to resolve. Issues with proper documentation resulting in extended warranty giving kick back, Tyler was able to get the truck fixed and worry about who's pay for what later. Also I was going out of town for a trip with about a 2 day heads up for the service department and Tyler got it in with an already busy schedule and got the work done on it while I was out of town. Both Tyler and their shop Forman Jace reached out and let me know the status of my truck so the morning I got back into town it was ready for pickup. Communication is key and I appreciate their efforts to step up and take care of problems. Servicing what you sale is huge to me and I thank Jace and Tyler for caring about getting this taken care I appreciate both of you.

Corey Moser was so helpful in answering all my questions and very professional and honest with everything I asked done his best to get me the lowest possible price for my new truck which I now own! I could not have went to a better, more friendly and professional dealership. Korbin was the one helping me out and he truly wanted to put me in something that I wanted. He got to know me and what it was I was looking for. There was no pressure and I felt like it was a walk in the park. If you are on the fence or have many questions, Korbin is your guy at Murdock! I also want to say how amazing the whole dealership is. Getting my vehicle all ready to go with my busy schedule, to calling on there personal time to answer my questions. super helpful. needed oil changes on both cars and were very accommodating.Gave me a ride back to my home so I could get another car to bring in. Just made really good use of my time so I didnt have to sit and wait around. everyone was really friendly
