I thought by going to a major car dealership that I'd get a better quality car and more honesty than I would get at a pop-up dealer selling problem cars from auction, hiding known problems, and masking issues just long enough to make their buck... I was wrong. 1 mile off the lot and the cars check engine light came on and the car started losing power. Got the code read and found out it's a code that can be cleared temporarily and the car would return to normal for a while.... hummm perhaps that's why it seemed to run great during the test drive?However, the code and engine behaviors are warnings of a serious issue, and ignoring it could ruin the engine. I wonder how many times this dealership cleared the code? Of course, not a thing they would do for me. No refund, no exchange, just gee, that sucks, I'm really sorry (but I'm keeping the commission and the sales profits) have a nice day.SHAME ON YOU MURDOCK

They put the wrong oil in. This is the third time that has happened. Due to having to redrain the oil I was there for 2 1/2 hours.

Service sucks check your car over before you leave. The time before last it took 2 hours for Basic oil change yes I called and complained to corporate. This time they didn't buckle down my air filter cover didn't even put it back in place so I've been sucking air into dirty air into my engine then every time they spill oil on my engine that I have to clean off I do have pictures...

Soooo much better than the Murray location! It's worth my 2 hour drive. Still faster than Murray! The office area was clean and so was the very nice waiting area. I will be a customer of this location for life, just because they have such a great service department.

The customer service was great, worked us in when our actual appointment was for a week later, saving us time and gas as it is more than an hour out of the way. Necessary repairs were done and was great at trying to work within our budget. Can't say enough good things about our technician!

My GMC Terrain Denali finally arrived after months of waiting. Carol has been a super good salesperson, and Chris has handled all the details so very good. He finally ordered the Denali even though I didn t ask for it. He did this because it was the only way he could get me a new SUV. Both of these Murdock employees are the best, and have treated me with kindness and respect. I have traded vehicles every 3 years for many years, and will continue this same plan as long as I am healthy enough to drive.Thanks to all at Murdock who treat me so good.

They are always slow to provide car repair service, even when I have an appointment. They do have a waiting area with a TV, some drinks and a few toys. Plan more time than you think and bring something to do. Then it is fine. They always wash my car after a repair so that is nice. The people are always friendly.

Had a great experience at Murdock Hyundai. We worked with Victor, who was very helpful in finding the exact car we were looking for. He is homest, fair, and most of all, not pushing into looking at a more expensive car than you want. He's refreshingly non pushy. He just wants to help you find the car you are looking for.

We ordered weather tex mats and a weather Tex cargo mat. We went to Logan to get them they said they would wash, dry and vacuum it. And put in the new mats, well we waited about 2 hr. Just to find out that they washed the car (not a good job at all dirt all over the bumpers , and they didn't dry it) I went and check if it was done it was already parked outside, they didn't install the new mats the front and back seat were thrown in the back seat, they did put the cargo mat WHICH WAS THE WRONG ONE THE GUY I ORDERED IT FROM ORDERED ONE THAT LOOKS JUST LIKE WHAT CAME IN THE CAR. It wasn't a weathertex mat which I ordered it first and I told him I wanted the weather Tex cargo mat I asked him several times. I'm so disappointed with them. I really like the service dept. Matt Fowler and Jesse are really good to work with but I'm not sure if it was worth the hassle to go buy a new car from Murdock Hundyai. With all the problems I had when I first bought the car. The finance kid all he did was draw pictures, which were dumb. He wouldn't even go with are bank, then he put all the wrong insurance info. on the paper work. He used the peoples that he had just finished with on it, needless to say we couldn't insure it until we got the right paperwork. My husband called and told him and he said it wasn't a big deal. That tells you how much he knows. Then I talked to the manager Danny and told him if we don't get the right papers with the right information on it he could come get the car. He threatened to call the cops on me saying I stole the car. I couldn't drive it if I would have got in an accident or pulled over I would have been in big trouble. I told him I also wanted to go with my bank not the no name bank they singed us up with. I was upset by this time. He acted like he did me a favor by going with our bank. Ha come to find out we didn't even have all the paper work the loan officer had to call them and tell them what papers we were missing. When they faxed the papers over they gave us the free oil change. Which now they can't find the paper on it. how covinent. I will say this Matt has tried to see what he could find. But the manager and finance guy accidently missed placed it. (In the shredder I bet). I know I won't ever buy another car from here. It's not worth the hassle.

I bought our 2007 Honda Odyssey from Murdock Chevrolet in Bountiful. Part of Murdock's deal when you buy a car from them is they fill your tires with nitrogen because it is more stable than room air....which it may or may not be. Any way....I was traveling through Cache Valley on Labor Day weekend and my passenger side, rear tire was very low. Lucky for me there are a few Murdock dealerships along my route. I stopped at a couple and their service departments were closed. I was frustrated by this because I needed nitrogen, and I couldn't get it anywhere else that I was aware of. The sales team heard me out, and were able to get the tools they needed to get my tire taken care of. To me that is going above and beyond! This is why I have bought 3 cars from Murdock, and will go back again and again! Thank you peeps!!

Took my Santa Fe in for an oil change. It was done faster than they estimated, it was inexpensive, they washed my car afterward and their waiting area is very nice.

Love my 2019 atlas but once it sold it s like everyone stopped caring about my needs.. still don t understand how to use it, and no one will get back to me..

Bought a car from them I ask them if they could do my loan through America First, and they told me they can do that for me. Then they came back and they put the loan through USU credit union then tell me that the interest rate was lower through USU so they went with the lower rate. The next day I called America First and I was told the rate would be the same through them. I would never deal with them again. They only used USU because they have partnered with USU credit union

This auto group feigns interest in buying your vehicle then severely low balls even the trade valve.. if you are smart you will not shop or buy anything from Murdock of Logan any of the dealerships
