I would not recommend working with this company. My trailer brakes were not working. After a diagnosis they said there was not problem with the brakes. However, they damaged the electrical plug during the process and were unwilling to put it back the way it was. Nice. $74 later, still no breaks, and electrical cords pulled from the connector that I now need to fix. The cords were not exposed and parts were not missing when I brought the trailer in for service. I was repeatedly told they did not take anything apart only later to be explained that when they did take things apart, they found damage. I was told the electrical worked but they "recommend replacing it." I have been very professional in every encounter, paid the full diagnostic fee. If you're looking for expertise, honesty and service, I would not recommend Mountainland RV.

When another RV store wanted considerably more money for a roof repair on my trailer, Kayce at Mountainland was very helpful in getting me an estimate for work to be completed, Mountianland was able to give me a completion date that wasn t four weeks out, reasonably weather permitting for the right price.We also had some other things added to our trailer while it was there. Clean repairs and all around good service for a fair price

Have to add my own review since the owner response to my husband's(berk thompson) accurate one star review ... is a outright lie.We did extensive research before we offered to pay full asking price on a 2013 camper in Aug '23. We knew they had about 3k room to work with us and still make a profit. Proven over the next few months as they lowered their asking price 1, 2 and then 3k on their website and ksl. (I kept screenshots)The camper had issues and we took pics when we looked at it. Asked that the large hole in the front be fixed. A few other minor fixes And asked for a few extras be added. Electric jacks, air bags for our truck and a truck matt. It was negotiated that day that we would pay for the truck matt and the jacks and airbags the salesman would call on prices and place for airbag installation.It was a done deal with a handshake. Full asking price. This would have been a good deal for everyone.A few days later the salesman(Darrell)got back to us and the deal is still on and all good. I spoke with him on the phone several times. I wanted to see the camper again and measure the mattress for sheets and we stopped to do that. It had just rained and we mentioned the small hole by the door and water on the inside of the camper. That needed to be fixed also. Darrell agreed.We sat down with Darrell while he called to get a price on airbags.Not one time did he try to negotiate anything different!!! No one bent over backwards to do anything. The add ons at full price were very reasonable...and also negotiable.So when the Darrell called us a few days later and said the owner was back in town and couldn't do the deal we had agreed on we were surprised. Also surprised no one cared to negotiate anything on the deal.Did they not want to sell it? Was there more wrong than we could see? Did they not want to fix the issues with it?Something is really SHADY about the way they do business here!!A hour after my husband's review posted they pulled the camper off their site and ksl. It is still on rvtrader for 2k less than what we would have paid. I doubt the holes are fixed.Just go somewhere else!!! We are good honest people and very easy to work with!!!You can just assume that the response to this will also be a lie.We did NOT keep adding things. There was NOT 6000 in add ons. No one bent over backwards to earn our business!!!Very dishonest and shady!! Would not recommend to anyone!!

Went and looked at a camper they have(still) back in August of 23,it's a 2013 adventurer 80gs,I liked the layout of the camper even with a few major problems ,like a hole in the front cap that has rv tape over it and a hole in the back on the passenger side by the door that water stains on the inside wall and floor from the rain has left,and old taped lp detector,even with these problems I was still willing to pay there asking price of 16,990,but I wanted a few things in return,like electric jacks and a airbag system and tiedowns,the sales man agreed and was getting prices on the phone while we talked,had the paperwork all but done,was approved by the bank,knew what payments would be and when,then the salesman says give me a day to get the prices all figured out for my truck add ons an appointment times and places,he calls a few days later and says his boss was out of town when he,the salesman made the deal and his boss said they couldn't do the deal because they not be making any money ,I know from previous experiences and other people at rv dealerships,with the problems with the camper they couldn't have gave more than 10,000 for a trade in,but oddly enough a month later they lowered the price down a 1,000$ and a month after that another 1000$ now it's down to 14,900,Now today I see they have raised it a thousand to 15,900 ,after doing some searching the airbag system is not the way to go, should go with a heavy-duty sway bar and aftermarket bumpstops ,witch is half the cost of airbags,not to mention you can get the electric jacks kit that comes with the motors instead of the whole jack an motor,in the long run when they had it sold they chose to get top dollar out of a subpar unit,and didn't even explore other options for my truck,it's to bad I would still buy the camper but on my terms now,buyer beware,,

I took my trailer to this place because there was a lot of water damage to my slide out the people are totally awsome and the trailer tech did outstanding work and they took pictures of the before and after and the cost to fix my trailer was very reasonable and they even gave me a little bit of time to get it paid for I will continue to do business with this company and the people that work I will refer every one to this company thanks for fixing my trailer

So far all I have dealt with is parts she has been Great to work with always got me the right parts and always called back when left a message.The place I bought mine from you call call call leave voicemails no returns so you go there in person and you wait for their parts guy to blow in from town with sunglasses on to help you whenever that might be.

Super knowledgeable staff. They were quick to help me get the parts I needed and all of the extra things I didn't know I needed until I talked it through with them. They are awesome for RV repairs and parts. Would recommend for that.

Our salesman was Jacob. He was friendly and patient as we asked many questions. When we purchased our trailer and got ready for our first trip we encountered a few problems. It was a Sunday but Jacob was quick to respond to our call and told us to come to the store first thing the next morning. He was waiting for us and walked through everything to make sure it was working correctly before we left.We had a couple of warranty issues and Mountainland helped us work through the process.I would highly recommend them for their customer service.

If you are serious about buying a good camping trailer while receiving great customer service and go no further. Mountainland RV Secured my business for life by their high-level of customer service. I have bought from the other guys and I will never go back because now I found the best place to buy a trailer or RV from. Don t make the same mistake I did by going somewhere else.

Mountain Land RV, is the best. On more than one occasion they really bailed me out. Most recently, I hadn't ealized my hot water tank burst until just hours before we planned to leave on a 6 week, non-negotiable, trip. Although my emergency wasn't their problem, they really did help me out in a pinch, and we were able to get on the road. Great work, great service, and mostly...just great people.

Imagine taking your motorhome to be serviced and having it done by someone who really cares, and having it come in under budget and in a much shorter time frame than was expected. This is what you will find at MountainLand RV - extraordinary people, extraordinary service, extraordinary work! There is no one else I would ever take my RV to whenever it has a problem that has to be taken care of.

Phil was extremely wonderful to work with. We ordered our toy hauler and he kept us updated on how it was coming along. Made sure we got all the options we was wanting. All the other employees were very helpful when we went to pick it up and very knowledgeable when they walked though and showed us how everything worked. Definitely would recommend them to others.

Can t say enough good about there whole team at Mountain Land. They excel in all departments. The sales team makes buying a camper easy with their knowledge on every camper on there lot. There parts and service department can be counted on the fix any problem right the first time. When it comes to warranty work they dig in and they make sure you are taking care of. I would highly recommend this team at Mountain Land.

Mountainland RV is awesome, especially Kaysie. She went above and beyond to help me with my recall. I have a Grand Design trailer and my nearest dealer is 2 hours away. Kaysie worked with GD and was able to get the recall work done here. The whole team has been great to work with and the quality is exceptional.

The team at Mountain Land RV was exceptional. They went above and beyond fixing the wiring in our truck, educating us on our new trailer and trailer hitch and so much more! Shout out to Nicole! She's amazing!!! When we're in the market for another trailer we will head right back to Mountain Land RV!Thanks guys

We had a great experience when we bought our first RV! Phil was the salesman & he did a great job explaining things & wasn't pushy! After our first outing we had some questions & so my husband called Phil a little after we bought the RV & he talked to him for awhile & didn't act bugged & answered all of his questions! He spent a lot of time to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase! Thanks for your great service!

The folks at Mountainland RV are amazing! We had an emergency rv repair needed on our way to Yellowstone and they were able to fit us in and got the main electrical repair and several other small repairs done within a two hour window and got us back on the road. They were aso the nicest people to work with.

We had a shelter fall on our trailer, needed a complete new roof and plenty more. We brought it to mountainland for the repairs. They were great to work with and they handled all the insurance issues so we had nothing to worry about. We have used the trailer multiple times and it has gone through many rain storms with no issue. I would use them again in heartbeat. Super friendly staff too!

We have had an amazing experience with everyone at Mountainland RV. We had some difficulty with a weight distribution hitch after our first camping trip and everyone we dealt with at the dealership came together to help fix the problem. Casey stayed in contact with us and AC drove to our campsite to get us setup with a different hitch so we could head home. He didn't have to drive out of his way to help us but we are so very grateful that he was willing to do it. Over the past few weeks they have gone out of their way to help get a new permanent hitch figured out while dealing with supply issues that are out of their control. We are so thankful for everyone at Mountainland RV and for their willingness to go the extra mile so we can enjoy our new travel trailer. We are so impressed!

This place is AMAZING! They have tons of options and the customer service is awesome. It is out of this world to be honest. Both Allen (the owner) and Phil worked with us to make sure we got the trailer we wanted for the monthly payments we could afford. Everybody that we interacted with was fun and personable. We talked about all our dogs while signing the paper work! We really had no issues with anything. Highly recommend

Our experience was super smooth and easy. We found exactly what we were looking for and felt like the time was given to make sure we received through and respectful service. The follow up is great as well. Phil was kind and lead us through the paperwork so that we understood all the steps.

I brought a trailer from someone else and to my surprise I had quite a few cracked hoses and water pump. These guys did such a good job working with me to get the problems fixed without braking the bank and quick. I am a first time trailer owner, the staff has been great helping me learn how to use my trailer and enjoy its fun features. Kacie has been super patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the service department.

Everyone at Mountainland RV is wonderful to work with! This was the first time we ve purchased a trailer and Phil was great at walking us through the process, making sure all our questions were answered. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back and will recommend them to all my friends!

Traveled from Layton to look at a trailer they had. Upon arrival we were treated very good. Phil helped us and was not feeding us a story to move a trailer. We bought the trailer we looked and and when we got it home we had a couple of issues we contacted Phil and right away he was helping us resolve the problem. Great family own business I would buy from them again and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks for your great care.

My wife and I have been looking for quite some time for a new camper. We found the perfect one at Mountainland RV. Although it was a six hour round trip for us, we felt it was worth the drive because of the savings. They did an excellent job taking care of us and setting us up. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been doing business with these folks long before the new owner. They have always provide friendly, excellent service.After having my camper winterized, the new owners de-winterized it at no charge.Katsura, at the front desk was knowledgeable and very friendly.Kailey, the service manager was exceptional! Their work was thorough, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this dealership, and will continue returning for services.

First time buying a trailer and it went way smoother than I thought it would go. Got pre-approved for my loan and Phil did the rest. There were a few small imperfections in the trailer and they made sure to repair all of them and give the trailer a nice wash for the ride home. Can t wait to take it out
